Snitcher pricing and review
Snitcher names the companies visiting your website from their IP addresses, on one plan priced by how many companies it identifies each month.
Snitcher at a glance
Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool, not a visitor identification tool, so the two only meet where Snitcher hands you contacts to email. Every price here was checked on October 15, 2026 against Snitcher’s own pricing page and help center.

Snitcher pricing
Snitcher pricing starts at $49 a month and rises with the number of unique companies it identifies, with every feature on every tier. Figures from snitcher.com/pricing in US dollars, October 15, 2026.
| Companies identified a month | Price a month |
|---|---|
| Up to 50 | $49 |
| 51 to 100 | $69 |
| 101 to 250 | $99 |
| 251 to 500 | $139 |
| 501 to 750 | $179 |
| 751 to 1,000 | $229 |
| 1,001 to 2,000 | $279 |
| 2,001 to 3,000 | $349 |
| 3,001 to 4,000 | $439 |
| 4,001 to 5,000 | $529 |
Above 5,000 companies, the price is custom. Annual billing saves about 30%, but the page doesn’t say which billing period the table shows: SyncGTM reads it as monthly, while Warmly lists the same tiers in euros as billed annually. Ask Snitcher before budgeting.
What counts. A company counts once per billing period; return visits are free. Near the limit, the pricing page mentions an in-app warning and an upgrade, while the help center says the tier adjusts with usage.
Contact credits are the extra. Every plan includes 100 email reveals a month. An email costs 1 credit, a phone number 5. The help center lists packs of 500 credits for $50 a month, 2,500 for $200 and 5,000 for $350, or 6,000 to 60,000 credits a year from $35 a month.
Several websites. The help center says each site needs its own subscription, while Snitcher’s Visitor Queue comparison page says unlimited websites on every plan. Check before adding a second domain.
What a typical setup costs. A site that turns up about 400 companies a month and reveals about 600 emails pays $139 plus a $50 pack, so $189 a month. A sending tool comes on top.
What Snitcher does
Snitcher puts a tracking script on your site and matches each visitor’s IP address to a company in its own database, checked against other market signals. It then adds industry, size and location, and shows the pages viewed, the sessions and the traffic source.
It names companies, not anonymous people. Snitcher’s help center says identifying the actual person “would be classed as misuse of the Data Protection Act”. A person is only linked to their visits once they give you their email, through a form, a login or a tracked email link, which Snitcher calls the Identity Layer.
Contact reveal is a separate step: filter a visiting company’s people by role, seniority and department, then spend credits on emails or phone numbers. The contact may not be the visitor.
Alerts go to Slack, Teams or email, and records sync to CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Snitcher doesn’t send email; it pushes leads to lemlist, Apollo or Smartlead. Every plan gets a REST API and an official MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps.
Snitcher strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Published, all-in pricing. The $49 tier already includes CRM sync, alerts, the API and unlimited team members, and Snitcher says no integration carries a fee (pricing).
- Easy to pick up. Ease of use is the most mentioned plus in G2 reviews, and reviewers there call support quick and helpful.
- Privacy by design. Company-level matching, first-party data only for named people, and a stated GDPR legitimate-interest basis matter if much of your traffic is European.
- Low commitment. The 14-day trial needs no card, and there are no long-term contracts.
Drawbacks
- Cost follows traffic. “Expensive” appears among the G2 cons, and value for money is the lowest Capterra sub-score.
- Contacts cost extra. Reveals past the free 100 emails a month come out of paid credit packs.
- Companies only. By design, it won’t name an anonymous visitor, a choice Snitcher ties to data protection law.
- Matching isn’t perfect. One G2 reviewer said remote and mobile visitors aren’t tracked as well, and filtering gaps and missing data are recurring G2 cons.
What Snitcher users say
Snitcher holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from about 240 reviews as of October 2026. Reviewers praise ease of use and support most, and one called the free trial “very helpful”. The usual cons are cost for smaller teams, missing filters (by country, or to hide spam) and gaps in the data.
Capterra shows 4.4 from just 7 reviews, too few to lean on, with value for money scored lowest at 3.9. Most third-party pricing articles come from competing tools and disagree with each other, so check them against Snitcher’s own page.
Who Snitcher is for
Snitcher fits B2B companies with steady website traffic that want to see which accounts are researching them and route those accounts into a CRM, Slack or an outreach tool.
Look elsewhere if you want the name of every anonymous visitor, or if you need contacts to email but get little traffic. If you pair it with cold email, remember the contact you reveal may not be the person who visited. I’d write to the account’s likely problem rather than open with “I saw you on our pricing page”.
Alternatives to Snitcher

- ZoomInfo: website visitor tracking sits in its quote-priced Copilot plans, and the free ZoomInfo Lite tier allows up to 10 visitor reveals a day. See the ZoomInfo profile.
- Clearbit: now part of HubSpot, whose buyer intent feature names visiting companies for 10 HubSpot Credits per company tracked a month. See the Clearbit profile.

With no native Snitcher connection, revealed contacts come over by CSV.
Snitcher: common questions
Is Snitcher legit?
Yes. Snitcher is a bootstrapped Dutch company founded in 2015 by Jerre Baumeister, and it says its annual recurring revenue is in the millions without venture funding. It holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from about 240 reviews as of October 2026.
How much does Snitcher cost?
Snitcher costs $49 a month for up to 50 identified companies and climbs through ten tiers to $529 for 4,001 to 5,000, with custom pricing above that. Annual billing saves about 30%. Email reveals past the included 100 a month cost extra, from $50 for 500 credits. Prices checked October 2026.
Does Snitcher have a free plan?
No. Snitcher has a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card, then paid tiers from $49 a month. There are no long-term contracts, but cancelling mid-term brings no refund, and annual plans are invoiced for twelve months upfront.
Can Snitcher identify individual website visitors?
Not anonymous ones. Snitcher matches IP addresses to companies and says identifying the person would count as misuse of the Data Protection Act. It links visits to a person only after they share an email, through a form, a login or a tracked email link.
Does Snitcher send emails?
No. Snitcher finds and enriches visiting companies but has no email sending or sequences. It pushes leads to lemlist, Apollo and Smartlead natively, to other tools through Zapier or webhooks, or out as a CSV.
How much does the Snitcher API cost?
The REST API is included on every Snitcher plan from the $49 tier up, and so is the MCP server for AI assistants. Revealing emails through the API spends contact credits. The separate IP-to-company API and the white-label Radar embed are priced by Snitcher's sales team.
