Findymail pricing
Findymail pricing starts at $99 a month on the Individual plan if you’re buying for your own team. As of October 2026 the pricing page leads with these plans, which don’t count credits at all.
| Usage plan | Monthly | Seats | Usage | Active signals |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $99 | 1 | “Generous” | 5 |
| Team | $399 | 5 | “5× more usage” | 25 |
| Scale | $999 | 20 | “20× more usage” | 100 |
Enterprise is quoted. Every action draws on one shared pool, and a phone uses more of it than an email. Findymail gives no email count or reset period for “Generous”. At the limit nothing is charged: you wait for usage to free up or move up a plan. No yearly price is shown, and these plans are for your own team only.
Credit plans are still listed, but Findymail now says they’re meant for reselling or embedding its data. Findymail lists Basic at $49 for 1,000 Finder credits and Starter at $99 for 5,000 Finder plus 5,000 Verifier credits, and its help center adds 15,000 at $249, 200,000 at $1,599 and 300,000 at $2,349. Third parties report 30,000 at $399, 50,000 at $549 and 100,000 at $849. Yearly billing gives two months free.
A found email costs 1 credit, a phone 10, and lookups that find nothing are free. Unused credits roll over up to twice your monthly allowance, extra Finder credits cost $50 per 1,000, and plans include up to 10 users.
What a typical setup costs: a founder who needs about 1,500 new emails a month pays $99 a month either way. That’s Individual, where Findymail doesn’t say whether 1,500 fits, or the Starter credit plan ($990 a year), if Findymail still sells it to someone who isn’t reselling. Basic’s 1,000 credits fall short.
What Findymail does
Findymail finds a person’s business email from a name plus a company or domain, or from a LinkedIn URL, and checks it at request time instead of pulling it from a stored list. It never returns personal Gmail or Yahoo addresses.
Catch-all domains accept mail for any address, so a normal check can’t tell whether a person’s mailbox exists. Findymail tries to confirm each one live and drops the ones it can’t. When you verify a list from elsewhere, confirmed addresses come back as “Deliverable” and the rest as “Risky”.
You can look up one person, upload names, domains or LinkedIn URLs in bulk, use the Chrome extension on Sales Navigator and Apollo, or work from Google Sheets and the API. Mobile numbers are offered outside the EU, strongest in the US by Findymail’s account, though its API docs say US numbers only. Intellimatch finds leads from a plain description, and Signals tracks job changes, new hires and posts.
Results push to six CRMs, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to senders such as Instantly and Smartlead, and into Clay tables. An official MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT find and verify addresses from a chat. None of Findymail’s listed products sends email; that happens in the sender you connect.
Findymail strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- A bounce guarantee in writing. Under 5% bounces from addresses that don’t exist, on batches of 1,000+ sent within 48 hours of verification, claimed within 30 days, paid case by case in free credits or a partial or full refund (guarantee terms). Catch-alls are covered.
- You pay for results. On credit plans a miss costs nothing, and finding the same person again within 30 days is free.
- Strong scores in Clay’s own test. Clay’s 2025 North American data test gave Findymail 90.26% coverage and 96.26% quality.
Drawbacks
- No number behind “Generous”. You can’t work out a cost per email on the usage plans before you buy. Findymail doesn’t call them unlimited, and its terms say no plan carries an unlimited consumption allowance.
- It won’t find everyone. In a 20,000-contact benchmark run by Dropcontact, a competitor, Findymail returned a usable email for 39.9% of the contacts at least one tool could find, given only a name and company, with 1.1% hard bounces. That still ranked it second of 15.
- Credit rules to know. Verifications are charged every run, duplicates included, Finder and Verifier balances can’t be swapped, and unused credits expire at the end of the billing period once you cancel.
- On credit plans a phone costs ten times an email, and there are no numbers for EU contacts.
What Findymail users say
Findymail holds 4.9 out of 5 on G2 from about 57 reviews, per G2’s search listing in October 2026 (G2 blocked a direct check), and 4.9 from 7 reviews on Capterra. Testimonials on Findymail’s homepage report bounce rates under 2%, and one G2 reviewer who says they send 7 million cold emails a month picked it after testing more than a dozen finders.
Complaints are few, and the ones that come up are about price and find rate. Reviews quoted by Derrick, a competing tool, include one who found $99 a month steep for a solo founder and one whose Sales Navigator list came back about 25% empty.
Trustpilot shows 3.3 from just 4 reviews on a profile Findymail hasn’t claimed, too few to read much into.
Who Findymail is for
Findymail fits people who already know who they want to reach, from Sales Navigator, Apollo or a target account list, and need the address to be right before it goes into a sender. Teams that report bounce rates to clients get a written guarantee to point to.
Look elsewhere if you need EU mobile numbers, want a published cost per email before you commit, or want one tool that also sends. If you’re testing it, I’d spend the 10 free credits on contacts whose emails you already know, so you can check the answers yourself.

Findymail: common questions
How much does Findymail cost?
As of October 2026, Findymail's usage plans cost $99 a month for Individual (1 seat), $399 for Team (5 seats) and $999 for Scale (20 seats), with no published usage number. Credit plans, which Findymail now positions for resellers, run from $49 for 1,000 found emails to $2,349 for 300,000, with two months free on yearly billing.
Is Findymail legit?
Yes. Findymail is run by Peanuts SaaS Studio, a registered French company, with founder Valentin Wallyn named on its site, and the product launched in 2022. It scores 4.9 on G2 from about 57 reviews as of October 2026 and publishes the conditions of its bounce guarantee. Its Trustpilot page has only 4 reviews.
Does Findymail have a free plan?
No. Findymail gives 10 free credits to test it, with no credit card, and its help center says support can add up to 30 more for API testing. After that you need a paid plan, and API access requires an active monthly or yearly subscription.
Do I need to verify emails from Findymail?
Findymail says no, because every address it returns is verified when found. It also warns that other verifiers may flag 15 to 20% of its emails as invalid or risky, since they can't confirm the catch-all addresses Findymail has validated. The bounce guarantee covers only batches sent within 48 hours of verification.
Findymail vs Hunter: which should I pick?
Pick Findymail if you have names and companies and care most about bounces: in Clay's 2025 North American test it covered 90.26% of contacts against Hunter's 52.87%, with Hunter slightly ahead on quality (97.15% vs 96.26%). Pick Hunter for a free plan, domain search and built-in sending. If you want the leads found and the campaign sent in one place, Reachkit, which is our product, does both.
Finding emails just to load them into a sender?
Reachkit finds verified leads from a one-line campaign brief, writes the sequence and sends it from your inboxes. Try it free for 30 days, no card needed.
