Instantly vs Saleshandy
Saleshandy packs sending, lead credits, the API and MCP into one cheaper plan, while Instantly sells sending and lead credits separately and goes further on AI agents, paid warmup pools and pre-warmed inboxes.
The short answer
Disclosure: I run Reachkit, which competes with both tools. I checked each price below against Instantly’s and Saleshandy’s own pricing pages and help docs in October 2026.
My verdict: for a solo sender or a small team counting every dollar, Saleshandy gives more for less. Its $41 Starter plan comes with 1,500 verified-email credits each month, a shared inbox you can reply from, the API and MCP, and Saleshandy’s done-for-you mailboxes undercut Instantly’s. Instantly earns its higher bill if you want the larger toolbox and are happy to pay per module. Both advertise unlimited email accounts (Instantly’s terms cap a workspace at 100 connected accounts), and neither charges per seat.
Pick Instantly if:
- You want AI that does the work: a Reply Agent that answers leads and books meetings, and a Sales Agent that finds prospects and emails them.
- You want pre-warmed Google inboxes, or bought inboxes billed month to month.
- You’d add a CRM that also handles calls and SMS, a premium warmup pool or website visitor identification from the same vendor.
Pick Saleshandy if:
- You want lead data, replies, the API and MCP on the entry plan, without a second subscription.
- You want done-for-you Google mailboxes for less, or Microsoft 365 ones, which Instantly doesn’t sell.
- You need native Salesforce sync, or call, LinkedIn and WhatsApp tasks as sequence steps.

One plan or a set of modules
Saleshandy sells one plan with the lead data built in, while Instantly splits sending, data and extras into subscriptions you stack yourself.
In August 2026, Saleshandy folded its separate Outreach and Lead Finder subscriptions into a single Platform Plan. Starter ($41), Pro ($99) and Scale ($189) each carry monthly verified-email credits (1,500, 4,000 or 8,000), the Unified Inbox, unlimited email accounts, the API and MCP. Paid extras include top-up credits, done-for-you mailboxes, Inbox Radar placement tests and a dialer.
Instantly’s Outreach plans handle sending: $47 for Growth, $97 for Hypergrowth, $358 for Light Speed. Its lead database and AI agents draw on Instantly Credits, a separate subscription priced from $9 up to $1,700 monthly, and the CRM and placement tests are $47 or $97 apiece. Each subscription is billed and cancelled on its own, and Instantly’s terms make all fees non-refundable. Saleshandy refunds new subscriptions within 10 days, pro-rated if used, and lets you pause for one to six months.
Modules have a real upside: nobody makes you pay for a database you won’t use. The catch is the entry plan. Instantly’s Growth can’t reply from the Unibox or send webhooks, adds teammates only with a paid CRM plan, and caps uploaded contacts at 1,000 in total rather than per month. Saleshandy’s Starter has its own limits: one user, 2,000 active prospects, 6,000 emails a month.
Setup and done-for-you inboxes
Both are self-serve, so setup differs mostly in the done-for-you inboxes. Either one connects Google and Microsoft accounts through a sign-in, and other providers through IMAP and SMTP.
- Instantly sells Google inboxes, not Microsoft. Each costs $5 monthly, domains are $15 yearly, and delivery takes 24 to 72 hours with DNS records and warmup handled. There are also pre-warmed Google accounts at $10 monthly, sold five at a time, and AirMail, Instantly’s own sending accounts at $4 a month, which only send to business addresses and cap at 20 campaign emails a day.
- Saleshandy sells Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Azure mailboxes. Google costs $2.99 a month on its Annual Fixed term, $3.49 on Annual Flexi (25 mailboxes minimum) or $3.99 on Quarterly, plus $14 a year per domain, and its guide says renewal prices are typically higher. It registers lookalike domains, writes the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, adds a tracking domain, then connects and warms each mailbox.
