systeme.io pricing

systeme.io pricing starts at $0, and the three paid plans cost $17, $47 and $97 a month, tiered mostly by how many contacts you keep. Figures are from systeme.io/pricing (page dated April 2026), in USD, checked October 2026.

PlanMonthly (yearly)ContactsMain limits
Free$02,0003 funnels, 1 course, 1 email campaign, 1 custom domain
Startup$17 ($170)5,00010 funnels, 5 courses, 10 campaigns, 3 domains
Webinar$47 ($470)10,00050 funnels, 20 courses, 100 campaigns, 10 evergreen webinars
Unlimited$97 ($970)UnlimitedNo cap on funnels, automation rules, domains or webinars

A For teams tier above Unlimited adds a dedicated success manager, priced on a call. The pricing page shows yearly billing only as “2 months free”; the yearly totals above match the 60% commissions on systeme.io’s affiliate page ($102, $282 and $582).

The pricing page lists unlimited emails, sub-accounts and file storage on every plan, with 0% transaction fees on Stripe and PayPal. SMS runs through your own Twilio account, which bills you directly. Some review sites, and an old pricing page systeme.io still hosts, show Startup at $27; the live page says $17.

Terms to read before paying (terms):

  • Subscriptions are not refundable. The help center’s exception is a duplicate charge.
  • Go over a paid plan’s limits and you get 3 days to cut back. After that, the plan upgrades itself and you pay the new price for the rest of the period.
  • Free accounts that reach $10,000 in lifetime sales get 3 days to upgrade, then stop taking new sales.

What a typical setup costs: systeme.io’s FAQ puts 5,000 to 10,000 contacts on Webinar, so a 6,000-contact list pays $47 a month or $470 a year, even with no webinars. Free done-for-you migration comes with Unlimited or any yearly plan, so Startup yearly, at $170, is the cheapest year that includes it.

What systeme.io does

systeme.io bundles the tools an online business sells with: funnels and websites, email marketing, courses, communities, webinars, bookings, CRM pipelines, an affiliate manager and a checkout for digital and physical products. ITACWT Limited, an Irish company in Dublin, runs it; it launched in 2018 and says it powers 500,000+ entrepreneurs.

Email goes out through systeme.io once you authenticate your domain. New accounts send in batches of 100 with pauses of up to six hours until 500 have gone out, and more than 1% spam reports or 5% bounces in a day puts an account in quarantine (deliverability rules). Every contact must have agreed to hear from you: the help center says “buying a list of contacts is strictly prohibited”.

Every plan, Free included, gets a REST API and an MCP server, which lets ChatGPT or Claude work with your systeme.io contacts, tags, campaign stats, courses and coupons, asking before sensitive actions. No built-in AI writer turned up.

systeme.io strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • A free plan you can run a business on. 2,000 contacts, unlimited emails, 3 funnels, a course and a custom domain, with no card and no expiry.
  • Many tools, one flat bill. systeme.io’s FAQ prices a ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, Teachable and Tapfiliate stack at $245 a month, against its own $17 to $97.
  • Agency extras at no charge. Sub-accounts carry the main plan’s limits, and white label lets you resell plans and keep 100% of the revenue.
  • Support. systeme.io puts its average response time under 2 hours, 7 days a week, and Trustpilot’s summary says customers frequently praise the support team.

Drawbacks

  • No refunds and automatic upgrades. Both are in the terms, and refusals show up in recent one-star Trustpilot reviews.
  • Accounts or sending can be blocked. The quarantine and suspension rules are published, and several 2026 one-star reviewers say their account or sending was blocked with little explanation.
  • Slow fixes. A few 2026 reviews describe forms, upsell buttons or live pages breaking for months.
  • Free plan strings. The $10,000 lifetime sales cap, and a systeme.io affiliate badge that stays until you pay.

What systeme.io users say

As of October 2026, systeme.io has 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 8,674 reviews, and search results show 4.8 on G2 from about 750 and 4.8 on Capterra from about 2,130. G2’s summary says users “consistently praise the ease of use and all-in-one functionality.”

systeme.io pays affiliates 60% of every sale for life, and many review pages in the results earn it. Trustpilot shows “No recent history of asking for reviews”.

The one-star reviews circle three themes: blocked accounts or sending, affiliate accounts locked before a payout, and refused refunds. An older r/systeme_io thread gives the fan view: “It isn’t the best tool at absolutely everything. But it’s solid, reliable and always there when I need to build something.”

Who systeme.io is for

systeme.io fits creators, coaches, course sellers and small shops who sell to their own list and want funnels, email and checkout under one login.

Look elsewhere if you want to email prospects who never signed up, which its rules forbid, or need deep design control: G2 and Capterra reviewers mention basic design options and limited email analytics. Since paid plans can’t be refunded, I’d build the first funnel on Free and upgrade once the contact count forces it.

systeme.io: common questions

Is systeme.io legit?

Yes. systeme.io is run by ITACWT Limited, an Irish company in Dublin, and launched in 2018. As of October 2026 it holds 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 8,674 reviews. Its paid plans aren't refundable, so try the free plan first.

How much does systeme.io cost?

As of October 2026, systeme.io has a free plan and three paid plans: Startup at $17 a month, Webinar at $47 and Unlimited at $97, or $170, $470 and $970 a year. Pages quoting Startup at $27 show an older price.

Does systeme.io have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan holds 2,000 contacts with unlimited emails, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 custom domain, needs no credit card and never expires. Lifetime sales are capped at $10,000, and systeme.io's affiliate badge can only be removed on a paid plan.

Can you use systeme.io for cold email?
