Zoho CRM pricing
Zoho CRM pricing starts at $14 a user a month on Standard with yearly billing, or $20 paid monthly, and a free edition covers up to three users. These are US list prices from Zoho’s pricing page, checked October 2026, before local taxes such as VAT or GST.
| Plan | Yearly (per user/mo) | Monthly (per user) | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 3 users, 5,000 records, 10 email templates, no mass email |
| Standard | $14 | $20 | Workflows, Cadences, dashboards, forecasting; 250 mass emails a day |
| Professional | $23 | $35 | Blueprint, CPQ, inventory, portals, Zia email intelligence; 500 a day |
| Enterprise | $40 | $50 | Zia AI sales assistant, territories, custom functions; 1,000 a day |
| Ultimate | $52 | $65 | Higher limits, custom AI models, migration help; 2,000 a day |
The mass email figures are per organization, not per user, according to Zoho’s email limits article. The same article says the cap can go up to 10,000 a day for an extra fee arranged through Zoho sales, with no price published. Extra storage and team users for non-sales staff cost extra, with no US dollar price on Zoho’s CRM pages.
Contract and refunds: there’s no contract, you pay monthly or yearly, and plans renew on their own unless you cancel at least seven days before renewal. Zoho’s refund policy gives a full refund in the first month on monthly billing or the first 45 days on yearly billing.
What a typical setup costs: five reps on Professional pay $1,380 a year billed yearly, or $175 a month billed monthly.
What Zoho CRM does
Zoho CRM keeps leads, contacts, accounts and deals as records in modules, and you can add your own: 10 on Standard, up to 500 on Ultimate. Workflow rules and Blueprint, Zoho’s guided step-by-step processes, move records along. Since July 2026 every account runs on the newer “CRM For Everyone” interface; Zoho retired the old one with no opt-out.
Paid plans connect a mailbox over IMAP, POP3, the Gmail API or Microsoft Graph. Cadences, from Standard, schedule follow-ups that mix email, tasks, calls and WhatsApp messages. Mass email goes out from Zoho’s own servers, and the daily cap also counts autoresponders and macros. Zoho’s feature list says the cap covers sales activity only and points bulk campaigns to Zoho Campaigns, a separate product.
Zia is Zoho’s AI layer: email summaries and intent detection on Professional and a sales assistant with predictions on Enterprise. From Standard, paid plans also enrich records with company size, industry and revenue. Zoho also runs an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, which covers CRM among other Zoho apps.
Zoho CRM strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- A real free plan and a low paid start. Three users can work free, and paid plans start at $14 a user a month billed yearly (pricing).
- Room to customize. Custom modules, Blueprint, functions and portals let you shape the CRM to your process. PCMag’s review calls it affordable and highly customizable.
- The Zoho suite. Zoho CRM links natively to Zoho Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ and Analytics, and Zoho says it connects to more than 1,000 apps.
- Easy exit terms. No contract, and full refunds in the first month (monthly) or 45 days (yearly).
Drawbacks
- A learning curve. One Capterra reviewer describes a “steep learning curve due to a cluttered interface”, and another found it “kinda hard to setup for small business and small team”.
- Uneven support. Customer service is the lowest of Zoho CRM’s four sub-scores on Capterra, at 4.1.
- Tight bulk email. Standard allows 250 mass emails a day for the whole organization, and a thread in Zoho’s community asks it to raise the 250 limit. Its terms ban unsolicited mass email, and its docs describe no warmup or inbox rotation.
What Zoho CRM users say
As of October 2026, Zoho CRM rates 4.1 out of 5 on G2 from about 2,950 reviews and 4.3 on Capterra from about 7,000. Both figures come from search results; the sites blocked direct checks. Zoho’s Trustpilot page scores 3.8 from 6,160 reviews, but that page covers every Zoho product, not just the CRM.
Fans point to value for money, how far it bends to fit their process and, for suite users, how the Zoho apps connect. The complaints that repeat are the cluttered interface, the time it takes to set up, and support replies that come slowly or read as canned.
Who Zoho CRM is for
Zoho CRM fits small and mid-sized teams that want a full CRM for little money per user, especially if they already use Zoho Books, Desk or Campaigns. It also suits an unusual sales process, if someone will configure the custom modules and guided steps.
Look elsewhere if you want a CRM that needs little setup, or if the main job is cold email to new lists. The org-wide mass email cap and the spam clause in Zoho’s terms make it a place for replies and deals, not for outbound volume. If you pair it with a cold email sender, I’d only create a Zoho record once a prospect answers, so the CRM holds conversations instead of thousands of untouched cold leads.

Zoho CRM: common questions
How much does Zoho CRM cost?
Zoho CRM costs $14, $23, $40 or $52 a user a month billed yearly for Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate, or $20, $35, $50 and $65 on monthly billing. Those are US list prices checked in October 2026, before local taxes. A free edition covers up to three users.
Is Zoho CRM actually free?
Yes, for up to three users. The free edition includes contact management, workflow automation, 10 email templates and standard reports, up to 5,000 records. It has no mass email and no Cadences, so most growing sales teams move to a paid plan.
What are the disadvantages of Zoho CRM?
Reviewers most often mention a learning curve and a cluttered interface, setup that can need a dedicated admin or partner, and support that is slow outside premium plans. For outbound teams, mass email is capped at 250 to 2,000 a day for the whole organization, depending on the plan.
Is Zoho a Chinese or Indian company?
Zoho is an Indian company headquartered in Chennai, India. It started in 1996 as AdventNet in New Jersey and took the Zoho Corporation name in 2009. It is privately held and also makes Zoho Books, Desk and Campaigns.
Can you send cold email from Zoho CRM?
Only in small amounts. Mass email is capped per organization at 250 a day on Standard and 2,000 on Ultimate, and Zoho's terms ban unsolicited mass email. With no warmup or inbox rotation, cold outreach usually runs from a dedicated sender, with Zoho kept for replies and deals.
Zoho CRM vs HubSpot: which is cheaper?
Zoho CRM is usually cheaper once you need sales automation. Cadences start on Zoho's Standard plan at $14 to $20 a user a month, while HubSpot puts sequences in Sales Hub Professional at $90 to $100 a seat plus a $1,500 onboarding fee. Both have a free tier. Prices checked October 2026.
