MillionVerifier pricing and review

MillionVerifier is a Hungarian email verification service that cleans the lists you bring, sold as one-time credit packs with no subscription and no expiry.

MillionVerifier at a glance

Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool with list verification built in. Prices were checked on October 19, 2026; tiers MillionVerifier’s homepage doesn’t print come from third-party listings, marked as such.

MillionVerifier pricing

MillionVerifier pricing starts at $39 for 10,000 credits, and one credit checks one address. Packs are paid once, and credits “never expire” (credit rules). Prices sit in a slider on the homepage, in USD excluding VAT.

Where EmailVerifiers, Sealch and Bouncer (the last two sell rival verifiers) overlap, they match to the dollar; 50 million is Sealch’s alone. All checked September 30 to October 11, 2026. The 25 million pack shows no price; above 50 million is by quote.

Fixed packs only. No custom amounts, no upgrading or merging packs, no moving credits between accounts, and sales are final outside the bounce guarantee (terms). Current bonuses add 5% to 15% on packs from 50,000 in your first week, 10% with auto top-up, and 1 million free per 5 million bought.

EverClean, the daily re-check, is billed monthly by list size. Bouncer lists it at $15 a month for 10,000 emails (September 2026); MillionVerifier doesn’t print a price.

What a typical setup costs: at about 1,500 new prospects a month, the $39 pack lasts almost seven months (about $5.85 a month). At 10,000 a month, $149 covers ten months.

What MillionVerifier does

MillionVerifier checks whether an address will accept mail before you send. You check one address, upload a file, pull a list from a connected tool, or call the API.

Results come back ok, invalid, disposable, catch-all or unknown, and the app groups the last two as “Risky”. A catch-all domain accepts every address, so a normal check can’t tell real inboxes from fake ones; MillionVerifier says it resolves 30% to 40% of them into valid or invalid at the normal one-credit price (catch-all page).

EverClean links an email or CRM tool by API key and re-verifies chosen lists daily. The homepage counts 40+ integrations, Smartlead, Reply and Snov.io among them; Instantly and lemlist aren’t native, though an n8n template links Apollo, MillionVerifier and Instantly. Clay added a MillionVerifier action in April 2026.

Subusers share one credit pool and reselling is allowed. There are no AI features and no official MCP server; third-party connectors such as Zapier’s let Claude run a check. It doesn’t send email or sell leads.

MillionVerifier strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Low cost at volume. $449 for 1 million checks, about 45 cents per 1,000.
  • No clock on credits. Credits don’t lapse, and the terms say an account removed after 12 idle months doesn’t forfeit them.
  • Risky results usually free. Credits spent on catch-all and unknown results come back by default (goodwill credits).
  • Terms that allow outbound lists. Purchased and third-party data is fine if lawfully obtained, with no opt-in requirement unless the law demands one.
  • A bounce guarantee with a formula. If over 4% of “ok” addresses hard-bounce, your last payment is refunded (guarantee).

Drawbacks

  • The risky refund is now discretionary. The homepage still offers a “Full refund on any email we can’t verify with certainty”. Since July 20, 2026, the terms call it “a discretionary promotional goodwill programme” that can be withheld for “scraping or fabricated data”, and heavy scraped-list users “will have to pay for those too”, about 1% of users per MillionVerifier.
  • Strict guarantee terms. File uploads only, every ok address emailed within 7 days through a professional sender, and, per the help center, a login to that sender account (the terms say “reasonable access”). The terms say 4%; an accuracy article says “lower than 1% guaranteed”.
  • Accuracy claims without a named test. “99%+ accuracy” and “Independent tests rank us #1” name no test, and MillionVerifier wasn’t in Hunter’s November 2025 or ZeroBounce’s July 2026 benchmarks.

What MillionVerifier users say

MillionVerifier holds 4.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 283 reviews (October 19, 2026), 80% of them five stars and 10% one star; it invites reviews and answers 76% of negative ones. Search summaries show 4.2 from 29 on G2 and 4.4 from 100 on Capterra.

Reviewers praise the price; even a critical G2 review is titled “Value for money but there isn’t any support when things go wrong”. The 2026 one-star reviews on Trustpilot mostly concern verdicts that didn’t hold up (“the bad emails you are telling me are actually working emails”) and support. On Capterra, customer service scores 4.3, against 4.6 for ease of use.

Who MillionVerifier is for

MillionVerifier fits people who clean big lists and watch the price per check, including agencies pooling credits across subusers and teams using bought B2B data its terms allow.

Look elsewhere if your list is mostly scraped, where the risky-credit goodwill can be withdrawn, or if you need fast support when results look off.

My practitioner note: on a cold B2B list, the Risky pile matters more than the price per check. The credits come back, but those addresses stay unresolved and you still decide whether to send.

Alternatives to MillionVerifier

  • ZeroBounce: $129 for 10,000, with 100 free monthly checks for business-domain signups and no charge for unknowns. See the ZeroBounce profile.
  • NeverBounce: $50 for 10,000 and a written 3% bounce guarantee, but pay-as-you-go credits lapse after 12 months. See the NeverBounce profile.
  • Emailable: non-expiring packs from $38 for 5,000, under terms written for opt-in lists. See the Emailable profile.
  • Hunter: finding plus verification at half a credit a check, 50 free credits monthly. See the Hunter profile.
  • Reachkit (our product): for a list going into a cold campaign, Reachkit checks the CSV on import at 1 credit per 10 addresses, so Growth’s 1,000 monthly credits ($39, no rollover) cover 10,000 checks. Catch-alls wait for your call, Lead Finder contacts arrive verified, and campaigns pause at 5% bounces. It won’t clean lists inside other tools.

MillionVerifier: common questions

Is MillionVerifier legit?

Yes. MillionVerifier is run by GBD Software as a Service Private Limited Company, registered in Hungary, and its homepage names founder Tamás Szabó. As of October 19, 2026 it holds 4.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 283 reviews; the one-star reviews mostly concern accuracy and support.

How much does MillionVerifier cost per email?

As of October 2026, MillionVerifier's homepage prices 50,000 checks at $89 ($0.00178 each) and 1 million at $449 ($0.00045 each). Third-party listings put the smallest pack, 10,000, at $39 ($0.0039 each) and 50 million at $8,499 ($0.00017 each), matching the lowest rate MillionVerifier quotes itself. Credits never expire.

Does MillionVerifier have a free plan or trial?

There's no ongoing free plan, but new accounts get trial credits. The homepage says 100 free credits with no card. The help center ties it to how you sign up: 500 free credits with a business email, 2,000 credits for $4.90 with a free email, or up to 10,000 by connecting an integration.

Does MillionVerifier charge for catch-all emails?

By default, no. Credits spent on catch-all and unknown results are returned when a job finishes. Since July 20, 2026, MillionVerifier's terms call this a discretionary goodwill programme that can be withheld, for example from accounts verifying scraped or fabricated data in bulk. Its help center says that affects about 1% of users.

ZeroBounce vs MillionVerifier: which should I use?

MillionVerifier is cheaper: $39 for 10,000 checks (per third-party listings) against ZeroBounce's $129, as of October 2026. ZeroBounce gives business-domain signups 100 free checks a month and doesn't charge for unknowns, but charges for catch-alls, which MillionVerifier usually credits back. For a cold campaign list, Reachkit, which is our product, verifies imports itself.

Checking leads before a cold campaign?

Reachkit verifies your CSV on import, sets catch-all addresses aside for your call, and sends from warmed inboxes in the same workspace. The 30-day trial needs no card.
