Leadfeeder pricing and review
Leadfeeder, run by Dealfront Group GmbH, names the companies visiting your website and adds contact data, CRM syncs and display ads, with a free plan and paid tiers priced in euros.
Leadfeeder at a glance
Reachkit makes cold email software, a different job from Leadfeeder’s. Every Leadfeeder price on this page was checked in October 2026 against Leadfeeder’s own pricing page, help center and terms. It’s built from public pages, not a Leadfeeder account.

Leadfeeder pricing
Leadfeeder pricing starts at €0 on Lite and €79 a month on Discover with yearly billing, or €113 paid monthly. Leadfeeder’s pricing page lists euros only. The help center says some customers pay in US dollars, but no dollar price list is public.
| Plan | Yearly billing (per month) | Monthly billing | Companies identified a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | €0 | €0 | Up to 100, 7 days of history |
| Discover | from €79 | from €113 | Up to 1,000 |
| Activate | from €369 | from €527 | 1,000 to 4,000 |
| Scale | from €599 | Not offered | 2,000 to 10,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom |
The price climbs with the number of companies identified, and repeat visits by one company count once. Discover tops out at €309 yearly for 1,000 companies, Activate at €729 for 4,000 companies and Scale at €2,089 for 10,000 companies and 5,500 credits. Yearly billing saves 30%, paid 12 months upfront. Scale’s plan card says yearly only; its FAQ also mentions quarterly payment.
Credits, shared by the whole team, pay for contact data and CRM exports. Activate includes 200 to 1,500 a month, Scale 1,000 to 5,500, and Discover 50 per the help center. An email costs 0.2 credits, an email plus phone 1, and a record exported to your CRM 1, though the pricing page also lists single company exports without credits. Spotting visiting companies uses no credits.
What a typical setup costs: about 300 companies a month on Discover is €179 a month billed yearly (€2,148 a year). Contact data starts on Activate at €369 a month yearly (€4,428 a year) for 1,000 companies and 200 credits, enough for 1,000 emails or about 100 contacts with phones pushed to a CRM. Older guides still quote €99 or $99 to start.
What Leadfeeder does
Leadfeeder identifies the companies behind anonymous website visits. Its tracker matches visitor IP addresses against an IP-to-company database, and Leadfeeder says it identifies “up to 45%” of the companies that visit. It names the company, not the person browsing.
Visits land in Web Visitors, where you filter by your ideal customer profile, get alerts in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email, and push accounts to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, Zoho or SuperOffice. From Activate up you can add verified emails and phones from a database Leadfeeder puts at 400M contacts, and run B2B display ads through Campaigns.
There’s also an API, AI tools for building and enriching lists, and an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, offered on paid plans “that have API access”. Leadfeeder doesn’t send email itself; outreach runs through your CRM, Zapier or ads. It says data is processed and stored in the EU.
Leadfeeder strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- A free plan that doesn’t expire. Lite covers up to 100 companies a month with 7 days of history (pricing).
- No seat fees. Every plan, Lite included, has unlimited users.
- Prices you can check. Every tier below Enterprise is listed with its price.
- Easy to pick up. G2’s review summary says users praise the intuitive interface, and Capterra reviewers rate ease of use 4.5 out of 5.
- Built to connect. Native CRM syncs, Zapier, an API and an MCP server.
Drawbacks
- Renewals catch people out. Yearly terms renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end (terms, §8.2). Reviewers on Trustpilot, Capterra and G2 say they got no reminder.
- Contacts cost extra. Emails and phones need Activate, from €369 a month billed yearly, and each lookup uses credits.
- Value for money scores lowest. It’s Capterra’s weakest sub-score at 3.9, and G2 reviewers list expense among the top cons.
- Some data misses. G2 reviewers mention data accuracy, for example industry tags that are “hit or miss”.
What Leadfeeder users say
Leadfeeder holds 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from about 860 reviews and 4.2 on Capterra from about 135, as of October 2026. Some Capterra pages still say Dealfront, the name the company used from 2023 to March 2026.
Reviewers like the clean interface, the insight into which companies are browsing, and the CRM integrations. The recurring complaints are price for smaller teams, patchy company data and renewals without warning. One G2 reviewer adds that the company’s VP of Customer Success later cancelled the renewal.
Trustpilot shows 1.9 from only 14 reviews, a small sample.
Who Leadfeeder is for
Leadfeeder fits B2B companies with steady website traffic that want to see which accounts are researching them and route them to sales. A small site can stay on free Lite if 100 companies a month is enough.
Look elsewhere if you need the people visiting rather than their companies, or a tool that also sends the follow-up email. On a yearly plan, I’d put the cancellation deadline, 30 days before renewal, in your calendar on day one.

Leadfeeder: common questions
Is Leadfeeder legit?
Yes. Leadfeeder started in Helsinki, merged with Germany's Echobot in 2022 and is run by Dealfront Group GmbH. Its homepage says more than 15,000 companies use it, and it holds 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from about 860 reviews as of October 2026. A recurring complaint is yearly plans that renew without a reminder.
How much does Leadfeeder cost?
Leadfeeder has a free Lite plan. Paid plans start at €79 a month billed yearly (€113 monthly) for Discover, €369 (€527) for Activate and €599 for Scale, which has no monthly option. Prices rise with the companies identified each month, and contact data uses credits. Prices in euros, checked October 2026.
Is Leadfeeder free?
Partly. The Lite plan is free with no end date and covers up to 100 identified companies a month, 7 days of visitor history and unlimited users. A 14-day free trial of the paid features needs no credit card, and afterwards the account moves to Lite unless you buy a plan.
Is Leadfeeder the same as Dealfront?
Yes. Leadfeeder and Echobot merged in 2022 and the group took the name Dealfront in April 2023. On March 24, 2026, Dealfront renamed itself Leadfeeder. The company behind it is still Dealfront Group GmbH, so its terms and some review listings use the Dealfront name. Leadfeeder said the rebrand came with no pricing changes.
Is Leadfeeder legal?
Leadfeeder says it is GDPR compliant and that its data is processed and stored in the EU. Its visitor identification works at company level, matching IP addresses to businesses rather than naming individual visitors. Tracking and cookie rules differ by country, so check yours before adding any tracker.
Leadfeeder vs ZoomInfo: what's the difference?
Leadfeeder publishes its prices, from a free plan to Scale from €599 a month, and centers on identifying visiting companies. ZoomInfo is a contact database whose paid plans are quote-only, with website visitors on its Copilot plans. ZoomInfo Lite is free with up to 10 visitor reveals a day. Checked October 2026.
