HeyReach pricing and review
HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach tool that spreads one campaign across many LinkedIn accounts, priced per account rather than per user, with plans built for agencies.
HeyReach at a glance
Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool, but it has no LinkedIn features. Every HeyReach price here was checked on October 15, 2026 against HeyReach’s pricing page and help center.

HeyReach pricing
HeyReach pricing starts at $79 a month for each LinkedIn account you connect (a “sender”), and drops to $59 a sender once you run 10 or more. Teammates, assistants and clients cost nothing extra. The figures below come from HeyReach’s plans article and pricing page, October 15, 2026.
| Plan | Senders | Monthly | Billed yearly (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | 1 to 9 | $79 each | $63 each |
| Growth | 10 or more | $59 each | $47 each |
| Agency | 25 | $999 | $799 |
| Agency | 50 | $1,399 | $1,119 |
| Unlimited | up to 300 | $2,999 | $2,399 |
Quarterly billing takes about 10% off; yearly about 20%. A done-for-you service is priced on request, and an Early stage program gives startups under $250,000 in yearly revenue an unpublished discount.
What each plan adds: Growth covers all LinkedIn steps, the shared inbox, client workspaces and permissions, API, webhooks, an MCP server and 100 email-finding credits per sender. Agency adds white label, done-for-you onboarding, a Slack channel and 1,000 credits. Unlimited adds 3,000 credits and priority support. Despite the name, the pricing page caps Unlimited at 300 senders under a fair-use policy. Credits come once, not monthly, and don’t expire. Top-up prices aren’t published.
Proxies: Growth gives each sender its own residential proxy. The pricing FAQ says Agency and Unlimited need your own proxies, though the help-center plans article doesn’t mention it.
What a typical setup costs: five senders on Growth run $395 a month. On monthly billing, Agency 25 becomes cheaper than Growth at 17 senders ($999 against $1,003). At 50 senders, Agency works out to about $28 a sender. These plans changed between May and June 2026: 50 senders used to cost $999, so older review sites quote stale numbers.
What HeyReach does
HeyReach scales LinkedIn outreach by adding accounts, not by pushing one account harder: it rotates a campaign’s leads across all its senders. Its help center describes this as “Smartlead for LinkedIn” or “Instantly for LinkedIn”.
You connect each LinkedIn account with browser cookies or a login, and HeyReach runs it in the cloud behind its own proxy, which on Growth is a dedicated residential IP. Sequences mix connection requests, messages, InMails (with Sales Navigator), profile views, follows, post likes and AI voice notes, which clone a sender’s voice from a short sample (in beta since September 2026).
Limits are per sender, and support can’t remove the cooldowns and locks that enforce them. Daily connection requests can be set as high as 40, with 25 as the default for a warmed-up account. HeyReach’s own articles differ on the weekly ceiling: one says a hard cap of 200 requests, another says about 100.
Replies from every sender land in Unibox, a shared LinkedIn inbox with tags and bulk actions. Email steps hand leads to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison. HeyReach has no contact database of its own: leads come from LinkedIn searches, CSV files or tools like Clay.
HeyReach strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Made for many accounts. Lead rotation, per-sender caps and one inbox for all profiles are the core of the product (sender rotation).
- Agency setup included. Client workspaces with separate data come on every plan, and Agency plans add white label for your own domain and branding.
- Open to builders. API and webhooks are on Growth, and since June 2026 the MCP server (a standard way for AI assistants like Claude to use other apps) can create and launch whole campaigns (announcement).
- Two-way links with cold email tools. Leads move both ways between HeyReach and Instantly or Smartlead.
Drawbacks
- Small teams pay more per account. One to nine senders cost $79 each, and per-sender cost only falls sharply on the agency plans.
- LinkedIn doesn’t allow it. LinkedIn’s User Agreement bans bots that send messages or add contacts. HeyReach’s terms say it isn’t responsible if a platform acts against your account.
