CoPilot AI pricing and review

CoPilot AI, renamed Yoke in October 2026, runs LinkedIn prospecting with AI agents that pick prospects, send invites and answer replies. It isn't Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot.

CoPilot AI at a glance

Reachkit sells cold email software, not LinkedIn automation, so it competes for the same outbound budget. Every CoPilot AI price below comes from Yoke’s own pricing page, terms and help center, checked October 15, 2026.

CoPilot AI pricing

CoPilot AI pricing starts at $199 per user a month on the Core plan billed annually, and every user also needs a LinkedIn Sales Navigator seat. Prices are from Yoke’s pricing page, October 15, 2026.

Guided$299/user/mo$399/user/mo$549

Core covers the three AI agents, 10 campaigns with A/B testing, 600 invites and 800 nurture messages a month, unlimited AI-written replies and CRM integration. Guided adds 1:1 onboarding, a dedicated Customer Success Manager and a Sandler three-day sales bootcamp that Yoke values at $2,100. Teams (three or more people, per the help center) adds team inbox management and admin controls; White-label lets agencies resell it.

Monthly billing exists at a price Yoke doesn’t publish. Its cost FAQ quotes only Guided, from $299 a month.

Sales Navigator is extra. Yoke’s FAQ puts it at $99 a month per seat; LinkedIn’s own page lists Core at $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year.

Contracts: under Yoke’s terms, committed terms (6, 12 or 24 months are the examples given) are “a firm and non-cancellable financial commitment”, renew unless you give notice at least 15 days before they end, and aren’t refunded. Instead of cancelling, an account can go On Hold for $19.99 a month.

What a typical setup costs: one seller on Core, billed annually, pays $2,388 a year plus $1,079.88 for Sales Navigator, about $3,468 a year or $289 a month. On Guided it’s about $4,668 a year ($389 a month). Customers from before the rename keep their price.

What CoPilot AI does

CoPilot AI automates LinkedIn prospecting for each seller: it picks who to invite, sends connection requests and follow-ups, and handles the replies. Yoke splits the work across three agents: Strategy (the outbound plan), Targeting (finding and ranking buyers) and Reply (turning conversations into meetings).

You feed it a Sales Navigator search URL. CoPilot AI ranks those prospects by how likely they are to reply and invites them in that order. It runs through your own LinkedIn session, says it doesn’t store your password, pauses invites when LinkedIn’s weekly limit hits and withdraws unanswered invites after two weeks.

The Reply Agent answers by itself within 30 minutes or suggests replies for you to approve, and shares your scheduling link once a prospect shows interest. Conversations sync to HubSpot or Salesforce, with Zapier for other apps. The help center lists no public API or MCP server, and the current product pages describe LinkedIn outreach only. The rename announcement lists audience building without a Sales Navigator seat as coming soon, starting with select customers.

CoPilot AI strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • Coaching included. Guided adds a success manager and Sandler training, and customer service is its top Capterra sub-score (4.7).
  • Replies handled. The Reply Agent comes with Core, with an approval mode.
  • Public solo prices, with annual billing up to 46% below Yoke’s standard rates.
  • Straight about risk. The help center publishes recommended weekly limits and admits accounts can get flagged.
  • Track record. Its maker, Cassia Research of Vancouver, has sold prospecting tools since 2018.

Drawbacks

  • No way to try first: no free plan, self-serve trial or checkout.
  • Sales Navigator on top, from $1,079.88 per user a year.
  • Hard to leave: committed terms are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Your account, your risk. The terms put “all risk of warnings, throttling, restriction, suspension or closure” by platforms like LinkedIn on the customer.
  • Closed to builders: no documented public API or MCP server.

What CoPilot AI users say

CoPilot AI’s ratings are muddied by reviews of Microsoft and GitHub Copilot on the same listings. As of October 2026 it holds about 4.5 on G2 and Capterra, roughly 100 to 130 reviews each (read from search results), and 2.5 on Trustpilot from 8 reviews, at least two seemingly about Microsoft’s or GitHub’s product.

Positive reviews mostly credit the time saved and the support. The recurring complaint is the contract. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote “once you sign the contract, there is no way to cancel,” and reviews on Capterra and Software Advice describe six-month lock-ins, unexpected renewals and refused refunds. Some also report little return.

Who CoPilot AI is for

CoPilot AI fits a solo B2B seller or financial advisor who already works in Sales Navigator, prospects mainly on LinkedIn, and wants an AI on replies plus a person coaching campaigns.

Look elsewhere if you want to test before committing, since the published prices are for six-month or annual billing. The same goes if email is your main channel, or if your LinkedIn profile is too valuable to risk. If you do sign, I’d put the 15-day notice date in your calendar on day one.

Alternatives to CoPilot AI

  • Dripify: LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence, $79 a seat a month or $59 billed yearly, with a 7-day trial. See the Dripify profile.
  • HeyReach: LinkedIn outreach from many sender profiles, $79 per sender a month or $59 each from 10 senders. See the HeyReach profile.
  • lemlist: email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence, $109 per user a month on Multichannel. See the lemlist profile.
  • Reply.io: multichannel sequences at $99 per user a month with a LinkedIn seat included. See Reachkit vs Reply.io.
  • Reachkit (our product): cold email instead of LinkedIn, so no invites, and its AI labels replies rather than answering them. It turns a one-sentence brief into a sequence and a verified audience, and can send from separate Google or Microsoft inboxes it sets up and warms. From $39 a month per workspace, cancel anytime.

CoPilot AI: common questions

Is CoPilot AI legit?

Yes. CoPilot AI is a real product from Cassia Research Inc. of Vancouver, sold since 2018 and renamed Yoke on October 1, 2026. It has no link to Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot. It averages about 4.5 on G2 and Capterra, while Trustpilot complaints focus on contracts that can't be cancelled early.

How much does CoPilot AI cost per month?

As of October 15, 2026, Core costs $199 per user a month billed annually or $249 billed every six months, and Guided $299 or $399. Teams and White-label are quoted, and the monthly-billing price isn't published. Each user also needs Sales Navigator, which LinkedIn lists from $119.99 a month.

Does CoPilot AI have a free trial?

No. Yoke's pricing page shows no free plan and no self-serve trial; every plan button leads to a sales conversation. A referral program gives referred customers 20% off their first three months.

Is CoPilot AI allowed by LinkedIn?

Not under LinkedIn's rules, and Yoke says so itself: its help center states that automating connection requests or messages violates LinkedIn's user agreement and that it can't guarantee accounts won't be flagged. Its terms put the restriction risk on the customer.

Can you cancel CoPilot AI?

Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at least 15 days before renewal. Committed terms are non-cancellable under Yoke's terms: leaving early makes the rest of the contract due at once, with no refund. An On Hold option keeps your data for $19.99 a month.

Is there a cheaper alternative to CoPilot AI?

For LinkedIn automation, Dripify and HeyReach start at $79 a month per LinkedIn account, billed monthly, with a free trial. If email can do the job, Reachkit (our product) starts at $39 a month per workspace with a 30-day free trial and no card, but it has no LinkedIn steps.

Want to test outbound without a long contract?

Reachkit runs cold email month to month from $39 a workspace, with a 30-day free trial and no card. It can set up and warm separate Google or Microsoft inboxes for $5 each a month, plus $15 a domain a year.
