Jeeva AI pricing and review

Jeeva AI is an AI sales assistant for reps: agents find and enrich leads, run email and LinkedIn sequences and sort replies. Self-serve plans are one seat each, with pay-per-credit usage.

Jeeva AI at a glance

Reachkit makes a competing cold email tool. Jeeva AI’s plans, credit costs and terms below were checked in October 2026 on Jeeva’s own pricing page, help docs and terms and conditions.

Jeeva AI pricing

Jeeva AI pricing starts at $0, and the two self-serve paid plans cost $95 (Growth) and $239 (Scale) a month billed yearly, per jeeva.ai/pricing in October 2026. Jeeva lists yearly savings of $286 and $718, which puts month-to-month billing at about $119 and $299, the same figures G2’s pricing listing shows.

PlanPrice, billed yearlyAllowance on the plan cardSeats
Free$0Unclear (see below)1
Growth$95/mo3,000 emails, 375 cell phones a month1
Scale$239/mo7,200 emails, 900 cell phones a month1
EnterpriseCustom10,000 emails, 1,250 cell phones a month10+

Growth adds auto-updating lead lists and multiple inbox management. Scale adds multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn and AI follow-ups), A/B tests and workflow automation. Enterprise adds SSO, SOC 2 compliance and private cloud or on-prem deployment.

Jeeva’s pages disagree on the limits. Its lead enrichment page pairs the same prices with 1,500 emails and 750 cell phones on Growth, and 4,000 and 2,000 on Scale. The Free card repeats the Enterprise figures, which looks like a copy error.

Credits. Per Jeeva’s credits guide, finding a lead’s email costs 1 credit, a verified phone number 2, and enrolling a lead in an email or LinkedIn sequence 6. Plan credits reset each cycle without rolling over. How many credits each plan includes, and what extra “Power Packs” cost, isn’t published.

Trial and terms. One Jeeva doc gives a 14-day trial with 100 credits; another says 5 days. The terms describe a monthly plan that renews until you cancel before the next cycle. They call all fees non-refundable, while a separate section allows a refund on the first term only. A 2025 Jeeva blog post with $16, $40 and $80 plans still turns up in search; those prices aren’t on the pricing page now.

What a typical setup costs: one rep on Growth pays $1,140 a year, or about $119 month to month, plus their own Google or Microsoft mailboxes. Enrolling 1,500 new prospects a month takes 9,000 credits at 6 each, and Jeeva doesn’t say which plan covers that, so ask before picking a tier.

What Jeeva AI does

Jeeva AI gives a sales rep AI agents that build lead lists, write outreach and prepare meetings, pitched as support for reps rather than a replacement. Founder and CEO Gaurav Bhattacharya has said “Humans should always be at the center of the sales process.”

An agent searches Jeeva’s database, which Jeeva puts at over 1 billion contacts from 50+ sources, enriches each lead and adds it to a sequence. On Scale, sequences mix email and LinkedIn with AI-written messages and follow-ups. Replies collect in Unibox, Jeeva’s AI inbox, next to a calendar, a notetaker and meeting prep.

Email goes out from mailboxes you connect yourself. Jeeva’s sending limit guide starts each at 5 emails a day, raises the limit daily by default (it recommends 1 more a day), and advises staying at 30 or under. Jeeva’s help docs describe no warmup, done-for-you inboxes or domain purchase, though a 2025 Jeeva blog post says it “manages warm-up schedules, sending domains.”

CRM sync runs both ways with Salesforce and HubSpot, and the integrations page shows about 100 more tools. I found no public API reference and no MCP server (the standard way assistants like Claude plug into other apps). In 2026 Jeeva widened its pitch to “digital workers” for support, IT, security and finance teams; its FAQ says the revenue workers are fully in production and Finance, Security and HR are in preview.

