Seamless.AI pricing and review
Seamless.AI, rebranded as Seamless in 2026, finds B2B emails and phone numbers on credits, and adds sending, calling and AI writing on annual contracts.
Seamless.AI at a glance
Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool with a built-in lead database. Seamless’s terms bar competitors from using the service, so nobody at Reachkit has an account: everything here comes from Seamless’s public site, help center and terms, checked in October 2026, and third-party figures are labelled.
| Seamless.AI | |
|---|---|
| Category | B2B contact data, with sending and calling added |
| What it does | Finds emails and phones per contact, then exports, syncs or sequences them |
| Starting price | No public price; reviewers report Basic near $147 a month, billed yearly |
| Free plan or trial | Free plan: 1 user, 50 credits once |
| Best for | Sales reps who prospect on LinkedIn and want phone numbers |
| Standout | One credit returns both emails and phones for a contact |
| Watch out for | Annual terms, all sales final, and a 60-day cancellation window |
| Checked | October 2026 |
Seamless.AI pricing
Seamless.AI pricing isn’t public anymore: the pricing URL redirects to a demo request form, and the homepage says Seamless is “free for up to 50 credits” before you talk to sales. The last full pricing page, archived on August 4, 2026, showed plan names but no dollar amounts.
| Plan | What Seamless publishes | Credits (help center, October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 user | 50 credits once, never refilled |
| Basic | Not on the public page | 250 a month |
| Pro | Per user, “Contact sales” | 10,000 a month, per the help center; the archived pricing FAQ said “Pro plans start off at 10,000 annual credits” |
| Enterprise | Unlimited users, custom packages | Custom |
Third-party prices. Lindy (updated January 2026) and UpLead (October 2026) report Basic at $147 a month billed yearly (UpLead says per user), shown only after signup. For Pro, UpLead cites user reports of $79 to $299 per user a month for 5+ users, and Amplemarket (May 2026) puts it near $147 to $299. Amplemarket’s estimate for 25 users is $44,000 to $90,000 a year before add-ons.
How credits go. A contact lookup costs 1 credit for both emails and phones. Enrichment and Autopilot cost 1 credit per row or contact, and AI writing 0.2 credits per message. AI Assistant, enrichment, Autopilot and buyer intent were add-ons on the archived page.
Contract terms. The terms say every subscription is annual, billed monthly or yearly, and “all sales are final”. Add-ons and credit packs aren’t refundable.
What Seamless.AI does
Seamless.AI looks up contact details on demand. You filter people and companies, or open the Chrome extension on a LinkedIn profile, and click Find to spend a credit on that person’s emails and phone numbers. Results go to a list, a CSV, your CRM or a sequence.
Seamless calls itself “a real-time search engine, not a database”, yet its own pages also quote database-style counts that don’t match: 1.8B+ verified emails on the homepage, 1.3B+ verified contacts on the bulk credits page. Each email gets a label (Valid, Accept All, Unknown, Invalid, Do Not Mail) and a “Total AI” confidence score.
Connect, listed on every plan as a “Limited Time” offer on the archived pricing page, sends sequences from Gmail or Outlook inboxes and places calls through Twilio. The help center sets no default daily cap and recommends 250 emails or fewer per inbox a day. That’s far more than I’d send from one cold email inbox; a few dozen a day is a safer ceiling. For warmup, Seamless points users to a separate service.
There’s also AI writing, an API on every plan, and an MCP server (a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps).
Seamless.AI strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Phones at no extra charge. One lookup credit covers emails and phone numbers. G2’s review summary does note that data accuracy can be inconsistent.
- Quick to start. A free plan and a Chrome extension that works on LinkedIn; G2’s review summary praises ease of use first.
- Automatic credit back for bad emails. If Seamless’s own check finds an email invalid, the credit returns on its own (help center).
- Open to build on. API access on every plan, an MCP server, guides for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive and n8n, and the data behind HubSpot’s Breeze Prospecting Agent.
Drawbacks
- Cancelling takes planning. It needs a form plus a meeting with your Customer Success Representative at least 60 days before renewal; miss it and the contract renews for 12 months (help center).
- Refunds narrower than the headline. The homepage promises “100% Credit Back Protection”; the help center says Seamless “may give the credits back… (when eligible)”. Refunds for later bounces cover purchased credits only, for emails sent through Connect, and only the email part of the charge.
- Limits on the data. Users may not resell it or “incorporate any portion” of it into other products, must destroy it when they leave, and grant Seamless a perpetual license to contact data from connected CRM and email accounts.
What Seamless.AI users say
Seamless.AI’s ratings depend on the site. As of October 2026 it holds 4.4 out of 5 on G2 from more than 5,400 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra from more than 580. Reviewers there praise ease of use and the data.
Trustpilot shows 1.2 from 311 reviews. Most complaints there are about renewals and cancelling: one reviewer wrote that declining another year “shouldn’t require an appointment”. Capterra’s own summary marks 62% of 42 reviews on contracts and billing as negative.
Data quality splits users. Capterra marks 45% of 71 reviews on data accuracy as negative, citing outdated or missing emails and phones.
Who Seamless.AI is for
Seamless.AI fits sales reps and teams who prospect from LinkedIn, call as much as they email, and are fine with a yearly commitment.
Look elsewhere if you want month-to-month terms, plan to pass the data on to clients (the terms restrict that), or want to keep your exported data after you stop paying. If you sign, diary the date 60 days before renewal, and test a small batch before a big export, as Seamless’s own AI fact sheet suggests.

Seamless.AI: common questions
How much is Seamless.AI per month?
Seamless.AI doesn't publish prices; its pricing page now leads to a demo form. Third-party reviewers report a Basic plan at about $147 a month, billed yearly, with 250 credits a month. Pro and Enterprise are quoted by sales, and estimates for Pro run from $79 to $299 per user a month. Checked October 2026.
Is Seamless.AI free?
Partly. The free plan gives one user 50 credits once, and they don't refill. Free accounts can use the API, but bounce refunds don't apply to free credits. To get more credits you move to a paid plan, which is an annual subscription.
Is Seamless.AI legit?
Yes. Seamless is a real company, Seamless Contacts Inc. of Ohio, rated 4.4 on G2 from more than 5,400 reviews as of October 2026. Its Trustpilot score of 1.2 reflects complaints mostly about auto-renewals, cancelling and support after the sale, rather than doubts about the company.
How do you cancel Seamless.AI?
At least 60 days before your renewal date, an admin or owner submits the account modification form in the platform and meets with a Customer Success Representative. If the change isn't made more than 60 days before renewal, Seamless's terms say the contract renews for another 12 months. Paid subscriptions are annual and all sales are final.
Seamless.AI vs ZoomInfo: what's the difference?
Both sell B2B contact data by quote on annual contracts. ZoomInfo is built for larger teams, with intent data and an accuracy remedy in its contract, and Vendr puts its median at $33,500 a year. Seamless sells to smaller teams too, includes phones in each lookup credit, and requires users to destroy its data when they leave.
