RocketReach pricing
RocketReach pricing starts at $49 a month for Essentials, with a published price for every self-serve plan. Prices below are for one user, from the plan data behind rocketreach.co/pricing on October 15, 2026; the rendered page showed higher yearly prices for two plans.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Monthly plan / yearly plan limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials (email only) | $49 | $329 ($399 on the page) | 100 lookups a month / 1,200 exports a year |
| Pro + Phone | $99 | $829 ($899 on the page) | 250 lookups a month / 3,600 exports a year |
| Ultimate + Phone | $209 | $1,699 | 1,000 lookups a month / 20,000 exports a year |
Monthly and yearly plans meter different things. Monthly plans count lookups, and you can export what you looked up; unused credits roll over for up to 12 months while subscribed. Yearly plans call lookups “unlimited”, with a fair-use cap of 10,000 a month, but cap exports. CSV downloads, CRM and Zapier syncs, Autopilot, the API and MCP all spend export credits, which don’t roll over.
The help center says extra credits aren’t sold on their own outside Custom and API plans and points to upgrading, though the subscriber terms mention buying additional lookups.
Teams pay per seat from two seats: $43, $94 or $199 a month, or $313, $788 or $1,614 a year. Each seat gets its own credits, with no pooling. One help article says teams are billed yearly only, though the plan data lists monthly team prices. Custom plans with pooled credits start at $6K a year.
What a typical setup costs: one rep moving about 300 new contacts a month into a CRM or sequencer needs 3,600 exports a year. Pro + Phone yearly ($829, or $899 as displayed) covers that exactly. On monthly billing, Pro’s 250 lookups fall short, so it’s Ultimate at $209 a month ($2,508 a year).
What RocketReach does
RocketReach is a lookup tool: you search people and companies free with 50+ filters, then click “Get Contact Info” to reveal a verified email or phone number for one credit. A credit is only used if at least one verified detail comes back, and looking up the same person again is free.
Lookups run in the web app, a Chrome, Edge and Brave extension, bulk CSV enrichment, or Autopilot list-building jobs. RocketReach says its database covers “700 million professionals and 60 million companies”.
Around the data sit an AI search bar that turns plain language into filters, an AI email writer, and Messages, a light sender that uses your connected Gmail or Outlook, capped at 500 emails a day on paid plans (50 by default). Every plan includes the API and an MCP server, which lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT use it.
Worth knowing: per its help center, signing up with Google or Microsoft also joins RocketReach’s Community Program, which shares names, titles and contact details from your account. Participation is optional, and RocketReach says it doesn’t read email bodies.
RocketReach strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Published prices with a real monthly option, no sales call needed.
- You pay for hits only, and repeat lookups are free.
- Phones at the email price on Pro and Ultimate: one credit per contact either way.
- Easy to use. Reviewers praise it often; one G2 reviewer called it “rather fast and easy to use”.
- Open to build on. The API and MCP server are on every plan, and Pro adds Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Bullhorn and Zapier.
Drawbacks
- “Unlimited” means lookups, not exports. Yearly plans stop at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 exports a year, and the API, MCP and CRM syncs all draw on that cap (help center).
- No refunds. Plans auto-renew and the subscriber terms say amounts paid are non-refundable. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the term. The one exception: a new individual yearly purchase can switch to monthly within 7 days.
- Accuracy figures vary by page. The pricing page says “98% accuracy”; a help article says “most users see an 85% or higher accuracy rate”, and the terms don’t warrant that data is accurate or current.
- Team credits aren’t pooled below the $6K Custom plan.
What RocketReach users say
RocketReach holds 4.4 out of 5 on G2 from about 1,385 reviews and 4.1 on Capterra from 140 (October 2026). Reviewers there praise speed, ease of use and accurate contact details, and mention that some details are outdated or missing and that credits run out fast.
Trustpilot shows 1.2 from about 1,113 reviews. Many come from people who found their own details listed, not customers. Among customers, the recurring complaint is yearly renewals that reviewers say arrived without warning and weren’t refunded.
Who RocketReach is for
RocketReach fits sales reps and founders who research people one at a time and want a published price. A yearly plan makes in-app lookups close to unmetered.
Look elsewhere if you need to move more than about 1,600 contacts a month (Ultimate’s yearly cap) into a sequencer without a Custom plan, or want one shared credit pool for a team. If you buy for cold email, I’d size the plan by exports, not lookups: a contact you can see but can’t move into a campaign doesn’t get emailed.

RocketReach: common questions
How much does RocketReach cost?
Per RocketReach's plan data, one user pays $49 a month or $329 a year for Essentials, $99 or $829 for Pro + Phone, and $209 or $1,699 for Ultimate + Phone. The rendered pricing page showed $399 and $899 a year for the first two. Team seats run $43 to $199 a month each in the plan data, and Custom plans start at $6K a year. Checked October 2026.
Does RocketReach have a free plan?
RocketReach offers a free account with a small allowance of lookups and no credit card. Its own pages describe the allowance differently: the pricing page says 5 free lookups, the help center describes three sets of credits that vary in size, and another help article mentions 3 months of free trial access.
Is RocketReach legit?
Yes. RocketReach is a real company founded in 2015 and based in the US, rated 4.4 on G2 from about 1,385 reviews as of October 2026. Its 1.2 on Trustpilot reflects many reviews from people who found their own data listed, plus customers unhappy about non-refundable renewals.
Why does RocketReach have my info?
RocketReach's privacy policy says it collects data from crawled websites and public records, emails inferred from common formats, data brokers, and users' connected email accounts. You can ask for your profile to be removed through the form at rocketreach.co/remove-profile.
What is better than RocketReach?
Apollo adds sequencing and, like Lusha and Hunter, has a free plan, while ZoomInfo goes deeper on company and intent data at a much higher price. If the goal is cold email, a sender with built-in lead data saves an export step.
