EasyDMARC pricing and review

EasyDMARC reads the DMARC reports for your domains and can host the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records behind them, with plans priced by domain count and email volume.

EasyDMARC at a glance

Reachkit, which publishes this page, sells a cold email platform and is listed below as one alternative. The EasyDMARC prices here come from its pricing page, help center and terms of service, checked in October 2026.

EasyDMARC pricing

EasyDMARC pricing starts at $35.99 a month billed yearly for DMARC Plus with 2 domains, and DMARC Premium is $71.99 for 4. The pricing page localizes currency; these are its US dollar figures at the 100,000-email tier, checked October 2026.

PlanMonthly / yearly (per month)DomainsReport history
DMARC Plus$44.99 / $35.9923 months
DMARC Premium$89.99 / $71.9941 year
DeliverabilityCustom (sales)Up to unlimitedUp to 3 years
Enterprise: Email TrustCustom (sales)Up to unlimitedUp to 3 years

Users are unlimited on all four. Premium adds AI agents, proactive DMARC alerts, EasySPF and email support. Deliverability adds 300 inbox placement tests a month, 100,000 email verifications and reputation monitoring. Enterprise adds threat intelligence, SSO, API access and audit logs.

Volume and domains: a selector raises Plus to 1 million emails a month and Premium to 5 million, at higher prices that weren’t readable on the page in October 2026. Volume counts every email sent as your domain, from any service, as DMARC reports show it. Past Premium’s 4 domains you ask sales; no per-domain price is published. Parked domains that don’t send are unlimited.

Going over: the help center allows 50% extra volume, then locks the dashboard until you upgrade. The terms of service go further: access is suspended until the term ends, unless you upgrade.

Contracts: fees are non-refundable and a paid term can’t be ended early. Monthly plans renew automatically. For annual plans, the terms say they end with the term, while the help center says card purchases renew automatically.

What it really costs: one or two domains on Plus come to $431.88 a year billed yearly. Five or more sending domains is a custom quote with no public price. For scale, Vendr’s buyer data (February 2026) puts the median EasyDMARC contract at $2,985 a year across 36 purchases. MSPs get a separate plan priced per managed domain, also unpublished. The “$5,000 to $15,000 per year” that ranks for this search is what EasyDMARC says MSPs typically charge their own clients.

What EasyDMARC does

EasyDMARC turns DMARC reports into dashboards and hosts the DNS records that control them. DMARC is the DNS record that tells Gmail, Outlook and others what to do with mail that passes neither SPF nor DKIM, and where to send daily reports about it.

Setup means verifying your domain and putting EasyDMARC’s report address in your DMARC record. Reports then arrive in EasyDMARC, sorted by sending source into compliant, non-compliant, threat and forwarded mail. The help content walks you from p=none (watch only) to p=reject (refuse mail that fails).

You can also hand records over to EasyDMARC, so policy changes happen in its app instead of your DNS: Managed DMARC, DKIM, BIMI and MTA-STS. EasySPF works around SPF’s limit of 10 DNS lookups, which domains using several sending services often hit.

Since its V3 launch in September 2026, the product has four modules: Authentication, DNS Manager, Sender Insights and Threat Intelligence, with an AI assistant inside the app. A public API is available through sales, and the homepage announces MCP support for AI assistants. EasyDMARC doesn’t send email, buy domains, create inboxes or warm them up.

EasyDMARC strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Easy to pick up. G2’s review summary says users “consistently praise the product for its ease of use and clear reporting”.
  • Prices on the page. Plus and Premium can be bought without a call, with no seat fees.
  • Records that fix real DNS problems. EasySPF and the managed DKIM, BIMI and MTA-STS records save repeated DNS edits.
  • Free tools. Record checkers, generators, a domain scanner and a deliverability test cost nothing.
  • Security paperwork. EasyDMARC says it is SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 certified.

Drawbacks

  • Domain caps. Plus stops at 2 domains and Premium at 4, and G2’s summary notes that “pricing can be high, especially for those managing multiple domains”.
  • Short history on Plus. Three months of reports, against a year on Premium.
  • Strict terms. No refunds and no early exit.
  • A shrunken free tier. Trustpilot reviewers in May and June 2023 objected when free accounts went from unlimited domains to one.