Neither lets bought inboxes leave easily. Instantly keeps ownership and admin access to its domains, which can’t be used in other sending tools. Saleshandy doesn’t share mailbox credentials; its help center allows a domain transfer after you cancel, while its pricing FAQ says no transfer at all. Neither refunds inbox purchases. If you might switch tools within a year, I’d keep some sending on domains you register yourself.
Warmup and inbox placement
Instantly warms inboxes inside its own app, while Saleshandy warms them in TrulyInbox, a sister app owned by the same company, Ikigai Infotech LLP.
Instantly’s warmup trades emails with a pool of other Instantly users’ inboxes, which it puts at over a million. You switch it on per account, bought inboxes start warming on their own, and a premium pool costs from $500 a month per workspace. Saleshandy’s warmup is free on paid plans: you open a TrulyInbox account, link it with an API key, and reconnect there any Google or Microsoft account you’d added by sign-in. Daily warmup limits follow your plan and aren’t published for the current plans.
Their sending advice differs:
- Volume: Instantly’s guidance tops out at 30 campaign emails per inbox each day. Saleshandy suggests about 15.
- Ramp: Instantly’s slow ramp is off by default. Saleshandy’s ramp-up is a per-mailbox toggle, and it suggests starting at 5 a day and adding 10 to 20% daily.
- Tracking: Instantly advises against tracking the first email. Saleshandy advises against link tracking, and against open tracking when deliverability comes first.
- Bounces: both pause campaigns on their own, Instantly once bounces pass 5% after 200 sends.
Both sell placement tests as extras: Instantly’s at $47 or $97 a month, and Saleshandy’s Inbox Radar. Instantly adds a Deliverability AI agent from Hypergrowth. In either tool, I’d check the ramp is on before a new domain sends its first campaign.
Replies, teammates and clients
Saleshandy lets every plan reply from its Unified Inbox, while Instantly reserves replying in its Unibox for Hypergrowth and up. Growth users can see replies there, but they have to answer from each connected mailbox.
Both sort replies by intent with AI, and Instantly’s tagging is free and on by default.
Both offer subsequences on their middle plans, Instantly from Hypergrowth and Saleshandy from Pro. Saleshandy’s can trigger on a reply, opens, clicks, a tag or an outcome, and its sequences can hold call, LinkedIn and WhatsApp tasks, with a dialer from $29 a month. Instantly keeps calling and SMS in its CRM add-on.
Instantly allows invites on Hypergrowth, Light Speed or with a CRM plan, while Saleshandy includes 1 user on Starter, 10 on Pro and unlimited on Scale. For agencies, Instantly offers white-label client portals from Hypergrowth, with one subscription per workspace. Saleshandy gives clients their own logins on every plan, keeps separate workspaces for Scale, and offers white label, though its own pages disagree on which plan includes it.
AI agents, the API and MCP
Instantly pushes further into AI that works on its own, while Saleshandy’s AI helps you write and research and leaves the decisions with you.
Instantly’s Copilot turns plain-language requests into campaigns, lead lists and automations. Its AI Reply Agent drafts answers, works through objections and can book a meeting via Calendly, charging 5 credits for each reply it generates, with autopilot from Hypergrowth. Its AI Sales Agent finds leads and writes and sends outreach, on autopilot if you choose, for 5 credits a lead.
Saleshandy has the AI Sequence Copilot, AI Variants on Pro and up, AI Prospect Enrichment with web search, and Sage AI for plain-English database search. The Copilot and AI enrichment run on token-metered AI credits (Starter includes 100 once). I couldn’t find an AI reply agent or an autonomous sales agent there.
Both run an official MCP server, the protocol that lets an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT operate another app for you. Instantly’s mirrors its entire API, authenticates with an API key and needs Growth or above. Saleshandy’s signs in with OAuth, covers sequences, prospects, analytics and sender health, and works on every plan, trial included.
Saleshandy syncs natively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho from Pro. Instantly connects natively to HubSpot and Pipedrive, and reaches Salesforce through OutboundSync, a third-party tool.
