Instantly pricing

Instantly pricing starts at $47 a month for sending, and lead data is a second subscription on top. All prices below are from instantly.ai/pricing, monthly billing, as of October 2026.

Outreach planMonthlyYearly (per month)Emails a monthContacts
Growth$47$37.605,0001,000
Hypergrowth$97$77.60100,000 to 125,00025,000
Light Speed$358$286.30500,000100,000

Enterprise is custom. The contact limit is a fixed total of leads in your campaigns, not a monthly allowance, so it frees up only when you delete leads. Instantly’s pricing page lists Hypergrowth at 125,000 emails on the plan card and 100,000 in its comparison table.

Instantly Credits pay for the lead database, enrichment, verification and AI agents. Plans run from Nano ($9 for 150 credits) to Hyper 6 ($1,700 for 200,000). A verified work email costs 1 or 2 credits, and monthly credits expire after two months. The Starter bundle ($94) is Growth plus Growth credits at the same total.

Other paid extras: two more $47-or-$97 subscriptions (the CRM and inbox placement tests), a premium warmup pool from $500, and done-for-you Google inboxes at $5 per inbox monthly, with each domain $15 yearly. Each is cancelled on its own.

What a typical setup costs: one founder with 10 done-for-you inboxes on 5 domains, sending about 4,000 emails to 1,500 new prospects a month, ends up on Hypergrowth ($97) with inboxes and domains ($56.25, the $15 domain fee spread monthly) and a credit plan ($97 for 5,000 credits, at Instantly’s average of 1.5 credits per verified email). That’s about $250 a month on monthly billing. The $47 plan covers the email volume but holds only 1,000 contacts and can’t reply from the Unibox.

What Instantly does

Instantly sends cold email sequences from as many inboxes as you connect and rotates sends across them. You bring Google, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP/SMTP account, or buy done-for-you inboxes, which Instantly sets up (DNS and warmup included) within one to three days. Instantly also sells pre-warmed Google inboxes in batches of five and its own AirMail inboxes for B2B-only sending.

Warmup runs through a pool of other Instantly users’ inboxes, which Instantly puts at over one million accounts. You set most of the sending rules yourself: Instantly suggests up to 30 campaign emails per inbox a day, and its slow ramp for new inboxes is a toggle that starts off. Campaigns pause on their own if bounces pass 5% after 200 sends.

Replies land in the Unibox, where AI tags them as interested, not interested or out of office. Around that core sit SuperSearch, a B2B database Instantly puts at 450M+ contacts on its pricing page, plus an AI Reply Agent, an AI Sales Agent, a CRM, an API and an official MCP server, which is how AI assistants such as Claude connect to other apps.

Instantly strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Cheap room to grow. Inboxes carry no per-inbox fee and warmup starts at $47, and $97 covers 100,000 to 125,000 emails a month (pricing).
  • Easy to learn. Ease of use is the most mentioned plus in G2 reviews, and one Reddit user called it “probably the most polished UX in the space”.
  • Breadth. Data, enrichment, AI agents, placement tests, a CRM and done-for-you inboxes come from one vendor.
  • Open to builders. The API and Zapier are on the $47 plan, and the MCP server exposes the full API.
  • Fast shipping. Instantly released new features every month from May to September 2026, per its changelog.

Drawbacks

  • The $47 plan is thin. On Growth, replies show up in the Unibox but can’t be answered from it, can’t invite teammates without a CRM add-on and has no webhooks (plan comparison).
  • Many separate bills. Outreach, credits, the CRM, placement tests and inboxes are billed and cancelled one by one, with no refunds.
  • Bought inboxes stay with Instantly. It keeps ownership and admin access of the domains it sells, so they can’t move to another tool (help center).
  • Conflicting limits. Marketing says unlimited inboxes, while the Terms of Service cap connected accounts at 100 per workspace.

What Instantly users say

Instantly holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from more than 4,100 reviews as of October 2026. Reviewers there praise ease of use first and mention helpful support often. The top complaint on G2 is cost, with key features kept for pricier plans.

Trustpilot shows about 1,170 reviews but no score at the moment. Most of the recent reviews there are negative. Recurring themes are add-ons people say they didn’t expect, renewals under the no-refund policy, and support that starts with an AI and is slow to reach a person. A Reddit thread sums up the most common gripe in its title: “Avoid Using Instantly Growth Plan (you can’t reply to leads)”.

Who Instantly is for

Instantly fits teams that send at volume and want to add pieces over time: lead data this month, an AI reply agent next quarter, white-label client portals for an agency on Hypergrowth and up. If you’ll use Hypergrowth anyway, $97 buys a lot of sending room.

Look elsewhere if you want to stay on the entry plan and still answer replies in one place, or if you’d rather not manage four or five subscriptions. If you do pick Instantly, I’d budget for Hypergrowth from day one rather than discover the Growth limits after launch.

Instantly: common questions

Is Instantly legit?

Yes. Instantly is a real, widely used cold email platform run by Foo Monk, LLC, with more than 4,100 G2 reviews averaging 4.8 as of October 2026. Its Trustpilot reviews skew negative, mostly about billing, plan limits and support, and a share of the one-star ratings are from spam recipients rather than customers.

How much does Instantly cost?

Instantly's Outreach plans cost $47 (Growth), $97 (Hypergrowth) or $358 (Light Speed) a month, or $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month billed yearly. Lead data is a separate Instantly Credits plan from $9 to $1,700 a month. Most teams that want to reply from the Unibox need Hypergrowth. Prices checked October 2026.

Does Instantly have a free plan?

No. Instantly has a 14-day free trial with no credit card, limited to 2 email accounts, 250 leads, 1,000 emails and 100 credits. Trial accounts that don't upgrade are deleted after the trial ends, so export anything you want to keep first.

Can you reply to leads on Instantly's Growth plan?

Not inside the Unibox. On the $47 Growth plan you can read replies there, but answering them in Instantly needs Hypergrowth at $97 a month. Instantly says Growth users can answer from their connected mailboxes instead, which doesn't work for AirMail inboxes because they have no mailbox outside Instantly.

Instantly vs Smartlead: which is cheaper?

Smartlead's entry plan is $39 a month against Instantly's $47, as of October 2026. Both sell lead data, done-for-you inboxes and add-ons on top, so the cheaper choice depends on how many contacts, inboxes and clients you run. Smartlead is built more around agencies, with client workspaces and white label sold as add-ons on its higher plans.

Want replies in one place on the entry plan?

Reachkit's $39 Growth plan includes the Unibox with AI reply labels, warmup, inbox rotation and unlimited teammates. Start a 30-day free trial, no card needed.
