Titan Email pricing and review
Titan Email is business email on your own domain, sold through registrars and web hosts that each set their own price.

Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool that also sets up sending inboxes. Every Titan Email price on this page was checked on October 15, 2026 on the seller’s own page, logged out, because Titan publishes no price list of its own.

Titan Email pricing
Titan Email pricing depends on who sells it to you. Titan’s pricing article says it is “not sold directly by Titan” and “each partner independently determines its plans, pricing, billing terms, and available offers.” Five sellers’ pages showed these prices on October 15, 2026:
| Seller | Plans and prices | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| NameSilo | Starter free (1 GB, behind a “Select Hosting Plan” button); Professional $2.49, Premium $4.49, Ultra $8.00 per mailbox a month | Shown as yearly totals ($29.88, $53.88, $96.00) |
| Name.com | Titan Pro $2.00 a month (10 GB); Titan Premium $2.99 (50 GB) | 90-day free trial |
| Hover | Launch prices: Pro $36, Premium $60, Ultra $120 a year, currency not named | Yearly only; no refunds as standard |
| Squarespace | Essential Email Basic $3 a month | Monthly only; US, UK, Australia, Canada |
| WordPress.com | Professional Email, 30 GB; price shown at checkout | First 3 months free |
NameSilo and WordPress.com price per mailbox. Hover, Name.com and Squarespace don’t say on those pages, so check the cart before buying several.
The plans underneath. Titan’s homepage shows three plans, Pro, Premium and Ultra, with 10, 50 and 100 GB, and no prices. NameSilo and GoDaddy add a 1 GB Starter. Premium adds unlimited read receipts and templates plus two-factor login; Ultra adds follow-up reminders, 50 GB of email backup and Titan AI. GoDaddy sells five versions as Professional Email powered by Titan; its price pages couldn’t be loaded for this check.
A small setup: 3 mailboxes on NameSilo Professional cost $89.64 a year, 5 on Premium $269.40, before tax.
Worth knowing: since November 2025, new free email claims at Hostinger get Hostinger’s own email, not Titan. Refunds follow the seller’s terms.
What Titan Email does
Titan Email hosts mailboxes on a domain you own, with webmail, phone apps and, since June 2026, desktop apps. Titan says SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up automatically.
Titan pitches the inbox as a sales tool. Depending on the plan you get read receipts, templates, follow-up reminders, booking pages, an invoice builder and Email Campaigns, a mail merge that sends each person a separate copy with an unsubscribe link. Since June 4, 2026 Titan also runs an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, so an assistant can work with your mail, calendar and contacts.
Sending is capped per mailbox. Titan’s limits article gives these figures for email to other domains:
| Plan | Per hour | Per day |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 50 | 300 |
| Pro | 200 | 500 |
| Premium | 300 | 1,000 |
| Ultra | 500 | 2,000 |
| Free and trial | 50 | 100 |
Each recipient counts once, and new domains start lower. Bounces to outside domains are capped at 5 an hour and 10 a day per mailbox, after which sending pauses (bounce article). For bulk mail, Titan recommends a dedicated platform. GoDaddy’s Titan plans list their own limits.
Titan Email strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Cheap or free to start. NameSilo lists a free 1 GB Starter mailbox, and entry paid plans cost about $2 to $3 a month at NameSilo, Name.com, Hover and Squarespace.
- Easy to pick up. Ease of use has 117 mentions among G2 pros, and Capterra reviewers rate its ease of use 4.6.
- Sales tools built in. One Software Advice reviewer liked most “the ability to see when someone open your emails”.
- Steady releases. Email backup, AI summaries, the MCP server and desktop apps all shipped from December 2025 to June 2026 (release notes).
Drawbacks
- Strict on bounces. Titan warns that “a consistently high bounce rate can result in your mailbox or domain being permanently blocked”, and an October 2026 Trustpilot reviewer wrote that “Titan blocked our email after we received some bouncebacks”.
- A consent rule for lists. Its acceptable use policy bars lists “purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or otherwise compiled without the recipient’s affirmative consent” unless local law permits it.
- Support can depend on the seller, who handles billing. G2 lists poor support among the cons 18 times, though support is also the top pro.
What Titan Email users say
Titan Email holds 4.6 on G2 from more than 550 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra from 128, as of October 2026. Trustpilot is lower: 3.7 from 388, with 63% five-star and 23% one-star.
Support is the top plus on G2 (119 mentions), then ease of use. The repeat complaints are blocks after bounces, support that can be hard to reach (one four-star Trustpilot reviewer found Titan “difficult to contact” but quick to fix the issue), and missing features, a G2 con with 22 mentions.
Who Titan Email is for
Titan Email fits a freelancer or small business that wants an address on its own domain for a few dollars a month, from the same seller as the domain, with read receipts for one-to-one sales mail.
Look elsewhere for cold email. The caps, the bounce limit and the consent clause all point the other way, and a block would hit the address your customers use. The setup I recommend: keep that address on any host you like, Titan included, and run outreach on separate lookalike domains.
Alternatives to Titan Email
- Google Workspace: Gmail on your domain plus Docs and Drive, $7 a user a month on an annual plan. See the Google Workspace profile.
- Microsoft 365: Outlook with a 100 GB mailbox on Business Basic, $7 a user a month with a yearly commitment. See the Microsoft 365 profile.
- Zoho Mail: cheaper than Titan’s usual paid plans, at $1 a user a month for Mail Lite billed yearly. See the Zoho Mail profile.
- Zapmail: Google or Microsoft mailboxes made for cold email, 10 for $39 a month in the first year. See Reachkit vs Zapmail.
- Reachkit (our product): not a home for your main address. For outreach, it registers lookalike domains ($15 a year), creates Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes ($5 a month each), warms them automatically and caps campaigns at 20 emails per inbox a day by default, from $39 a month. Titan Email: common questions
How much does Titan Email cost?
It depends on the seller, because Titan lets each partner set its prices. On October 15, 2026, NameSilo charged $2.49 a mailbox a month for Professional and $8.00 for Ultra on yearly billing, Name.com $2.00 a month for Titan Pro, Hover $36 a year for Pro, and Squarespace $3 a month.
Is Titan Email free to use?
Sometimes. NameSilo lists a free 1 GB Starter mailbox, Name.com gives 90 days free and WordPress.com the first 3 months. Titan's free and trial plans send at most 100 emails a day to other domains, and read receipts, templates, campaigns and two-factor login need a paid plan.
Is Titan a good email provider?
For everyday small-business email, most reviewers think so: 4.6 on G2 and 4.5 on Capterra, though Trustpilot shows 3.7, as of October 2026. It's built for one-to-one mail, not bulk sending.
Who owns Titan Email?
Titan launched in 2018 as Flockmail and says it is led by founder and CEO Bhavin Turakhia and the founding team behind Directi and Media.net. Automattic, WordPress.com's parent company, invested $30 million in 2021 at a $300 million valuation. It's an investor, not the owner.
Can you use Titan Email for cold email?
Not at volume. Titan caps outside sending at 300 to 2,000 emails a day per paid mailbox, pauses sending after 10 bounces a day, and its acceptable use policy bars bought or scraped lists without consent unless local law allows them. Use separate domains and inboxes for outreach; Reachkit sets those up and warms them.
Is Titan Email cheaper than Google Workspace?
Usually. The first paid Titan plan costs about $2 to $3 a month at most sellers we checked, against $7 a user a month for Google Workspace Business Starter on an annual plan, as of October 2026. Google adds Docs, Drive and Meet; Titan adds read receipts and templates.
