Attio pricing and review
Attio is a CRM you shape around your own data, built from your email and calendar, with workflows, AI and an MCP server, priced per seat with a free plan for small teams.
Attio at a glance
Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool, not a CRM. Every price on this page was checked in October 2026 against Attio’s own pricing page and help center, and the page is written from those public sources.

Attio pricing
Attio pricing runs from $0 for up to three seats to $99 a seat a month, with a 20% discount on Plus and Pro for yearly billing. Figures come from attio.com/pricing, in USD before tax, as of October 2026.
| Plan | Yearly (per seat/mo) | Monthly (per seat) | Main limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 3 seats, 3 objects, 50,000 records, 200 emails a month per user |
| Plus | $35 | $44 | Up to 10 seats, 5 objects, 250,000 records, 1,000 emails a month per user |
| Pro | $79 | $99 | Any number of seats, custom objects, 1M records, Sequences, Call Intelligence |
| Enterprise | Custom | Billed yearly only | SSO, SCIM, unlimited objects, through sales |
Prices rose in 2026. Archived copies of the pricing page show Plus at $29 and Pro at $69 a seat billed yearly ($36 and $86 monthly) as late as May 2, 2026, and today’s prices from August 3, 2026 on.
Credits. AI and some workflow steps spend credits. Each plan includes a monthly amount, and 5,000 extra cost $70 a month billed yearly or $85 monthly, on Plus and up.
Rules worth knowing. Everyone in a workspace must be on the same plan. Terms renew automatically, downgrades wait for the end of the term, and fees are non-refundable. Eligible VC-backed startups get 80% off annual Pro in year one.
What a typical setup costs: three people on Plus pay $1,260 a year, or $132 a month on monthly billing. Moving that team to Pro for Sequences and custom objects costs $2,844 a year, or $297 a month.
What Attio does
Attio is a CRM where you decide what the data looks like. Objects work like tables (People and Companies come on by default), records are the rows and attributes are the columns. Lists model a process, such as a sales pipeline.
When you connect a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox and your calendar, Attio creates and enriches records for the people and companies you deal with, and tracks connection strength. Workflows, rebuilt in June 2026, automate the rest: triggers and logic are free, while steps that write, send or use AI spend credits.
Ask Attio is a chat over your CRM data, emails and calls that can also take actions. Every plan gets the REST API and an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps. Its tools read and update records, lists, notes and tasks; none send email.
Pro adds Sequences: multi-step emails sent through your own Gmail or Microsoft account, capped at 12 emails an hour and 200 a day per synced mailbox. Attio’s help center says Sequences “should not be used” for “Cold or high volume sales outreach”. They’re meant for customers and warm leads.
Attio strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Fits your process. Custom objects and formula fields let a team model how it sells. G2’s review summary says users “consistently praise Attio for its ease of use and customizability.”
- A free plan with the builder tools. Up to three seats get the API, webhooks, Workflows, the App SDK and the MCP server at $0.
- Records that fill themselves. Contacts and companies come from synced email and calendars, with enrichment on every plan.
- Fast releases. Ask Attio, the MCP server, rebuilt Workflows and formula attributes all shipped between February and July 2026, per the changelog.
- Works next to cold email tools. Instantly and lemlist both offer native Attio connections.
Drawbacks
- Key features sit on Pro. Sequences, custom objects and Call Intelligence all need $79 to $99 a seat, after the 2026 increase.
- Not a cold email sender. Only 1,000 sequence emails can be queued at once per workspace. Attio documents no warmup or inbox rotation, and its deliverability guide leaves domain warmup to you.
- Depth takes learning. Some reviewers find advanced workflow setup harder than the clean interface suggests.
What Attio users say
As of October 2026, Attio holds 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from about 595 reviews. Capterra shows 3.8 from 8 reviews and Trustpilot 3.0 from 6, so only G2’s sample is large enough to weigh.
Praise centers on design and flexibility. One r/CRM user wrote that “Attio feels like an early Airtable with clean UX.” Price is a recurring complaint: an r/CRM user called it “super but expensive”, and a Trustpilot reviewer in October 2026 found it “very difficult to justify at this price.”
Who Attio is for
Attio fits startups and small teams that want a CRM built around their own way of selling, with AI and an API from day one. The free plan covers a team of three.
Look elsewhere if you want the CRM to send cold email. Attio’s docs rule it out. Agencies planning to run client CRMs from one account should also read Attio’s acceptable use policy, which bars using the service “for the benefit of a third party.”
If you pair Attio with a sender, I’d push only replies and booked meetings into it, not every cold prospect. Records count toward each plan’s cap, and a cold list can use up 50,000 quickly.

Attio: common questions
How much does Attio cost per month?
As of October 2026, Attio is free for up to 3 seats. Plus costs $35 a seat a month billed yearly or $44 monthly, Pro costs $79 or $99, and Enterprise is priced through sales. Plus and Pro were $29 and $69 billed yearly until mid-2026.
Is Attio free forever?
Attio has a Free plan for up to 3 seats with 50,000 records and 200 sent emails a month per user, and neither its pricing page nor its help center gives the plan an end date. New workspaces also get a 14-day Pro trial, no card needed.
Is Attio legit?
Yes. Attio is a London company founded in 2019 by Nicolas Sharp and Alexander Christie. It raised a $52M Series B led by GV in August 2025 and holds 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from about 595 reviews as of October 2026.
Can you send cold email from Attio?
Attio advises against it. Its help center says Sequences should not be used for cold or high volume sales outreach, and every synced mailbox is capped at 12 emails an hour and 200 a day. Teams usually send cold email from a dedicated tool and sync activity into Attio.
Attio vs HubSpot: which is cheaper?
Both have a free tier. For email sequences, Attio Pro costs $79 a seat a month billed yearly or $99 monthly, while HubSpot Sales Hub Professional costs $90 or $100 a seat plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. HubSpot Professional needs an annual commitment. Prices checked October 2026.