What it costs
Saleshandy costs less in both of my standard setups, mainly because its plan includes lead credits and its mailboxes are cheaper. Assumptions: public list prices, read off each vendor’s pricing page in October 2026; monthly billing; no tax; done-for-you Google inboxes (Saleshandy’s on Quarterly, its shortest term); and one verified email per new prospect, averaging 1.5 Instantly credits each, per Instantly’s own estimate.
| Per month | Instantly | Saleshandy | Reachkit (reference) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founder, 1 user: plan | Hypergrowth, $97 | Starter, $41 | Growth, $39 |
| 10 inboxes on 5 domains | $56.25 | $45.73 | $56.25 |
| Emails for 1,500 prospects | $97 (Supersonic credits) | In the plan | $12.50 (top-up credits) |
| Founder, total | $250.25 | $86.73 | $107.75 |
| Agency, 3 users: plan | Hypergrowth, $97 | Pro, $99 | Scale, $99 |
| 60 inboxes on 20 domains | $325 | $262.73 | $325 |
| Emails for 10,000 prospects | $300 (Hyper 2 credits) | $125 (top-up credits) | $125 (top-up credits) |
| Agency, total | $722 | $486.73 | $549 |
The founder sends about 4,000 emails a month, the agency about 25,000. I priced Instantly’s founder on Hypergrowth because Growth’s 1,000 uploaded contacts fill in month one and Growth can’t reply from the Unibox. If most of Instantly’s email finds cost 1 credit instead of 1.5, smaller credit plans bring its totals to $200.25 and $619.
Both setups ask each inbox for 18 to 19 emails a weekday, inside Instantly’s guidance but above Saleshandy’s suggested 15. Holding to 15 takes about 30% more Saleshandy mailboxes, which still leaves it well below Instantly. For the founder, Reachkit Growth’s 5,000 contacts fill in about month four. At the agency’s pace, Instantly’s 25,000 contacts fill in about 2.5 months (an $87 add-on adds 25,000), as do Reachkit Scale’s (its next tier is $239), while Saleshandy Pro holds 30,000 active prospects. Annual billing lowers Hypergrowth to $77.60 and Starter or Pro to $34 or $76. More tools, same math: cold email platform costs side by side.
What users say
G2 reviewers rate both highly, and both get dinged for plan limits. In October 2026, Instantly’s G2 page shows 4.8 out of 5 across roughly 4,150 reviews, and Saleshandy’s shows 4.6 across roughly 820. Saleshandy also scores 4.5 from about 126 reviews on its Capterra listing. Trustpilot shows no rating for either company right now, so I’ve left it out.
Instantly: on G2, ease of use draws the most praise, and the support team gets frequent credit. The leading complaint is cost, with key features held back for pricier tiers, and some reviewers report campaign failures and integration trouble. The Growth reply limit bites hardest with AirMail inboxes, which have no mailbox to log into. As one r/Coldemailing post put it: “once a prospect responds, you have to upgrade just to answer them”.
Saleshandy: G2’s top praise is again ease of use (255 mentions), with email tracking next (195). Its most-cited cons: the interface and email handling (114), features people miss (87), warmup (54, mostly about analytics and reporting), and cost (44), where reviewers point to credit and sending caps. Many of those reviews were written before the August 2026 Platform Plan, so some credit complaints may refer to the old pricing.
A third option: Reachkit
Here’s where Reachkit differs, and where it falls short. I built it, so weigh my view accordingly.
- Replies and teammates from the first plan. For $39 a month, Reachkit’s Growth plan lets your team answer from the Unibox, adds as many teammates as you like and includes 1,000 verified-lead credits monthly. Instantly puts replying at $97, and Saleshandy’s Starter is one user.
- Warmup in the same app. AI-written warmup starts on every inbox you add, and a new inbox begins at 3 campaign emails a day, climbing to 20 by default.
- An audience sized from the brief. Instantly’s and Saleshandy’s Copilots also draft campaigns from plain language. Reachkit’s builder goes on to size a matching audience from 500M+ profiles off the same one-sentence brief, and done-for-you Google or Microsoft inboxes are ordered in the same app.
