LeadIQ pricing and review

LeadIQ is a B2B prospecting tool whose Chrome extension captures emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn and pushes them to your CRM, all from one shared credit pool.

LeadIQ at a glance

Reachkit makes a cold email tool with its own lead database, so it competes with LeadIQ on contact data. Every LeadIQ price here was checked on October 15, 2026 against LeadIQ’s pricing page, terms and help center.

LeadIQ pricing

LeadIQ pricing starts at $0 for one user with 50 credits, and Pro covers up to 5 users on a credit slider. Plans are from leadiq.com/pricing (October 15, 2026). Any plan can be tried free for 30 days, and yearly billing is 25% off.

PlanPriceUsersCredits
Free$0150
ProDisputed, see belowUp to 5200 to 6,750 a month, in 12 steps
EnterpriseQuote, annual plan onlyCustomCustom

The Pro price isn’t settled in public. LeadIQ’s pricing page text reads “$200 /month” at 200 credits, as do several reviews. LeadIQ’s own blog says plans start at $15 per user a month, and third-party reviews, one checked in a real browser, report $20 a month, or $15 billed yearly, for 200 credits. The pricing page lists Pro as “up to 5 users” with no seat price; the blog prices it per user. Read the card at your credit step before budgeting.

What a credit buys: an email costs 1 credit, a phone number 10, both 11, and an account enrichment 3. Viewing profiles in the app or extension is free, and a contact your team already paid for isn’t charged again for a year.

Expiry and terms: the terms say paid-plan credits expire at the end of the subscription term, and cancelling forfeits what’s left. Fees are non-refundable, and annual plans need 30 days’ notice to cancel. Enterprise is quoted; Vendr’s data from 112 purchases (February 2026) puts the median buyer at $26,400 a year.

What a typical setup needs: a founder adding 1,500 cold email prospects a month needs 1,500 credits for emails, the fourth slider step, or 2,000 with 50 phone numbers. A sending tool is a second bill.

What LeadIQ does

LeadIQ is built around a Chrome extension. On LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, a CRM record or a company website, it finds the person’s work email and phone number, and you spend credits on the ones you need. Contacts go into lists or straight to Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft or Gong Engage.

Around the extension sit database search, champion job-change tracking, signals, CRM enrichment and Scribe, an AI writer for openers and emails. Lando, an AI agent that suggests contacts from your CRM and the page you’re on, went into beta for existing customers in March 2026.

LeadIQ says it holds “750 million+ professional profiles, refreshed every month”, from hundreds of public and private sources plus a Data Community of members whose connected email lets LeadIQ read business details from signatures. It claims over 90% accuracy on verified mobiles and an 85% global mobile match rate, 70% in EMEA.

LeadIQ doesn’t send email. For builders there’s a GraphQL API and an MCP server (a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps), in Claude’s connector directory since August 2026, per LeadIQ.

LeadIQ strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Easy capture from LinkedIn. G2’s review summary says users “consistently praise LeadIQ for its ease of use and seamless integration with LinkedIn and CRM systems”.
  • Fits an existing sales stack. Contacts sync to the CRM and sequencer.
  • Job-change tracking on every plan, Free included (pricing).
  • Credits are hard to waste. Profile views are free, one pool serves the team, and repeat lookups of a contact within a year cost nothing (help center).
  • Open to AI tools. The pricing page lists the API and MCP on every plan; LeadIQ’s MCP page says MCP needs a paid plan.

Drawbacks

  • Phone data draws the complaints. G2’s summary notes that accuracy, “particularly phone numbers, can be inconsistent”, and LeadIQ puts its own mobile match rate at 70% in EMEA, against 85% globally.
  • Phones drain the pool. At 10 credits each, Pro’s first step of 200 credits buys 20 phone numbers.
  • No sending or dialing. Contacts need a separate sequencer or cold email tool.
  • Some features need Enterprise. Full database search, CSV enrichment and SSO are on Enterprise, which is annual and quoted.
  • Strict terms. Fees are non-refundable and can change at renewal (terms).

What LeadIQ users say

LeadIQ holds 4.2 out of 5 on G2 from about 1,180 reviews, and 4.4 on Capterra from 25, as of October 2026. Reviewers praise how easily the extension moves contacts from LinkedIn into the CRM. The recurring complaints are inaccurate data and wrong phone numbers, and some miss built-in sequencing or dialing.

Trustpilot shows 6 reviews, all one star, from November 2023 to October 2025. Most come from people listed in LeadIQ’s database (a wrong phone number, a GDPR notice, spam), not from customers.

Who LeadIQ is for

LeadIQ fits sales teams that prospect from LinkedIn and already run Salesforce or HubSpot plus a sequencer like Outreach or Salesloft.

Look elsewhere if you want one tool that finds contacts and also sends, or if you mostly need mobiles in Europe. If I were judging LeadIQ, I’d judge it on job-change tracking: a champion who just moved companies is a fresher signal than any bought list.

Alternatives to LeadIQ

  • Apollo: contact data with email sequences built in; a free plan, then Basic at $49 per seat a month billed yearly. See the Apollo profile or Reachkit vs Apollo.
  • Lusha: the closest model, an extension for emails and direct dials, with 40 free credits a month and phone numbers at 5 credits. See the Lusha profile.
  • Wiza: verified emails and mobiles for people you pick on LinkedIn, from $49 a month per user. See the Wiza profile.
  • Cognism: built for selling into Europe, with mobile numbers checked by researchers who call them; quote only. See the Cognism profile.
  • Reachkit (our product): for one tool that finds and sends email, Reachkit’s Lead Finder searches 500M+ profiles and adds verified leads to a campaign at 1 credit each, sent from your inboxes. It has no phone numbers, browser extension or job-change tracking.

LeadIQ: common questions

How much does LeadIQ cost?

LeadIQ has a free plan for one user with 50 credits. Pro covers up to 5 users with 200 to 6,750 credits a month, but its entry price is reported two ways: the pricing page text reads $200 a month, while LeadIQ's blog says $15 per user a month. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 10. Checked October 2026.

Is LeadIQ trustworthy?

Yes. LeadIQ, Inc. is a US company, founded in 2015, that raised a $30 million Series B in 2021. It says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and holds 4.2 on G2 from about 1,180 reviews (October 2026). Its six one-star Trustpilot reviews come mostly from people in its database, not customers.

What is LeadIQ used for?

Sales teams use LeadIQ to find work emails and phone numbers while browsing LinkedIn or a CRM, then push them into Salesforce, HubSpot or a sequencer such as Outreach. It also tracks job changes. LeadIQ doesn't send email itself.

Does LeadIQ have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan gives one user 50 credits, which LeadIQ's blog describes as monthly: 50 emails or 5 phone numbers, with the extension and job-change tracking. Paid plans have a 30-day free trial.

LeadIQ vs Apollo: which is better?

They solve different problems. Apollo pairs a contact database with built-in email sequences, with a free plan and Basic at $49 per seat a month billed yearly. LeadIQ captures contacts from LinkedIn into your CRM and sequencer and tracks job changes. If you want one tool that also sends, Apollo fits better; if you already run Outreach or Salesloft, LeadIQ slots in.
