Reply.io pricing

Reply.io pricing starts at $59 a month on the Email Volume plan, which bills by active contacts: people who get a first email that month, follow-ups included. A follow-up landing in the next month counts the contact again. Prices are from reply.io/pricing and the help center, as of October 2026.

Active contacts a monthMonthlyYearly (per month)Mailboxes (fair use)
1,000$59$4925
2,000$69$5950
3,000$79$6975
5,000$99$89125
10,000$179$159250
25,000$299$259625
50,000$499$4591,250
100,000$999$8992,500

Larger volumes are quoted. From 10,000 contacts users are unlimited; below that, the pricing slider shows a per-user price, the help center says one user, and the plan comparison ticks unlimited users. Every tier includes warmup per mailbox and 50 data credits a month.

Multichannel is $99 per user a month ($89 yearly): unlimited contacts, one LinkedIn account plus calls and SMS per user, and 5 mailboxes per user (10 on yearly billing). Extra mailboxes are $29 a month each.

Jason AI SDR is sold after a demo: $800 to $5,000 a month, or $500 to $3,000 yearly, for 1,000 to 10,000 contacts. Agency Core starts at $210 a month yearly on its plan card and $166 in the comparison table on the same page.

Extras: on Email Volume, LinkedIn is $69 a month per account and calls and SMS $29, with usage paid from a wallet. Data credits cost $39 for 200 up to $599 for 10,000; validation starts at $20 for 5,000. Domains bought in the app start at $6 a year, mailboxes $5 each a month.

What a typical setup costs: a founder emailing 1,500 new prospects a month from 10 bought mailboxes on 5 domains hits about 2,100 to 2,250 active contacts, so the $79 tier, or $131.50 a month with mailboxes and domains. A verified email for every prospect adds $288 to $399 in credits, if packs can be combined, which Reply.io doesn’t say.

What Reply.io does

A Reply.io sequence can combine emails, LinkedIn actions, dialer calls, and SMS or WhatsApp tasks, and it branches on how each prospect responds. You connect Google, Microsoft or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox, or buy domains and Google or Microsoft mailboxes in the app, live within 48 hours with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set. Pre-warmed bundles of three mailboxes are sold too.

Warmup runs through MailToaster, Reply.io’s own peer-to-peer network, one seat per connected mailbox. Defaults lean careful: new mailboxes ramp from 10 emails a day, adding 3 a day up to 100; open and click tracking start off; new sequences send plain text; a step stops at 8% bounces after 200 sends.

Email and LinkedIn replies share a Unified Inbox, where AI sorts them into categories like Interested and Not now. Every plan has an AI sequence builder and Agentic Chat, an in-app assistant. Lead data costs credits from a database Reply.io puts at over 1 billion contacts. Builders get a REST API, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Copper, and a 70-tool MCP server (the standard way AI assistants like Claude connect to apps).

Reply.io strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Multichannel in one sequence. Email, nine LinkedIn action types, calls, SMS and WhatsApp tasks branch in one flow (docs), with a Power Dialer added in October 2026.
  • A mature AI SDR. Jason builds an offer from your website, finds prospects, writes each message and handles replies, on approval or autopilot. It went from version 2.5 in April 2025 to 4.0 in May 2026 (updates).
  • Open to builders on every plan. API, webhooks and the MCP server are included, and the MCP server works in the trial (MCP page).
  • Flat pricing for bigger teams. From 10,000 active contacts, Email Volume has unlimited users (seat system).

Drawbacks

  • Bills need headroom. Follow-ups that cross into a new month recount the contact, so a two-week sequence bills about 1.4 to 1.5 times your new prospects.
  • Little data included. 50 credits buys about 25 emails a month; in January 2025 Email Volume also listed 1,000 B2B data credits a month.
  • Mailbox seats on Multichannel. Past the included 5 or 10 per user, each mailbox is $29 a month, even one bought from Reply.io for $5.
  • No refunds. Fees are non-refundable, with no grace period after a renewal charge (terms).
  • Unclear rules for bought domains. The help center says they aren’t tied to your subscription, while product docs not yet checked against the app say cancelling deletes Reply.io’s records of them. Neither explains moving one out.

What Reply.io users say

Reply.io holds 4.6 out of 5 on G2 from more than 1,500 reviews and 4.6 on Capterra from 95, as of October 2026. G2 reviewers praise ease of use and multichannel outreach most.

Price is the recurring complaint. G2’s pricing summary says reviewers see good value against Outreach and Salesloft, while small teams and solo founders find it expensive; one Capterra reviewer put the membership fee as “very high”.

Trustpilot shows 4.6 from 267 reviews, mostly positive. Its summary says the complaints are about slow support on complex problems, and one September 2026 reviewer says they paid for months because they couldn’t find a way to cancel.

Who Reply.io is for

Reply.io fits sales teams whose outreach runs on more than email: LinkedIn steps, calls and texts in one sequence, two-way Salesforce or Pipedrive sync, and Okta or Entra single sign-on. Teams of three or more at 10,000 contacts share one flat price, and teams weighing an AI SDR against a hire can price out Jason.

Look elsewhere if you send email only on a tight budget, want lead data in the plan price, or need many mailboxes on Multichannel. If you pick Reply.io, I’d size Email Volume at about one and a half times your monthly new prospects, so follow-ups spilling into the next month don’t push you over.
