SignalHire pricing

SignalHire pricing starts at $49 a month by its own count, and its pricing page opens on $69 a month, or $57 billed yearly. Default stops from signalhire.com/pricing, in USD:

Every paid plan includes unlimited users, the extension, CSV enrichment, ATS and CRM integrations and the API. SignalHire’s MCP announcement says plans start at $49 a month, and FullEnrich and HeroHunt list a $49 stop with 600 email credits.

“Unlimited” has a cap. SignalHire’s terms (section 9.10) limit Unlimited packages to 2,000 credits a month, shared by the whole account, with no carry-over; more costs extra. The same section says Unlimited is for yearly subscribers, while the pricing page also lists monthly prices, so confirm which applies before you buy.

What a credit buys. One credit reveals one person’s contacts and is spent only if an email or phone number comes back. Saving profiles to lists is free. Company data and searches use separate credits and quotas the pricing page doesn’t price.

Billing terms. Plans renew automatically, and the terms give two renewal prices: “the same rate that you signed up for” in one section, “the then current full price” in another. Payments aren’t refunded except for unauthorized use.

What a typical setup costs. A recruiter needing about 400 contacts with phones a month fits on Phones: $69 a month, or about $684 a year. A founder revealing 1,500 emails a month needs Emails Unlimited, $63 a month billed yearly, for the data alone.

What SignalHire does

SignalHire is a lookup tool: find a person, then reveal their contacts. You search by title, company, location, industry or skills, or open a profile on LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, X or Meetup with the Chrome extension, whose bulk finder takes up to 1,000 profiles at a time.

SignalHire says it covers “900M+ profiles and 30M+ companies” (its MCP announcement says 850M+) and claims “95%+ email accuracy with live verification”. Its privacy policy names public websites, other users, browser extensions and third-party data suppliers as sources.

Contacts go to Lead Lists, recruiting Job Projects, a CSV, 25+ ATS and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zoho Recruit, or SignalHire’s email sequences. Those send through Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailbox on a company domain and pause a contact who replies; the sequences page doesn’t mention warmup or give a daily sending limit. The API and a hosted MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, draw on the same credits.

SignalHire strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • No seat fees. Unlimited users draw from one shared credit pool on every paid plan, which is unusual among contact data tools.
  • Cheap emails at volume. At full use, Emails costs about 5.7 cents a contact billed yearly, and the Unlimited cap brings it to 3 to 4 cents.
  • Open without a sales call. The API is on every paid plan, and the MCP server needs only a sign-in.
  • Quick to learn. G2’s review summary says users “consistently praise the product for its accuracy of contact data and ease of use”.

Drawbacks

  • “Unlimited” means 2,000 a month for the whole account under SignalHire’s terms, which the plan card leaves to an info icon.
  • Strict billing. Payments are non-refundable, and a few one-star Trustpilot reviews from May 2025 to February 2026 describe renewal charges and refused refunds, two after the reviewer says they had cancelled.
  • Mixed phone data. A 2024 Trustpilot review calls accuracy “hit or miss, especially when it comes to phone numbers”, and a few others report contacts that didn’t work.

What SignalHire users say

SignalHire holds about 4.0 out of 5 on G2 from roughly 70 reviews and 4.3 on Capterra from 35, per third-party counts from October 2026. A Capterra reviewer praised “how quickly it finds accurate mobile numbers and email addresses”.

Trustpilot shows no score: it cites “a breach of our guidelines” and says it removed a number of fake reviews. Of the 59 reviews left, 61% are one-star, many from people unhappy to be listed rather than customers. Customer complaints center on renewal charges, refunds and phone accuracy; in one reply, SignalHire said customers can cancel from their account.

Who SignalHire is for

SignalHire fits recruiters, with Job Projects and ATS integrations built in, and small teams that want several people on one credit pool.

Look elsewhere if one account needs more than 2,000 contacts a month at list prices, or if your main job is sending cold email. If I were trying SignalHire, I’d start on monthly billing and note the renewal date under My Account, because payments aren’t refunded.
