Wiza pricing
Wiza pricing starts at $49 a month per user for Starter (wiza.co/pricing, checked October 15, 2026).
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 20 valid emails, 5 phone numbers |
| Starter | $49 | Not offered | 100 emails and 100 phones a month |
| $99 | $990 ($83/mo) | 500 emails a month; yearly: “unlimited” email reveals; phones $0.35 each | |
| Email + Phone | $199 | $1,990 ($166/mo) | 500 emails and 500 phones a month; yearly: “unlimited” both |
| Team (3+ users) | Not offered | Custom | Card lists Wiza Prospect, CSV import, API access and a success manager |
Monthly plans charge $0.15 per extra email and $0.35 per extra phone, billed as you go until renewal, and Wiza documents no spending cap for them. Yearly billing saves about 17%.
The yearly toggle is labelled “Unlimited”, and Wiza’s help center sets its limits: 500 reveals in 24 hours, 10 running at once per user, and a hard cap of 2,500 export credits a month for lists. Each person in a list uses one “regardless of the verification process”, and past 2,500 Wiza “may” allow overages at an unpublished rate.
Credits don’t roll over.
API credits cost $0.025 each (minimum $50) for any user: 2 per email, 5 per phone. Wiza’s help articles disagree on whether they expire.
What a typical setup costs (one user, list prices): 300 emails and 50 phones a month is $79 on Starter ($49 plus 200 extra emails at $0.15). About 1,000 emails and 200 phones a month, revealed one by one, is $1,830 a year on yearly Email ($990 plus 2,400 phones at $0.35); Email + Phone ($1,990) wins above about 238 phones a month.
What Wiza does
Wiza finds a person’s work email, personal email and mobile number, and checks the email live when you ask: syntax, MX records, catch-all, disposable and role addresses, spam traps, and an SMTP handshake that sends nothing. Each result is marked “valid” or “risky”.
For years Wiza was best known for exporting Sales Navigator searches. That ended on August 19, 2026, when Wiza removed bulk export and multi-select from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter pages on every plan, saying LinkedIn has tightened what extensions can do there. The extension now reveals one profile at a time in a side panel.
Lists now come from Wiza Prospect, a searchable database (the homepage claims 850M+ contacts) with people and company filters, or from a CSV upload or CRM import. AI Research (yearly and Team plans) adds answer columns from live web data. The pricing page lists Prospect on the Team card, while the help center bills Prospect lists on yearly plans in export credits, so check which plans include it.
Results go to CSV or a dozen tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio and Clay (by webhook). The pricing page lists API access on Team only, but any user can buy API credits, and Wiza says its MCP server (for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants) is “available today for all Wiza users”.
Wiza strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Published prices and a real free tier. Starter at $49 includes phone numbers, and nothing below the Team plan needs a sales call.
- You pay for results. Risky emails and lookups that find nothing don’t use email credits (help center).
- Easy to pick up. Ease of use and accurate contact details are the praise G2 reviewers give most.
- Wide reach into other tools. Two-way CRM sync, pay-as-you-go API credits and an MCP server.
Drawbacks
- “Unlimited” has ceilings. Yearly plans stop at 500 reveals a day and 2,500 list exports a month, and empty rows still use export credits (plan limits).
- Bulk Sales Navigator export is gone on every plan.
- Few ways out of a renewal. Plans auto-renew and the terms limit refunds to what the law requires; overage refunds are a case-by-case courtesy.
What Wiza users say
Wiza holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from about 1,270 reviews, per a count Supered published on October 2, 2026 (Supered sells a competing tool; G2 blocked our own check). Wiza’s homepage badge says 4.6. On Capterra it has 4.3 from 24 reviews. Praise centers on ease of use and accurate details; complaints on price, credits that run out, and contacts with no data.
Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 14 reviews, all one star, on a profile Wiza hasn’t claimed. Most come from people objecting to their details being in Wiza’s data; a few dispute charges they say they didn’t authorize.
Reviews written before August 19, 2026 may praise a bulk Sales Navigator export that no longer exists.
Who Wiza is for
Wiza fits salespeople who look up prospects one by one while browsing LinkedIn and want the details verified and synced to their CRM. A yearly plan makes that daily habit close to flat-priced, as long as you stay under 500 reveals a day.
Look elsewhere if you relied on bulk Sales Navigator exports, need more than 2,500 list contacts a month, or want a published price for the Team plan. If you’re buying Wiza to feed cold email, I’d count your monthly list volume against that 2,500 cap before paying for a year.

Wiza: common questions
How much does Wiza cost?
Wiza has a free plan, then Starter at $49 a month, Email at $99 a month or $990 a year, and Email + Phone at $199 a month or $1,990 a year, all per user. The Team plan for three or more users is quoted by sales and billed yearly. Prices checked October 2026.
Is Wiza free to use?
Partly. Wiza's free plan gives you 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers with no credit card, and Wiza doesn't say whether that allowance renews each month.
Is Wiza legit?
Yes. Wiza is a real company, Wiza, Inc. in its privacy policy, rated 4.5 on G2 from about 1,270 reviews in a third-party count from October 2026. Its 1.8 on Trustpilot comes from 14 reviews, mostly people objecting to their data being listed. Wiza says it processes only publicly available data, and people can opt out at optout@wiza.com.
Can Wiza still export Sales Navigator lists?
Not in bulk. On August 19, 2026, Wiza removed bulk export and multi-select from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter pages on all plans. The extension still reveals one profile at a time; lists come from Wiza Prospect, a CSV or a CRM import.
How accurate is Wiza?
Wiza verifies each email live when you request it. Its help center says valid emails have 97% deliverability and risky ones 50 to 70%, while its homepage claims 99%+. G2 reviewers often praise its accuracy, though some report contacts with no data found.
