Lead411 pricing
Lead411 pricing starts at $49 a month for Spark, which buys 1,000 exports. One export is one contact, email and direct phone included. Figures are from lead411.com/pricing on October 16, 2026, in USD.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Exports |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot Light (trial) | $0 for 7 days | n/a | 50 |
| Spark | $49 | $490 a year | 1,000 a month, or 12,000 a year |
| Ignite | From $150 | From $1,500 a year | 1,000+ a month, or flexible |
| Blaze | n/a | Quote only | Unlimited |
Every subscription includes the Chrome extension, hiring signals, technology stack search, lead scoring and saved searches. Spark adds the A.I. Search Assistant and CRM customizations; Ignite and Blaze add API access.
Unused exports roll over to the next billing cycle. After you cancel, the terms hold leftover credits for two months in case you re-subscribe, then forfeit them.
Above Spark, the price can move. Ignite signs up online from $150, but Lead411 says its price “varies based on team size and features”, and Blaze has no public price. Seats per plan aren’t listed, but the terms renew “for the number of users the Client has registered” and G2 lists Spark Annual per seat, so expect per-user pricing. No price for extra exports is published.
Intent data is annual only. The pricing page shows it included on Spark Annual and as an add-on or option higher up. Another Lead411 page sells it as an add-on to Ignite and Blaze only, so confirm before paying.
What a typical setup costs: one person exporting up to 1,000 contacts a month pays $49 a month (about 5 cents a contact) or $490 a year (about 4 cents). A team, or anyone who needs the API, starts on Ignite at $150 a month or more.
What Lead411 does
Lead411 is a prospecting database: you search people and companies with filters, or describe them in plain English to its A.I. Search Assistant, then export the contacts you pick. Each export sends the email and direct phone number to a CSV file or a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive. A Chrome extension shows the same data on LinkedIn and company websites.
Lead411 says its data comes from public web data, its own research and third-party providers. Its homepage claims 97% verified emails, footnoted as an average for optimized verified emails, and its pricing page says emails are re-verified every 3 to 6 months. The site gives no current contact count.
On top of contacts, Lead411 tracks growth signals (hiring, funding, executive changes) and offers Bombora topic intent, which flags companies researching a subject.
None of the plans on Lead411’s pricing page include email sending, so for cold email you export to a separate tool. From Ignite there’s an API. Lead411 also runs a hosted MCP server (a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps), enabled per account.
Lead411 strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- A low, listed price. $49 for 1,000 exports, bought without a sales call.
- Phones included in exports, with no separate phone credits.
- Exports roll over while you stay subscribed (pricing).
- Intent data for small teams. Per the pricing page, Spark Annual at $490 a year includes buyer intent data.
- Open to builders. An API and a first-party MCP server, documented at api.lead411.com.
Drawbacks
- Thinner data in small and niche markets. G2 reviewers mention outdated phone numbers there, and Lead411’s own FAQ says depth “for niche sectors may vary”.
- “No caps” next to capped plans. The pricing FAQ says “there are no data caps or daily limits”, while Spark and Ignite list export counts. Only Blaze’s card lists unlimited exports.
- Contracts are stricter than the homepage. The homepage says you can cancel or adjust a plan “without long-term lock-ins”; the terms, which still use older plan names, set 1-year minimums on annual plans, say “We don’t guarantee refunds” and take cancellations by email. Monthly plans cancel any time, per the pricing FAQ.
What Lead411 users say
Lead411 holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from 478 reviews and 4.7 on Capterra from 77, as of October 2026. Most G2 reviewers are small businesses. They praise value, one calling it “the best bang for your buck, without discounting data quality”, along with easy setup, support and the intent alerts.
The recurring complaint is data age: phone numbers and job changes that lag, particularly in niche and smaller markets. A Reddit user in B2B outreach called it “mediocre at best” and said their team dropped it after a few months, citing SMB coverage.
Trustpilot shows 2.9 from just 2 reviews on an unclaimed profile, too few to read much into. The BBB rates Lead411 F with 3 complaints in three years.
Who Lead411 is for
Lead411 fits a small sales team that emails and calls, wants direct dials at no extra cost, and would rather pay $490 a year for intent signals than sign an enterprise contract.
Look elsewhere if you sell mostly into very small or niche companies, where reviewers find the data older, or if you want to find and email leads in one tool. If you try it, I’d spend the 50 trial exports on your exact niche and verify the emails before committing to a year. More in lead scraping for cold email.
Alternatives to Lead411
- UpLead: checks each email the moment you reveal it and can skip charges for invalid ones; Essentials is $99 a month for 170 credits. See the UpLead profile.
- Apollo: a database with sequences and a dialer built in, a free plan, and Basic at $49 per seat a month on yearly billing ($65 monthly). See the Apollo profile.
- Lusha: 40 free credits a month and Starter at $49.90, but a phone number costs 5 credits against 1 for an email. See the Lusha profile.
- ZoomInfo: the enterprise database Lead411 offers to undercut, quote-only, with a $33,500 yearly median per Vendr. See the ZoomInfo profile.
- Reachkit (our product): if you export Lead411 contacts to send cold email, Reachkit does both jobs. Lead Finder searches 500M+ profiles at 1 credit per verified lead and adds them straight to a campaign that sends from warmed inboxes. Growth is $39 a month per workspace with 1,000 credits. It’s email only, so callers still need a phone source.