What EasyDMARC users say

EasyDMARC rates 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from about 270 reviews and 4.8 on Capterra from 25, per search listings in October 2026. Trustpilot shows 2.8 from only 9 reviews, 4 of them from the past year, so it says little either way.

Praise centers on the interface and support. One r/msp user comparing it with dmarcian wrote that “EasyDMARC has the best interface and easiest to setup” and called its pricing and support excellent. The complaints are about cost once you manage several domains, and the 2023 cut to the free tier.

Who EasyDMARC is for

EasyDMARC fits companies that need DMARC on their main domain and want help getting past the bare record Gmail and Outlook.com require from bulk senders, all the way to p=reject. It also fits MSPs running DMARC for client domains, and teams with up to 4 domains who want a self-serve price.

Look elsewhere if you run cold email on many secondary domains. Most Reachkit customers start with 10 or more, which puts EasyDMARC into a custom quote. For those domains I’d rather have SPF, DKIM and DMARC set correctly the day they’re registered, with low volume per inbox and warmup, than a report dashboard per domain (more in cold email infrastructure).

Alternatives to EasyDMARC

  • dmarcian: the rival r/msp threads weigh EasyDMARC against. Basic is $19.99 a month billed yearly ($24 monthly) for 2 domains per its plan table and 100,000 messages a month, with a free Personal plan for non-business use and a 30-day trial (pricing, October 2026).
  • Postmark: sells DMARC Digests monitoring from $14 a month per domain. See Postmark.
  • MailerSend: the Professional sending plan ($110 a month at 50,000 emails) includes DMARC monitoring for 10 domains, with extra domains at $2 each. See MailerSend.
  • ZeroBounce ONE: $99 a month bundles one DMARC monitor domain with 100 inbox placement tests and blacklist monitors, closer to EasyDMARC’s Deliverability tier. See ZeroBounce.
  • Reachkit (our product): for cold email domains, not your main one. Reachkit registers new lookalike domains at $15 a year, configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC on them, and creates and warms Google or Microsoft inboxes at $5 a month each, from $39 a month. It doesn’t read DMARC reports, host BIMI or monitor your main domain.

EasyDMARC: common questions

Is EasyDMARC legit?

Yes. EasyDMARC, Inc. is a Delaware corporation founded in 2018, with offices in the US, the Netherlands and Armenia. It raised a $20M Series A led by Radian Capital in September 2024, says it serves more than 90,000 organizations and is SOC 2 Type II certified, and rates 4.7 on G2 as of October 2026.

How much does EasyDMARC cost?

EasyDMARC's DMARC Plus costs $44.99 a month, or $35.99 a month billed yearly, for 2 domains and 100,000 emails. DMARC Premium is $89.99, or $71.99 yearly, for 4 domains. Deliverability, Enterprise and MSP plans are quoted by sales. Prices checked October 2026; higher email-volume tiers cost more.

Does EasyDMARC have a free plan?

Not on its pricing page, which offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card. EasyDMARC's help center says accounts that don't buy after the trial drop to a free version with 1 domain and 1,000 emails a month, and its terms limit free services to personal use.

EasyDMARC vs dmarcian: which is cheaper?

For 2 domains, dmarcian: its Basic plan is $19.99 a month billed yearly against $35.99 for EasyDMARC Plus, both at 100,000 messages, and dmarcian has a free Personal plan. For 3 or 4 domains, EasyDMARC Premium at $71.99 costs less than dmarcian Plus at $199, which covers up to 8. Prices checked October 2026.

Do I need EasyDMARC for cold email?

Not to send it. Cold email domains need correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which you can add at your registrar, and some cold email tools set them up for you, such as Reachkit, which is our product. EasyDMARC is most useful on a main company domain you're moving to enforcement, or for the placement tests on its Deliverability plan.

Setting up domains for cold email?

Reachkit registers new sending domains, configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC on them, then creates and warms Google or Microsoft inboxes. Try it free for 30 days, no card needed.
