RB2B pricing and review
RB2B is website visitor identification software: it names the US people and the companies worldwide behind visits to your site, then sends them to Slack, your CRM or your outreach tools.
RB2B at a glance
Reachkit makes a cold email tool, not a visitor identification tool. Every RB2B price on this page was checked in October 2026 against RB2B’s own pricing page and help center.

RB2B pricing
RB2B pricing starts at $0 for company-level identification and $79 a month for named US visitors; above that, you pay by how many visitors RB2B identifies. Each identified visitor (a “resolution”) uses one credit. Figures are from rb2b.com/pricing and RB2B’s Pro and Pro+ help article, in USD, as of October 2026.
| Plan | Price a month | Visitors a month | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 150 | Companies only, sent to Slack |
| Starter | $79 | 300 | Named US visitors with LinkedIn URLs; no emails or CRM sync |
| Pro | $149 / $249 / $349 | 600 / 1,250 / 2,500 | Business emails and every integration |
| Pro+ | $199 / $299 / $399 | 600 / 1,250 / 2,500 | Premium Resolution, a waterfall of outside data sources |
The pricing page prints only “from $149” and “from $199”; the other tier prices come from the help center, which also lists larger tiers, such as 12,500 visitors for $849. Above 12,500, the pricing page says Pro+ is priced with RB2B’s team. Extra domains cost $99 a month (up to 5) on Pro and Pro+.
Overages. The pricing page lists 25¢ per extra resolution on Pro and Pro+ and 45¢ on Starter; a help center article gives different rules, so check first.
Billing rules. Plans are month to month by default, with no contract. Credits expire at the end of each cycle. An upgrade charges the full new price and restarts the cycle. Cancelling takes effect at once, with no refund. If credits run out, the script switches off until you turn it back on, and visits in that gap can’t be identified afterwards.
What a typical setup costs: Slack alerts with LinkedIn profiles for 300 US visitors a month cost $79 ($948 a year). Business emails and a HubSpot or Instantly sync for 1,250 visitors cost $249 a month on Pro ($2,988 a year). Your traffic sets the tier, not the number of leads you want.
What RB2B does
RB2B tells you who visited your website. You paste a script into your site’s header, and RB2B matches visitors against what it calls “a fully-permissioned publisher network”, using cookies, device IDs and IP addresses.
Person-level identification covers US visitors only, excluding anyone on a VPN or proxy. Elsewhere, RB2B names the company when its confidence is high. On paid plans a profile shows name, LinkedIn URL, job title, company details and pages viewed, plus a business email on Pro and above.
Profiles post to Slack or Microsoft Teams. Pro adds CRMs, Clay, Zapier, webhooks and outbound tools, plus Hot Leads filters that route visitors by company size, seniority and region. A Profiles API, launched October 5, 2026, returns up to 90 days of visitors. RB2B doesn’t send email itself; it hands each visitor to the tool that does.
How many visitors it names is hard to pin down. RB2B quotes identification rates from 15-20% to 70-80% depending on the plan and the page, and RB2B says your rate varies with your traffic mix and geography.
RB2B strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Quick to install. “Easy Setup” is the most mentioned plus in G2 reviews, and RB2B puts install at under five minutes.
- People, not only companies. For US traffic you get a name and a LinkedIn profile from the $79 plan.
- Published prices, no contract. Self-serve plans can be changed or cancelled any time without a penalty.
- Feeds the rest of the stack. Native routes into Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Compliance paperwork. SOC 2 Type II, and a registered data broker in four US states.
Drawbacks
- US only for people. Visitors outside the US come through as companies at best.
- Credits go on every match. A company-only match uses a credit, and Hot Leads filters route visitors but don’t stop the charge (credit rules).
- Strict billing. No refunds, and credits are lost when you cancel (refund policy, billing FAQ).
- Uneven data. Lead quality, missing information and data accuracy all appear among G2’s complaint themes.
- AI-first support. Human escalation is only on Pro and Pro+.
What RB2B users say
RB2B holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from about 280 reviews as of October 2026. Ease of setup and use lead the praise; one reviewer wrote that RB2B “stands out by identifying specific people visiting our website, not just anonymous companies.” The main complaint themes are missing integrations, lead quality, missing information and price.
Trustpilot shows 2.7 from just 4 reviews on an unclaimed profile, too few to weigh. On Reddit, one r/b2bmarketing user said it finds good-fit visitors but “I can’t figure out a good way to then re-engage these visitors.”
Older reviews may describe a Free plan that named people; since January 22, 2026 it shows companies only.
Who RB2B is for
RB2B fits B2B companies that sell into the US, get steady traffic to pricing and product pages, and already run an outbound tool or CRM to act on a name. Starter is a low-cost test of whether your visitors are worth chasing.
Look elsewhere if most of your traffic is outside the US, or if you’re an agency that needs white label or pooled credits (RB2B keeps those for its OEM program).
If you test it, I’d treat a visitor name as a signal, not a list: one short email about the page they read, not a slot in a ten-step sequence. If you only sell in the US, also switch off non-US tracking, which RB2B documents as saving credits.
Alternatives to RB2B
- ZoomInfo: the free ZoomInfo Lite tier includes WebSights Lite, up to 10 visitor reveals a day, though its terms let ZoomInfo use contacts from your connected email account. See the ZoomInfo profile.
- Instantly: a cold email sender whose Instantly Credits also pay for Website Visitors, at 3 credits per resolved profile. See the Instantly profile.
- ReachInbox: a cold email sender with a Website Visitor ID add-on at Free, $49, $99 or $199 a month. See Reachkit vs ReachInbox.
- Pipedrive: a CRM whose Web Visitors add-on names visiting companies, at $49 a month for up to 200 by its tier table (the same page also says “from $41”), on top of a Pipedrive plan. See the Pipedrive profile.
- Reachkit (our product): emails the people RB2B finds. Import an RB2B CSV export (Pro and up), and Reachkit verifies each address (1 credit per 10), turns extra columns into merge tags and sends from warmed inboxes, from $39 a month per workspace. Its Lead Finder can also search for other people at the companies RB2B names.
