Lusha pricing
Lusha pricing starts at $0 for 40 credits a month and $49.90 a month for Starter. Prices are from lusha.com/pricing and its plan data, in USD, as of October 15, 2026. Yearly billing is 25% off.
| Plan | Monthly / yearly price | Credits a month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 40 | 1 |
| Starter | $49.90 / $449.10 a year | 400 | 1 |
| Pro | from $69.90 / from $629.10 a year | 600 to 3,200 | 2 included, up to 10 |
| Premium | from $399.90 / from $3,599.10 a year | 3,400 to 10,000 | 5 included, up to 25 |
| Scale | Quote from sales | Custom | Unlimited |
Pro and Premium prices rise with a credit slider, up to $362.40 and $977.40 a month. Extra seats cost $49.90 a month or $449.10 a year. Lusha’s docs give the seat caps above; a pricing page FAQ sends teams over 5 users to sales.
What a credit buys: an email costs 1 credit, a phone number 5, both 6. Searches and repeat views are free, but an API call costs at least 1 credit even with no results, and exports, AI enrichment, Waterfall lookups and signals also spend credits. At Starter’s monthly price a credit costs about $0.125, so a phone number costs about $0.62.
Rollover: the FAQ says monthly plans roll unused credits over up to twice the limit; the plan comparison table says Starter doesn’t roll over and Pro and Premium do. Yearly plans load all credits upfront and reset them at year end. Top-up prices aren’t published.
What a typical setup costs: one rep revealing 300 emails and 50 phone numbers a month needs 550 credits. Starter’s 400 falls short, so it’s Pro at $69.90 a month or $629.10 a year. Three reps sharing 2,000 credits a month pay about $277 a month on Pro, third seat included.
What Lusha does
Lusha is a lookup tool: you search people and companies for free, then reveal an email or phone number with credits. Revealed contacts, each email labeled High, Medium or Low confidence, go into lists, a CRM, a CSV or Lusha’s own sequencer.
The Chrome or Edge extension shows contact details on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRMs and Gmail. The same credits work in the web Workspace, the API and Lusha’s MCP server for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.
Lusha says it holds “515M+ verified contacts, 29M+ companies, and 165M+ verified emails”. Its data sources page names a community of users sharing business email headers and signatures, licensed partner directories, public information, and emails completed from company patterns. Lusha claims 98% email accuracy, while its docs note weaker coverage outside English-speaking markets and tech.
Engage, the built-in sequencer, sends up to 1,000 emails per user a day from a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox.
Lusha strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- A real free plan with 40 credits a month and no card.
- You pay per data point. Searching is free, and you can see whether an email or phone exists before you spend (how credits are counted).
- Easy to use. G2’s summary says users “consistently praise Lusha for its ease of use and accurate contact data”.
- Open to build on. Every plan gets an API key and MCP access from the same balance; Pro adds the full API and webhooks.
Drawbacks
- Phones are expensive in credits. Starter’s 400 credits buy 80 phone numbers, and G2 reviewers mention credits getting used up quickly.
- Strict billing terms. Plans renew at the then-current price and payments are non-refundable. The terms ask for cancellation 14 days before renewal; a help article says 24 hours.
- Team controls cost more. SSO, Do-Not-Call filtering and per-user credit limits are on Scale only.
- Privacy questions. In July 2026 Italy’s data protection authority fined Lusha. The decision is under court challenge and was taken offline after an interim court order.
What Lusha users say
Lusha holds 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from about 1,668 reviews and 4.0 on Capterra from 398, as of October 2026. Complaints center on credits that run out fast; Capterra’s summary mentions “limited credits and higher renewal costs” and “occasional data inaccuracy”.
Trustpilot shows 1.2 from about 781 reviews. Trustpilot’s summary of recent reviews says many people were frustrated by unwanted cold calls, which suggests many reviewers are people listed in Lusha’s database rather than customers.
Who Lusha is for
Lusha fits sales reps who look people up one at a time while they browse LinkedIn or a CRM, and who need direct dials as well as emails.
Look elsewhere if you need thousands of phone numbers a month on a small budget, or contacts mostly outside English-speaking markets, where coverage is thinner. If you buy data for cold email, I’d plan the budget around emails at 1 credit and treat phone reveals as the exception, because they spend five times faster.