Where it’s behind: its done-for-you inboxes cost $5 a month, the same as Instantly’s and more than Saleshandy’s. It has no AI reply agent, placement tests, LinkedIn steps or white label, and its API starts on the $99 Scale plan. For the one-on-one versions, read how Reachkit compares with Instantly and how it compares with Saleshandy.
Switching between them
Moving between Instantly and Saleshandy is mostly a CSV job, plus a few weeks of warmup if you bought your inboxes:
- Carries over: inboxes on domains you own; reconnect them with a Google or Microsoft sign-in or over SMTP. Sender reputation belongs to the mailbox and domain, so it moves with them. Leads export as CSV from both.
- Rebuild by hand: sequences (both APIs can read them, but I found no one-click sequence export in either), subsequence branches, Saleshandy’s task steps and Instantly’s agent settings.
- Doesn’t move: done-for-you inboxes from either vendor. Order replacements, warm them, and keep the old ones sending until the new ones are ready.
- Export before you cancel: Instantly needs an active subscription to export, and I found bulk reply history only through each tool’s API.
- Warmup: switch the old tool’s warmup off as soon as the new tool is warming. Moving to Saleshandy means setting up TrulyInbox, and leaving it means your warmup history stays there.
Instantly vs Saleshandy: common questions
Is Instantly or Saleshandy better?
Saleshandy is better value for most solo senders and small teams: lead credits, shared-inbox replies, the API and MCP come on one plan from $41 a month, and its done-for-you mailboxes cost less. Instantly is better if you want AI agents to answer replies and find prospects for you, or want pre-warmed inboxes and a premium warmup pool. Checked October 2026.
Is Saleshandy cheaper than Instantly?
Yes, in both of my October 2026 setups. A founder running 10 done-for-you inboxes and finding 1,500 prospects a month pays about $87 on Saleshandy versus about $250 on Instantly. An agency with 60 inboxes and 10,000 prospects a month pays about $487 versus $722. The gap comes from bundled lead credits and $2.99 to $3.99 mailboxes against Instantly's $5.
Is Instantly a good company?
For many teams, yes. Instantly scores 4.8 out of 5 on G2 across more than 4,100 reviews (October 2026), where users praise its ease of use and support. The top complaint is cost: key features sit on higher plans, Unibox replies need the $97 Hypergrowth plan, and data, CRM and placement tests are each a separate subscription.
Does Saleshandy include email warmup like Instantly?
Yes. Paid Saleshandy plans include warmup at no extra cost, but it happens in TrulyInbox, a sister app from the same company. You open a TrulyInbox account, connect it to Saleshandy with an API key, and add Google or Microsoft accounts there again by hand. Instantly's warmup is built into the main app, with a paid premium pool from $500 a month.
Can I move inboxes between Instantly and Saleshandy?
Inboxes on domains you own move freely: reconnect them by Google or Microsoft sign-in or SMTP, and their reputation comes along. Inboxes bought from either vendor stay behind. Instantly keeps those domains and admin access, and Saleshandy doesn't share mailbox credentials and at best allows a domain transfer after you cancel. Plan a few weeks of warmup for replacements.
What are some good alternatives to Saleshandy and Instantly?
Smartlead is worth a look for agencies that want client workspaces and white label. Lemlist suits teams that mix LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence. Reachkit, my own product, suits you if you'd like the campaign, done-for-you Google or Microsoft inboxes and built-in warmup in one place, with replies and unlimited teammates on its $39 plan.
My take
If I were sending alone on a tight budget, I’d pick Saleshandy over Instantly: one plan covers the data, the replies and the API, and its mailboxes are cheap. I’d pick Instantly if I wanted agents doing part of the work, pre-warmed inboxes or bought inboxes billed monthly, and I’d budget for Hypergrowth from day one. If you’d rather have warmup, replies and teammates in one app from the first plan, Reachkit’s 30-day trial needs no card.
