11x pricing and review

11x sells AI agents to revenue teams: Alice prospects, writes outreach and handles replies, and Julian calls back and qualifies inbound leads, all on annual contracts.

11x at a glance

Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool. Every 11x price and term on this page was checked in October 2026 against 11x’s own pricing pages, help center and terms of service.

11x pricing

11x pricing starts at $3,750 a month for Alice, billed annually, so $45,000 a year. From 11x.ai/products/alice/pricing and the Julian pricing page, October 2026:

Alice planPriceEnd usersNew prospects a month
GrowthFrom $3,750/mo, billed annuallyUp to 52,000
ProCustom, billed annuallyUp to 105,000
EnterpriseCustom, annual or multi-year“Unlimited”10,000+

Every tier includes 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warmup, rotation and monitoring, plus two-way CRM sync and onboarding. Pro adds 105+ languages; Enterprise adds the API and SSO. Billing is per prospect, not per send.

Julian, the inbound agent, is priced per channel: voice from $5,333 a month for 2,000 calls, chat from $2,417 for 3,000 chats (the page’s comparison table says 2,000), both billed annually.

11x’s pages disagree on the entry price. The plan card, the help center and 11x’s guides say $3,750 a month, while the FAQ on the same pricing page says “11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan,” or $3,000 a month. Your quote decides.

What a typical setup costs: a founder reaching about 1,500 new prospects a month fits inside Growth, so from $45,000 a year, about $1.88 per prospect if all 2,000 get used. Adding Julian’s voice agent makes it about $109,000 a year at the starting prices. Vendr, a third-party buying service, lists a median 11x contract of $65,100 a year.

What 11x does

11x builds AI agents meant to do a sales rep’s job. Its site now says Outbound and Inbound more than Alice and Julian.

Alice picks prospects from a database 11x puts at 400M contacts, or from your CRM, researches each one and writes every message for that contact. The help center lists email, consented calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp in one sequence, but which LinkedIn actions Alice takes isn’t documented. Email goes out from Gmail mailboxes 11x manages: it configures the domains, warms them, and swaps out a domain whose health dips. Mailbox counts and daily limits aren’t published.

Smart Replies classifies each reply, drafts an answer and escalates what needs a person. You can review every message, name an approver, or run on autopilot.

Julian calls back a form fill in under 60 seconds, scores the lead, and books it with the right rep or transfers the call live.

CRM sync covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho. Julian’s API comes with every tier, while Alice’s needs Enterprise. 11x documents no MCP server (MCP lets AI assistants like Claude use other apps).

11x strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • The sending side comes included. Mailboxes, domains, DNS records, warmup and domain swaps are in the price, with no setup or per-integration fee.
  • Touches don’t raise the bill. A longer cadence or an extra channel costs nothing more per prospect.
  • Inbound and outbound from one vendor, with Julian calling new leads back within a minute.
  • Hands-on onboarding. Many five-star Trustpilot reviews thank a named 11x staffer, such as a customer success manager.
  • Ready for procurement: SOC 2 Type II, plus SSO and custom DPAs on Enterprise (security).

Drawbacks

  • An annual commitment, no self-serve trial. The terms call payment obligations “non-cancelable” and fees “non-refundable,” with no termination for convenience.
  • Pricing that doesn’t line up. Beyond the $36,000 vs $45,000 gap, the pricing page says “per lead,” an 11x guide says “task-based pricing,” and the terms bill in “Credits” the pricing pages never mention.
  • Results vary. Three Trustpilot reviewers report no meetings, two of them in 2024, and in March 2025 ZoomInfo told TechCrunch that in its pilot, 11x’s product “performed significantly worse than our SDR employees.”
  • Few hooks for builders on Alice. No API below Enterprise, no public API reference and no MCP server.

What 11x users say

11x holds 4.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 38 reviews (October 2026), with 71% five-star and 13% one-star. Four of the five one-star reviews date from September 2024 to February 2025. 11x pays for Trustpilot and invites reviews, and positive ones come in clusters, about 13 between March 11 and 27, 2026. G2 search results show about 4.4 from around 33 reviews. We found no Capterra listing.

Praise centers on onboarding and the people behind it. Complaints repeat: no meetings (“we received no meeting requests,” in a review titled “After $9000”), trouble cancelling, and copy that reads as generic. A four-star reviewer put it plainly: “success with Alice really comes down to the effort you put in.”

Who 11x is for

11x fits mid-size and larger companies that already sign annual software contracts, run one of its four CRMs, and want an agent to prospect and answer first replies, plus inbound callbacks from the same vendor.

Look elsewhere if you want to try before you commit, pay month to month, or need Microsoft mailboxes, which 11x doesn’t mention. If you do sign, plan around the 8-week minimum I give any cold email test: onboarding takes two to four weeks before that clock starts, and the year is already committed.
