Snov.io pricing
Snov.io pricing starts at $39 a month and climbs with two allowances: credits for finding and verifying emails, and recipients, the new people you contact each billing period. Figures are from snov.io/pricing as of October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly (yearly, per month) | Credits / recipients a month | Inboxes warming at once |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 ($29.25) | 1,000 / 5,000 | 3 |
| Pro S | $99 ($74.25) | 5,000 / 25,000 | No cap (fair use) |
| Pro M | $189 ($141.75) | 20,000 / 50,000 | No cap (fair use) |
| Pro L | $369 ($276.75) | 50,000 / 100,000 | No cap (fair use) |
| Ultra | $738 ($553.50) | 100,000 / 200,000 | No cap (fair use) |
Pro’s warmup has no slot cap, but a fair-use rule can cut it to 500 or 1,000 inboxes if most connected accounts aren’t Google or Microsoft. Custom Ultra is quoted, and 3-month billing takes 5% off. Plans also include 75 to 750 tokens for phone numbers and AI research.
How the allowances behave: a credit pays for one saved prospect, found email or verification, and empty or invalid finds cost nothing. A recipient is used the first time you email or message someone in a billing period; follow-ups that period are free. Monthly credits roll over while the plan stays active, and recipients never do. To get more credits mid-cycle you upgrade or buy the plan again.
Paid extras: LinkedIn automation at $69 per slot a month ($59 alongside a paid plan), token packs at $20 per 1,000 that expire after 90 days, deliverability tests at 50 credits each, and done-for-you Google mailboxes at $5 a month. Domains are $14 a year for a .com per Snov.io’s billing guide, while the pricing page says from $12.
A typical setup: a founder with 10 done-for-you mailboxes on 5 domains, reaching 1,500 new prospects a month, lands on Pro S, because Starter holds 1,000 credits and warms three inboxes at a time. That’s $99 plus about $56 for mailboxes and domains at $14 each: roughly $155 a month, or $130 billed yearly.
What Snov.io does
Snov.io started as an email finder. You search its database (the lead-finder page says 500M+ verified contacts, while an FAQ on the same page says over 50 million), look up emails by domain or through a LinkedIn extension, and run a 7-tier verifier on your own lists.
Campaigns send from mailboxes you connect over the Gmail API, the Outlook API or SMTP; Snov.io doesn’t send from its own servers. It can also buy domains and Google Workspace mailboxes for you and configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Its help center then has you reconnect each one over SMTP, because warmup can’t run on the API link they arrive with, and warm them for two to four weeks.
New Gmail senders default to 15 emails a day, you raise limits by hand, and tracking starts off. Email and LinkedIn replies share one Unibox, and a CRM with 20 pipelines comes free. Builders get a REST API, webhooks, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Clay connections, and an MCP server (the standard Claude and ChatGPT use to work inside other apps) that can launch campaigns and answer replies.
Snov.io strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Data and sending on one bill. Finder, verifier, database and campaigns share one credit pool, and you pay only for found or valid results (credits guide).
- Room to add people. The pricing page lists unlimited senders, campaigns and follow-ups, and seats cost nothing on paid plans.
- Open at the entry level. API and webhooks come with Starter, and the MCP server works on all plans, the free one included (MCP).
- Email and LinkedIn together. LinkedIn slots run beside email, and both reply streams land in the same Unibox.
Drawbacks
- Starter’s warmup ceiling. Three inboxes warm at once, while Snov.io’s own guides say to warm every sender and keep warmup on during campaigns (DFY setup guide).
- Done-for-you mailboxes take extra steps. They’re Google only, need the SMTP reconnect, and per the DFY FAQ can’t be continued outside Snov.io, though its setup guide says ownership holds outside it. Ask support before relying on either.
- Rigid billing. Its terms make fees non-refundable, there’s no pause, and moving from annual to monthly forfeits leftover credits and time.
What Snov.io users say
Snov.io holds 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 1,595 reviews, and Google’s results show 4.5 on G2 from about 500 and 4.5 on Capterra from 215 (October 2026). Trustpilot’s AI summary says reviewers “overwhelmingly had a great experience” and singles out responsive support, and Capterra’s summary says reviewers often call it affordable and good value.
The complaints repeat around two things. Credits: G2 reviewers, as Google’s results summarize them, say credits can run out quickly across several campaigns. Data: the same Trustpilot summary notes some people found lead finder results “irrelevant or incomplete”, and an October 2026 one-star review objects to paying credits for emails the verifier couldn’t confirm.
Who Snov.io is for
Snov.io suits founders, small sales teams and agencies who want verified emails, sending and a light CRM in one account, and may add LinkedIn later. Agencies can run client accounts under one admin, sharing a single pool of credits and recipients.
Look elsewhere if you need many inboxes warming on a $39 budget, done-for-you mailboxes on Microsoft, or a sending setup that’s mostly handled for you. My practitioner note: if you’ll run more than three inboxes, price Snov.io as Pro S from the start, since its own advice is to keep every sender warming.

Snov.io: common questions
Is Snov.io legit?
Yes. Snov.io is a real prospecting and outreach tool run by Snovio Inc. in New York, led by founder and CEO Oleksii Kratko, with a team its About page describes as Ukrainian. It rates 4.6 on Trustpilot from 1,595 reviews and about 4.5 on G2 and Capterra as of October 2026. The usual complaints are about credits and data accuracy, not fraud.
How much does Snov.io cost?
Snov.io's plans cost $39 (Starter), $99 (Pro S), $189 (Pro M), $369 (Pro L) and $738 (Ultra) a month, or a quarter less on yearly billing, as of October 2026. Each sets a monthly number of credits and recipients. LinkedIn slots, extra tokens and done-for-you mailboxes are billed on top, and fees are not refundable.
Does Snov.io have a free plan?
Yes. Snov.io's free plan renews every month with 50 credits and 100 recipients, one inbox in warmup and access to its MCP server. Per its pricing FAQ, it leaves out integrations, bulk search and verification, the API, A/B testing and exports, so it works as a test drive, not for real campaigns.
Snov.io vs Hunter: which is cheaper?
Snov.io's Starter is $39 a month with 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients; Hunter's Starter is $49 with 2,000 credits and 3 connected inboxes, as of October 2026. Both have free plans. Snov.io adds LinkedIn slots and a free CRM, while Hunter is centered on finding emails by company domain, so the cheaper pick depends on your credit and inbox needs.
