FullEnrich pricing
FullEnrich pricing starts at $29 a month for 500 credits on the Pro plan, and credits are spent only when FullEnrich finds something. Prices come from fullenrich.com/pricing and its machine-readable price list, checked October 16, 2026, in USD before VAT.
There are three plans: a free trial, Pro and custom Enterprise. Pro has a credit slider:
| Credits a month | Monthly billing | Billed yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | $29 | $26 |
| 1,000 | $55 | $49 |
| 5,000 | $255 | $232 |
| 10,000 | $499 | $454 |
| 100,000 | $3,500 | $3,150 |
Steps in between run from $42.75 (750 credits) to $1,950 (50,000). Yearly billing is about 10% cheaper and grants the year’s credits at once. Enterprise, and anything past 100,000 credits a month, is priced by sales. Users are unlimited on every plan.
What a credit buys: a work email costs 1 credit whether it’s rated valid, probably valid or catch-all. A personal email costs 3, a mobile number 10, and a lookup that finds nothing is free. The API and MCP server spend the same credits.
How long credits last: three months on monthly billing, 12 on yearly, with a pause of up to two months on monthly plans. Credits aren’t refundable. On cancelling, one help article says unused credits expire and another says it depends on the credit type.
What a typical setup costs: work emails for about 500 contacts a month use roughly 400 credits at FullEnrich’s stated 80% average find rate, so $29 covers it. FullEnrich sizes 1,000 contacts a month with work email and mobile at 5,800 to 7,800 credits, which is the $499 tier ($454 billed yearly). One mobile costs $0.55 at the 1,000-credit tier and $0.35 at 100,000.
What FullEnrich does
FullEnrich finds contact details by asking data vendors one after another. You give it a name with a company, or a LinkedIn URL, and its waterfall queries vendors until one returns a work email, personal email or mobile number that passes verification. Its homepage counts 20+ vendors and its pricing page 25+ sources, picked by the lead’s location.
Each email gets three verification methods, including a mailbox check that sends nothing, and is rated valid, probably valid or catch-all. FullEnrich publishes average bounce rates for each: 1 to 2%, about 9%, and 26 to 40% (how it verifies).
The waterfall keeps no contact database; results stay in your account for three months. Search is separate: a people and company database from two providers, updated monthly, with 30+ filters but no emails or phones of its own.
Results leave as a CSV or go to HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n or Clay; the integrations page lists no email sequencer. The API, webhooks and an MCP server (a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps) come with every plan.
FullEnrich strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- You pay for results. Public prices from $29, credits only on data found, unlimited users (pricing).
- Many vendors, one bill. One account and one credit balance cover every vendor in the waterfall (homepage).
- Credits that keep for three or 12 months, plus a pause option.
Drawbacks
- Catch-alls cost a full credit, though FullEnrich’s own catch-all bounce average is 26 to 40% (how credits work). A one-star G2 review quoted by Supered calls this “Very expensive”.
- Mobiles add up. At 10 credits each, phone-heavy lists drain a plan fast. Expense is the second most common dislike in G2’s tally, after incorrect numbers, per a September 2026 count.
- No browser extension. FullEnrich retired it in 2025 and points users to the Claude or ChatGPT extensions through its MCP server (help center).
- Coverage varies by region. FullEnrich says so; a SyncGTM review (April 2026; it sells a competing tool) puts email find rates at 70 to 85% for US enterprise contacts and 50 to 60% in APAC and LATAM.
What FullEnrich users say
FullEnrich holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from 239 reviews, per a Supered review dated October 2, 2026 (Supered also promotes its own prospecting tool there). Product Hunt shows 4.7 from 32 reviews, and Capterra lists none yet. Praise centers on coverage, paying only for found data and ease of use; complaints on wrong or outdated numbers, cost (phones and paid catch-alls) and the retired extension.
Trustpilot shows 2.1 from 22 reviews under the profile name “FE”. Most one-star reviews there come from people objecting to their details being in the data, not from paying users, and FullEnrich hasn’t replied to them. It says its waterfall stores no contact database, and it offers an opt-out page.
Who FullEnrich is for
FullEnrich fits teams that already know who they want to reach, by name and company or LinkedIn URL, and need emails and mobiles filled in. Unlimited users suit large teams, and the API and MCP server suit builders.
Look elsewhere if you look people up while browsing LinkedIn, want to find and email leads in one tool, or only want to pay for addresses rated valid. If you’re enriching lists for cold email, I’d decide what happens to catch-all results before a big run: they cost the same credit as a valid email and, by FullEnrich’s own averages, bounce far more often.

FullEnrich: common questions
How much does FullEnrich cost?
FullEnrich's Pro plan runs from $29 a month for 500 credits to $3,500 for 100,000, about 10% less billed yearly. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile number 10; nothing found is free. Users are unlimited. Prices checked October 2026.
Does FullEnrich have a free plan?
No ongoing free plan, but a free trial: 50 credits with no credit card, valid for 30 days and only on your first account. You can earn more by inviting teammates, though FullEnrich doesn't say how many.
Is FullEnrich legit?
Yes. FullEnrich Corp lists a San Francisco business office in its terms, says it is SOC 2 Type II certified, and holds 4.8 on G2 from about 240 reviews in a third-party count from October 2026. Its 2.1 on Trustpilot comes from 22 reviews, mostly people objecting to their data being listed.
Does FullEnrich have a Chrome extension?
Not anymore. FullEnrich retired its Chrome extension in 2025. Its help center suggests connecting the Claude or ChatGPT browser extensions to FullEnrich's MCP server instead, so an AI assistant does the lookups; FullEnrich says it should confirm with you before each enrichment.
FullEnrich vs Apollo: which should I use?
Apollo is its own contact database with sequences and a dialer, from a free plan or $49 per seat a month billed yearly. FullEnrich has no seat fees and queries vendors in turn for each contact, charging only for finds, but leaves sending to other tools. To find leads and send cold email in one place, there's also Reachkit, which is our product.
Enriching contacts to send cold email?
Reachkit finds and verifies leads, writes the sequence and sends it from inboxes it can set up and warm for you. Try it free for 30 days, no card needed.