Jeeva AI strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Prices you can see. A free plan and self-serve paid plans, where many AI SDR tools ask for a demo first, as SaaSTracker’s review also notes.
  • Careful sending defaults. A 5-a-day start, a ramp that’s on by default and a 30-a-day ceiling protect the domains you send from.
  • Easy to pick up. G2’s review summary counts 122 mentions of ease of use.
  • Fits a sales stack. Two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync, plus SSO and on-prem options on Enterprise.

Drawbacks

  • Billing complaints. Trustpilot reviews from December 2025 to October 2026 describe unexpected charges, many after cancelling or during a free trial. Jeeva answers most of them, saying it “does not process charges after a confirmed cancellation.”
  • Credits are hard to budget. Included credits aren’t published, a Trustpilot reviewer says credits burn through the monthly allotment, and G2’s review summary calls the credit system confusing.
  • No sending setup. Jeeva’s help docs cover a sending ramp but no warmup or inbox setup, so plan to buy, connect and warm mailboxes yourself.

What Jeeva AI users say

Jeeva AI rates 4.6 out of 5 on G2 from 232 reviews, per G2’s search listing in October 2026. Reviewers praise ease of use and lead generation, and name the credit system and cost at higher usage as weak spots.

Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 94 reviews in October 2026 (older copies in search results show 4.0 to 4.2), with 67% five-star and 28% one-star. The one-star reviews center on billing and slow support; one reviewer “emailed with them 34 times to cancel.” A few aren’t about this product at all (one concerns a medical provider also named Jeeva), and a batch of near-identical five-star reviews came from single-review accounts on February 24 and 25, 2026. Capterra lists Jeeva with no reviews yet.

Who Jeeva AI is for

Jeeva AI fits sales reps who want an assistant to research prospects and draft email and LinkedIn messages rather than an AI that replaces them, and who already have warmed mailboxes.

Look elsewhere if you need the sending side built for you, want to know credit costs before signing, or need several seats without a quote. If you try Jeeva, I’d note the trial’s end date on day one and keep written confirmation of any cancellation.

Jeeva AI: common questions

Is Jeeva AI legit?

Yes. Jeeva AI, Inc. is led by founder and CEO Gaurav Bhattacharya and announced a $9 million round in December 2025, led by JLL Spark per AI Journal, or by JLL Spark and Sapphire Ventures per Jeeva's own post. As of October 2026 it holds 4.6 on G2 from 232 reviews and 3.8 on Trustpilot from 94, where many one-star reviews are about billing.

How much does Jeeva AI cost?

Jeeva AI has a free plan, then Growth at $95 a month and Scale at $239 a month billed yearly, about $119 and $299 month to month going by the savings Jeeva lists. Each covers one seat, and usage is pay per credit; included credits aren't published. Enterprise starts at 10 seats on a quote. Checked October 2026.

Does Jeeva AI have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes an email finder and verification, basic prospect search, a Chrome extension and email templates, though its usage limit isn't clear. Jeeva's docs give the trial as 14 days in one place and 5 in another, so confirm the end date when you sign up.

Is Jeeva AI worth it?

It can be for a rep who already has warmed mailboxes and wants AI help with lead research and drafting. It's a weaker fit if you need a known credit budget or the sending setup done for you. For email outreach with done-for-you inboxes on a flat plan, Reachkit, which is our product, is one option.

Jeeva AI vs Artisan: what's the difference?

Jeeva pitches its agents as help for sales reps, not a replacement, and its paid plans start at $95 a month billed yearly. Artisan's Ava is built to run outbound end to end, answering replies and booking meetings, from $280 a month for 10,000 credits. Both bill in credits, so compare them at your own volume. Checked October 2026.

Bringing your own inboxes to Jeeva?

Reachkit registers new domains, sets up Google or Microsoft inboxes and starts their warmup for you, at $15 a domain a year and $5 an inbox a month. Plans are flat per workspace with unlimited teammates. Try it free for 30 days, no card.
