ListKit pricing and review

ListKit sells B2B lead data, Google inboxes it sets up and warms, and its own email sender as one subscription, priced at $597 a month for each block of 1,000 daily emails.

ListKit at a glance

Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool. I checked each ListKit price and limit below in October 2026, on its homepage, help center and refund policy.

ListKit pricing

ListKit pricing has one unit, the Bundle: $597 a month for about 1,000 emails a day. You scale by stacking Bundles at that same rate, up to 50 per account, per the Bundle help article and the homepage slider in October 2026.

Emails a dayMonthlyCredits a monthDomains / inboxes
1,000$59710,00020 / 40
2,000$1,19420,00040 / 80
5,000$2,98550,000100 / 200
10,000$5,970100,000200 / 400

Paying for six months costs $3,223.80 per Bundle (10% off) and a year costs $6,089.40 (15% off), about $537 and $507 a month. Each Bundle also holds up to 20,000 contacts in active campaigns.

Credits: a verified email costs 1, a US mobile number 3 (only when found) and an AI Script Writer run 100. Search and sending are free. A one-time pack of 2,000 extra credits is $47. The help center says unused credits last 60 days while you stay subscribed; ListKit’s terms, last updated October 2025, still say 30.

Billing: there’s no free trial, every payment is final, and a Bundle added mid-cycle is charged in full that day. Domains and inboxes cost nothing extra.

What a typical setup costs: a founder sending a three-step sequence to 1,500 new prospects a month pays $597 for one Bundle and uses about 1,800 of its credits (counting three AI Script Writer runs) and fewer than 10 of its 40 inboxes. A team sending 25,000 emails a month from ListKit’s inboxes needs two Bundles, $1,194, because one sends about 22,000 a month on the default weekday schedule. Ticking weekend days in a campaign could stretch one Bundle further.

What ListKit does

ListKit began as a lead database and relaunched in mid-2026 around sending.

  • Leads. ListKit claims 977M+ B2B contacts on its homepage. You describe your ideal customer in plain English with AI Search (the help center says companies) or use filters, and each email is triple-verified at the moment you export it. Emails that fail aren’t charged.
  • Domains and inboxes. You pick once per Bundle: pre-warmed domains from ListKit’s pool, which end in .info and are its default, or new branded .com domains that need about two weeks of warmup first. ListKit registers them, handles SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and creates two Google Workspace inboxes per domain.
  • Sending. Email Engine, ListKit’s built-in sender, runs sequences with A/B variants and spintax. Each inbox ramps from 1 email a day to 25 over about nine calendar days, and warmup runs in the background with no off switch. ListKit doesn’t track opens or clicks, on purpose.
  • Replies. A Master Inbox collects answers and sorts them with AI into categories such as Interested and Out of Office.

Your own Google, Outlook or IMAP inboxes can be connected too. Webhooks send events to other tools, and contacts can be imported from HubSpot. As of October 2026, ListKit says a public API and an MCP connector for AI assistants are in development.

ListKit strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • A fast start. ListKit says pre-warmed inboxes are usually ready minutes after setup, occasionally up to 72 hours, with stock refilled every few days.
  • Plenty of data. 10,000 verified-email credits a month per Bundle, and search is free.
  • Careful defaults. A locked ramp, 25 emails per inbox a day by default, always-on warmup and no tracking pixels.
  • People to ask. One 1:1 onboarding call per account, and community coaching calls that the help center puts at several times a week (the homepage says weekly).

Drawbacks

  • A high floor. The smallest purchase is $597 a month, with no trial and no refunds (refund policy).
  • You don’t keep the infrastructure. When a Bundle ends, its domains and inboxes are deleted. The cancellation article says ListKit doesn’t transfer domains; its refund policy calls transfers discretionary.
  • Fewer connections. ListKit dropped its Smartlead, Google Sheets and Zapier API key connections, and the API isn’t out yet.
  • Google only. Every inbox ListKit provides is Google Workspace; Microsoft works only through inboxes you connect.

What ListKit users say

In October 2026, G2’s ListKit page averaged about 4.7 out of 5 over roughly 390 reviews, and ListKit’s Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 4 (“Great”) over about 250. Reviews from before mid-2026 often describe the old data-only product.

Reviewers praise the support team, hands-on founders, lead data and pre-warmed inboxes. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote in October 2026 that “Listkit does phenomenal job with deliverability”.

A July 2026 Trustpilot reviewer who paid $1,500 for a done-for-you campaign, a different offer from the Bundle, complains of “emails going to plumbers and grocery stores”, and a G2 reviewer describes being passed between several sales and onboarding reps.

Who ListKit is for

ListKit fits founders, agency owners and sales teams who are ready to send around 1,000 cold emails a day now and want leads, inboxes and a sender from one vendor.

It’s a poor fit below that volume, for anyone who wants a trial first, for done-for-you Microsoft 365 mailboxes, or for builders who need an API now. My rule of thumb before buying any credit bundle: count the leads you’ll really contact in 60 days. If it’s far below 10,000, you’re paying for unused data.

Alternatives to ListKit

ListKit: common questions

Is ListKit legit?

Yes. ListKit, LLC is registered in Delaware and based in Tampa, Florida. In October 2026 it rated about 4.7 on G2 and 4 on Trustpilot. Its critical reviews mostly concern results that missed the sales pitch, support and older done-for-you offers.

How much does ListKit cost?

Each ListKit Bundle is $597 a month for about 1,000 emails a day, with 10,000 lead credits and 40 Google inboxes on 20 domains. Volume scales in whole Bundles: 2,000 a day is $1,194 and 10,000 a day is $5,970. Checked October 2026.

Does ListKit have a free trial or free plan?

No. As of October 2026, ListKit's help center says there's no free trial, and there's no free plan; a demo call is free. Its listkit.io/free-trial page still offers 50 free leads from a 731M+ database, a pre-relaunch figure, and third-party free-plan listings are older.

Who founded ListKit?

ListKit's About page names Andre Haykal Jr as CEO, with co-founders Daniel Fazio, Christian Bonnier, Oliver Schmalholz and Dan Crowley. The founding year is unclear: the About page says 2021, while an August 2026 press release says 2023.

Can I keep my ListKit domains if I cancel?

Plan on losing them. ListKit's help center says that when your last Bundle ends, the account, credits, campaigns, domains and inboxes are deleted, and that domains aren't transferred, although the refund policy calls transfers discretionary. Download your lead lists from Order History first.

Do I need Instantly or Smartlead with ListKit?

No. Every Bundle includes Email Engine, ListKit's sender, with warmup and a Master Inbox for replies. To use another sender, export a CSV from Order History; the Smartlead connection is gone.
