lemlist pricing
lemlist pricing starts at $69 a month for email alone and $109 per user with LinkedIn and calls. Prices come from lemlist.com/pricing and its help center, in USD before VAT, as of October 2026. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly billing 20%.
Email plan, priced by team-wide monthly emails, with unlimited users and email senders per the pricing page:
| Emails a month | Monthly | Yearly (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| 50,000 | $69 | $55 |
| 100,000 | $89 | $71 |
| 200,000 | $159 | $127 |
| 500,000 | $359 | $287 |
| 1,000,000 | $659 | $527 |
The cap counts campaign, inbox and contact-panel emails, and campaigns pause at it. The plan includes no credits, LinkedIn, calling or WhatsApp.
Multichannel is $109 per user a month ($87 yearly), with 5 email senders per user ($9 a month for each extra), 400 credits and 400 call minutes per user. WhatsApp adds $20 per user, and a lemlist phone number, which SMS steps need, $15 a month. Enterprise is custom, billed yearly, with a five-seat minimum.
Credits are a separate add-on, from $20 a month for 2,000 up to $1,568 for 200,000. Finding and verifying one email costs 5 credits, a phone number 20. Mailboxes bought in lemlist start at $10 a month for Google or Outlook and $5 for SMTP; domain prices only show in the app.
A typical setup: one founder with 10 Google mailboxes bought in lemlist, sending 4,000 emails to 1,500 new prospects a month on monthly billing, pays $69 for the plan, $100 for mailboxes and $94 for a 10,000-credit pack (unused credits roll over): about $263 a month before domains. With your own mailboxes and list, it’s $69.
What lemlist does
lemlist sequences step from an email to a LinkedIn visit, an invite, a voice note, a call or a text, and branch on each lead’s response. It was launched in 2018 by lempire, a company based in Paris.
You connect Google, Microsoft or SMTP mailboxes, or buy a domain and mailboxes inside lemlist, which sets SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you, usually in 2 to 4 hours. Warmup runs through lemwarm, which comes with every active lemlist subscription: you start it per mailbox and set a daily target. A Deliverability Hub, DNS checks, inbox rotation and placement tests (100 credits each) sit on every plan.
For data, lemlist searches a B2B database it sizes at 450M+ to 650M+ contacts, depending on the page. Personalization goes further than merge fields: Liquid conditions, custom images and per-lead landing pages. lemAgent, its AI assistant, builds campaigns and drafts replies that you approve before they send. The API, which includes webhooks, and an official MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, are listed on every plan.
lemlist strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Multichannel in one sequence. Email, LinkedIn messages and InMail, voice notes, calls and SMS branch together in one flow (pricing).
- Low-cost volume for teams. 50,000 emails a month for $69, with users and email senders not charged per head.
- Personalization depth. Conditional Liquid text, custom images and personalized landing pages.
- Open to builders on every plan. The REST API with webhooks, and a 40+ tool MCP server that works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
- Deliverability instruments. Placement tests, DNS checks and alerts, plus domains you can transfer to another registrar after the 60-day lock.
Drawbacks
- Data costs extra on the Email plan. At 5 credits per email, 1,500 verified emails a month needs the $94 pack.
- Slow start for new mailboxes. lemlist’s lemwarm guide ramps about 40 days, then waits 14 more before a campaign.
- Guides disagree on limits. One help article caps a warm mailbox at 25 to 30 emails a day, another allows 40. lemlist’s pages also differ on whether the Email plan includes the unified inbox, and its terms, dated September 2025, still cap senders per seat on an “Email” plan.
- Plan switches aren’t self-serve. Moving between Email and Multichannel goes through support, billed pro rata, or a new team. On cancellation, the terms refund no unused time.
What lemlist users say
lemlist rates 4.6 out of 5 on G2 from more than 2,300 reviews, 4.6 on Capterra from 387, and 4.7 on Trustpilot from about 250, as of October 2026.
G2’s summary of reviews puts ease of use first, followed by automated personalized outreach and the Gmail and LinkedIn connections. The recurring complaints are the cost of the credit system and an interface some reviewers find confusing at times. Trustpilot’s summary praises support but notes that beginners need time to learn the software.
Who lemlist is for
lemlist fits sales teams and agencies that work leads across email and LinkedIn, and anyone who wins replies with per-lead visuals. The Email plan also suits a team that owns its mailboxes and data and wants many senders at a low platform price.
Look elsewhere if you want lead data and inboxes in the base price, or need new mailboxes sending within weeks. Each agency client team needs its own subscription. If you only send email, I’d price lemlist with credits and mailboxes added before comparing it on the $69 headline.

lemlist: common questions
Is lemlist legit?
Yes. lemlist is run by lempire SAS in Paris, launched in 2018, and says more than 20,000 companies use it. As of October 2026 it rates 4.6 on G2 and 4.7 on Trustpilot. The common complaints are credit costs and an interface some find confusing, not the legitimacy of the service.
How much does lemlist cost?
As of October 2026, lemlist's Email plan starts at $69 a month for 50,000 emails ($55 billed yearly), with unlimited users and email senders but no credits. Multichannel, which adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS, is $109 per user a month ($87 yearly). Enterprise is custom. Credits start at $20 for 2,000.
Does lemlist have a free plan or trial?
lemlist offers a 14-day free trial with no card, covering Multichannel features except in-app calls, plus 200 credits and up to 50 emails a day. Its help center says the Email plan has no trial. After the trial the account drops to Freemium, which can't send campaigns. lemlist's pricing page also carries a banner offering an extended 30-day trial, credited to a creator's content.
Is lemlist better than Instantly?
It depends on your channels. lemlist runs email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence and leads on personalization. Instantly is email only and starts lower, at $47 a month, but its entry plan can't reply from its shared inbox. If you send email alone, compare both with mailboxes and lead data added.
Is lemlist better than Apollo?
They lead in different places. Apollo is a contact database first, with credits on every paid seat and a free plan. lemlist is stronger at reaching people across channels, with LinkedIn steps, calls and SMS in one sequence and an Email plan that doesn't charge per user.