- Email lives in another tool. There’s no built-in email sending, so multichannel means a second subscription.
- White label cuts the email handoff. The Instantly and Smartlead integrations aren’t available to white-label users (help center).
What HeyReach users say
HeyReach scores 4.6 out of 5 on G2 from more than 70 reviews (read from search results) and 4.0 on Trustpilot from 51, as of October 2026. HeyReach’s own site shows a 4.7 G2 badge.
G2 says reviewers often praise its value for agencies and teams running many accounts. One G2 reviewer called it “one of the cheaper methods of generating leads for our clients.” The common complaint runs the other way for small setups: “$79 per sender adds up fast”.
LinkedIn risk is the other recurring thread, especially since March 2026, when LinkedIn removed HeyReach’s company page and restricted four executives’ profiles. HeyReach’s account says customer accounts kept running. HeyReach’s terms ask customers not to publicly share information about the service’s performance.
Who HeyReach is for
HeyReach fits agencies and sales teams that run LinkedIn outreach from many profiles, such as one per rep or several per client, and want them in one place without paying per user.
Look elsewhere if you run one or two profiles and want email in the same tool, or if your LinkedIn account is too valuable to risk on automation. HeyReach is frank about this: its own blog says no outreach automation tool is approved under LinkedIn’s rules, its own included. I’d take that at face value and keep any profile you can’t afford to lose out of it.
Alternatives to HeyReach
- Dripify: LinkedIn plus email steps from Gmail or Outlook in one sequence, $79 a seat a month or $59 billed yearly. See the Dripify profile.
- lemlist: email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence, with its Multichannel plan at $109 per user a month. See the lemlist profile.
- Reply.io: multichannel sequences at $99 per user a month with one LinkedIn account included. See Reachkit vs Reply.io.
- Smartlead or Instantly: cold email senders HeyReach connects to natively, from $39 and $47 a month. See Instantly vs Smartlead.
- Reachkit (our product): cold email only, with no LinkedIn steps and no native HeyReach link. It applies the same add-senders idea to email: sends rotate across your inboxes, a Lead Finder supplies verified leads, and one workspace price from $39 a month covers unlimited members.
HeyReach: common questions
Is HeyReach legit?
Yes. HeyReach is a real paid product from HeyReach Inc OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, launched in 2023, with public pricing and a help center. It holds 4.6 on G2 from more than 70 reviews as of October 2026. It is not endorsed by LinkedIn, and LinkedIn's terms ban this kind of automation.
How much does HeyReach cost?
HeyReach costs $79 per LinkedIn sender a month on Growth, or $59 per sender from 10 senders. Agency plans cost $999 for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited costs $2,999 for up to 300. Yearly billing takes about 20% off. Users and clients are free. Prices checked October 15, 2026.
Is HeyReach free?
No. HeyReach has no free plan, but it offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, which its pricing FAQ says covers 3 LinkedIn accounts. The trial doesn't turn into a paid plan on its own. Agencies can ask for a 30-day trial of the Agency or Unlimited plan.
Is HeyReach safe? Did LinkedIn ban HeyReach?
In March 2026 LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted its executives' profiles; HeyReach says customer accounts and campaigns kept running. HeyReach itself writes that LinkedIn's User Agreement bans tools that automate connecting and messaging, and that automation isn't risk-free. It uses hard per-sender caps and a separate proxy per account to lower the risk.
Does HeyReach send cold emails?
Not by itself. HeyReach is LinkedIn only, and email steps pass leads to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison through native integrations. It finds addresses with its included credits, but the emails go out from the other tool, billed separately.
HeyReach vs Dripify: which is cheaper?
Both cost $79 a month for one LinkedIn account. HeyReach drops to $59 per sender from 10 senders and has agency plans; Dripify publishes no volume discount and sends teams of 10 or more to sales. Dripify sends email from your own Gmail or Outlook, while HeyReach hands email to a separate tool.
