Pipedrive is a pipeline-first sales CRM for small and mid-sized teams, priced per seat, with email sync, sequences and prospecting data on its higher plans.

Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool. Every price on this page was checked in October 2026 against Pipedrive’s own pricing page and help center. It’s built from Pipedrive’s public pages, not from a Pipedrive account.

Pipedrive pricing
Pipedrive pricing starts at $14 a seat a month on the Lite plan with yearly billing, or $24 paid monthly. The prices below are what pipedrive.com/en/pricing shows US visitors in October 2026, before tax.
| Plan | Yearly (per seat/mo) | Monthly (per seat) | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | $24 | Pipeline, leads, deals, calendar, AI reports |
| Growth | $39 | $49 | Email sync and tracking, group email, automations, Sequences |
| Premium | $59 | $79 | LeadBooster, Projects, Smart Docs, 3 mailboxes per user, AI email writing |
| Ultimate | $79 | $99 | Contact enrichment, security rules, sandbox, extended phone support |
Pipedrive sets prices by location, and its help center says your location decides the currency, so visitors outside the US can see different prices. You pay for every seat, assigned or not.
Add-ons. LeadBooster (chatbot, forms and the Prospector database) starts at $32.50 a month per company billed yearly and is included from Premium. The pricing page lists Campaigns, the email marketing tool, from $13.33 and Web Visitors from $41 without saying if that’s monthly or yearly billing; the Web Visitors page lists tiers from $49 a month. Both cost extra on every plan, Ultimate included. Top-ups that raise plan limits have no published prices.
What a typical setup costs: three reps on Growth, the first plan with email sync and Sequences, pay $1,404 a year, or $147 a month on monthly billing. On Premium the same team pays $2,124 a year or $237 a month. Plans renew automatically and fees are non-refundable.
What Pipedrive does
Pipedrive organizes selling around a pipeline: each deal sits in a stage, and you drag it forward. A Leads Inbox holds unqualified prospects, and “deal rotting” flags stale deals.
From Growth up, you sync a Gmail, Outlook, Exchange or IMAP mailbox, send tracked email from the CRM and build Sequences of up to 15 steps that mix emails and tasks. Pipedrive’s help pages give two different enrollment caps per sequence, 500 items in one article and 100 in another. Group email reaches up to 100 contacts at a time, with a 30-second pause between messages.
Premium includes Prospector (an add-on on lower plans), which Pipedrive describes as a database of 400 million profiles, and company enrichment powered by Surfe. Nova, Pipedrive’s AI for meeting notes, briefs and suggested CRM updates, is included on all plans since September 2026. There’s also an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, which reads and updates deals, people and notes. Its tool list has nothing for sending email.
Pipedrive strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Easy to read at a glance. G2 and Capterra reviewers praise ease of use and the visual pipeline most.
- Public prices. Every plan is listed per seat, and the trial needs no card.
- Open to build on. API and webhooks come with every plan, with published rate limits, and the MCP server is available to all customers.
- AI that isn’t metered. Nova’s meeting recording and summaries cost nothing extra on any plan.
Drawbacks
- Plan gates and add-ons. Add-on costs are a frequent complaint in G2 reviews. Lite only logs email by Bcc, a second synced mailbox needs Premium, and Campaigns is extra everywhere.
- Depth as teams grow. Some reviewers say automation and reporting feel limited at scale.
- Not a cold email sender. Pipedrive’s help center says automations can’t be used for mass email, and Campaigns terms ban purchased or scraped lists. It documents no warmup or inbox rotation.
What Pipedrive users say
As of October 2026, Pipedrive rates 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 3,464 reviews, 4.3 on G2, whose pages show between about 3,100 and 5,100 reviews, and 4.5 on Capterra from just over 3,000. The G2 and Capterra figures come from search results; both sites blocked direct checks.
Many Trustpilot reviews are five stars that thank onboarding staff by name, and Trustpilot shows Pipedrive replying to all of its negative reviews. The complaints that come back most are about cost, above all the add-ons and features held for higher plans. Support is a smaller theme: some recent negative Trustpilot reviews describe waiting days for a fix or a refund.
Who Pipedrive is for
Pipedrive fits small and mid-sized sales teams that close deals through clear stages and want a CRM reps will open every day. It also suits teams that want sequences and an API without paying for HubSpot’s Professional seats.
Look elsewhere if the main job is cold email to new lists at volume. Pipedrive’s automations aren’t built for mass email, and its contract keeps Campaigns for opted-in contacts. If you pair it with a sender, I’d create a Pipedrive lead or deal only when someone replies: contacts are unlimited, while leads and deals count toward each plan’s cap.
Alternatives to Pipedrive
- HubSpot: a CRM with a free tier, though sales sequences need Sales Hub Professional at $90 to $100 a seat a month plus a $1,500 onboarding fee. See Reachkit vs HubSpot.
- Attio: a CRM with a free plan for up to 3 seats; Sequences come with Pro at $79 a seat a month billed yearly.
- GoHighLevel: an agency CRM and marketing suite from $97 a month, with unlimited users. See the GoHighLevel profile.
- Instantly: a cold email sender from $47 a month with a native Pipedrive integration, built to run next to it. See the Instantly profile.
- lemlist: email and multichannel outreach with a native Pipedrive sync that can create deals on triggers such as a lead marked interested. See Reachkit vs lemlist.
- Reachkit (our product): sends the cold email to new lists Pipedrive isn’t built for, with Lead Finder, warmup and unlimited connected inboxes, from $39 a month per workspace. No native Pipedrive sync; on Scale ($99), Zapier, n8n or webhooks can create a deal on reply.
Pipedrive: common questions
How much does Pipedrive cost a month?
As shown to US visitors in October 2026, Pipedrive costs $24, $49, $79 or $99 a seat a month on monthly billing (Lite, Growth, Premium, Ultimate), or $14, $39, $59 and $79 a seat a month billed yearly. Pipedrive localizes its prices, so other countries can see different figures.
Is Pipedrive free?
No. Pipedrive has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card. After that, Pipedrive charges for every seat on the account whether or not it is assigned to a user.
Is Pipedrive a good CRM?
For small and mid-sized sales teams, reviewers mostly say yes. As of October 2026 it holds 4.3 on G2 and 4.4 on Trustpilot from 3,464, with praise for its visual pipeline and ease of use. The common complaints are add-on costs and automation or reporting that some growing teams find limited.
What are the downsides of using Pipedrive?
The main ones are cost creep and plan gates. Email sync, automations and Sequences start on Growth, multiple mailboxes per user need Premium, and Campaigns and Web Visitors are paid add-ons on every plan. Some users also find automation and reporting basic as teams grow.
Can you send cold email from Pipedrive?
Not at volume. Pipedrive says its automations can't be used as a mass email tool, group email tops out at 100 contacts per send, and its Campaigns add-on terms ban purchased, rented or scraped lists. Teams that run cold outreach often send from a dedicated tool and push replies into Pipedrive.
Pipedrive vs HubSpot: which is cheaper?
For sales sequences, usually Pipedrive. Sequences come with Pipedrive Growth at $39 to $49 a seat a month, while HubSpot puts them in Sales Hub Professional at $90 to $100 a seat plus a $1,500 onboarding fee. HubSpot does offer a free CRM tier, which Pipedrive doesn't. Prices checked October 2026 for US visitors.
