Supademo pricing and review

Supademo turns a recording of your clicks through a product into a clickable, shareable demo, with a free plan and paid plans priced by creator seat.

Supademo at a glance

Reachkit makes cold email software and doesn’t build product demos; it appears here only as a way to send the emails a demo link goes into. Every Supademo price below was checked in October 2026 against Supademo’s pricing page, help center and terms.

Supademo pricing

Supademo pricing starts at $0 on the Free plan and $38 per creator a month on Scale billed yearly, or $50 billed monthly. Prices below are in USD from supademo.com/pricing, as of October 2026.

Growth$450$3505 included, more at $50/mo

Only creators and admins pay; viewers are free, and the pricing page says views are unlimited on every plan. Yearly billing saves 20% to 24%.

What each tier adds. Free has 5 guided demos and 50 recordings of up to 10 minutes, with a watermark. Scale lifts the demo cap and adds Supademo AI, the MCP server, branching and trackable links. Business adds guided HTML demos and AI data editing; Growth adds sandbox demos and AI voice cloning; Enterprise adds SSO. A help-center page still puts guided HTML demos on Growth, so confirm before buying Business for them.

AI Demo Agent credits are billed apart from seats. Supademo says every workspace starts with 1,500 free credits, which it puts at roughly 75 calls on its pricing page and roughly 70 conversations in its August update. Packs run from $99 for 1,400 credits to $500 for 12,500, and credits never expire.

What a typical team pays: on yearly billing, one creator on Scale costs $456 a year and three cost $1,368. Five on Growth cost $4,200 a year against $2,280 on Scale, so teams move up for features, not to save on seats. Sites quoting $27 or $36 per creator describe the old Pro plan, which is no longer on the pricing page.

Renewal. Plans renew automatically. Yearly plans end at renewal with advance notice, and the terms give no number of days. Supademo “generally” doesn’t refund.

What Supademo does

Supademo records you clicking through your product and makes each click one step of a demo a viewer can click through. A Chrome extension captures web apps, a desktop recorder covers desktop software, and mobile apps need an emulator or an uploaded recording. Each step gets a hotspot, a caption and an optional voiceover.

Guided demos built from screenshots or video work on every plan. Guided HTML demos capture the page itself, so text and data can be edited later, and sandbox demos let a buyer explore a copy of the product freely. Supademo also records 4K screen and webcam video.

You share a demo as a link, an embed, a video or a PDF. From Scale, trackable links, lead-capture forms and analytics show who watched. The HubSpot and Salesforce integrations log identified viewers on the contact or lead. The MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, can edit demos and voiceovers.

The AI Demo Agent, launched in June 2026, answers buyer questions by text or voice, shows the product on demand and can book meetings from a website widget. Supademo sends no email: in outbound, it’s the link inside the message.

Supademo strengths and drawbacks

Strengths

  • A free plan worth testing on. Free includes 5 demos, 50 recordings and unlimited views, and the FAQ says it never expires.
  • Cost follows builders, not audience. Viewers and views are free on every plan (pricing).
  • Quick to learn. G2’s review summary says users consistently praise its ease of use and intuitive interface (G2).
  • Every format in one tool. Screenshot, HTML and sandbox demos plus 4K screen recording.
  • Open to AI assistants. The official MCP server is in Claude’s connector list.

Drawbacks

  • Capture glitches. Recording issues are the second most-cited con on G2 after missing features, such as clicks not registering or dropdowns and modals missed. Supademo’s September 2026 update says modals and dropdowns now capture more accurately.
  • Every creator is a seat. On Scale, each person who builds demos adds $38 to $50 a month, and branching, trackable links and the Salesforce integration all start there.

What Supademo users say

Supademo rates 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from about 655 reviews as of October 2026. Reviewers praise how fast a demo comes together; the most-cited cons are missing features and recording issues. G2 marks some reviews as incentivized or requested by the seller.

Elsewhere the samples are small: one Capterra review, none on Trustpilot, and 4.9 from 30 reviews on Product Hunt. October 2026 searches found no Reddit discussion beyond the founder’s own launch post.

Who Supademo is for

Supademo fits software companies that sell, onboard or support customers through a web app: a demo after a sales call, a tour on the website, a how-to as clickable steps. The free plan is enough to try the format before paying.

Look elsewhere if your product lives mostly on phones, or if many people need to build demos and each would be a paid seat. Supademo makes the thing you link to; putting that link in front of strangers is a separate job, and I’d run it from separate sending domains so a cold campaign can’t hurt the domain your customers know.

Alternatives to Supademo

  • Arcade: interactive demos with a free plan for one published demo, and Growth at $50 per seat a month or $42.50 billed yearly (pricing).
  • Storylane: free for one demo; Starter is $50 a month for one seat ($40 yearly) and Growth $625 for five ($500 yearly) (pricing).
  • Navattic: HTML demos with a free Starter plan for one demo; paid plans are billed yearly, with no amounts on the pricing page.
  • BombBomb: personal video messages instead of clickable demos, from $36 per user a month billed yearly. See the BombBomb profile.
  • Reachkit (our product): it doesn’t build demos; it sends the cold emails your demo links travel in. It drafts the campaign from one sentence, finds verified leads, and registers separate domains ($15 a year) with Google or Microsoft inboxes ($5 a month) that warm up automatically, from $39 a month per workspace with no seat fees. Supademo: common questions

How much does Supademo cost per month?

Supademo has a free plan. Scale costs $50 per creator a month, or $38 billed yearly. Business is $249 a month ($199 yearly) with one creator, and Growth $450 ($350 yearly) with five; extra creators on either are $50 a month. Enterprise is custom. Prices checked October 2026.

Is Supademo free?

Yes. Supademo's Free plan never expires and includes 5 guided demos, 50 video recordings of up to 10 minutes each and unlimited views, with a Supademo watermark. Paid plans also come with a 14-day free trial. Supademo's help center doesn't say whether that trial needs a credit card.

What is Supademo used for?

Supademo is used to make clickable, step-by-step product demos from a recording of your own clicks: sales follow-ups, website product tours, customer onboarding, help-center guides and training, shared as a link, an embed, a video or a PDF.

Is Supademo legit?

Yes. Supademo, Inc. is a New York-based company that says more than 200,000 professionals at 3,000+ paying organizations use it, naming Siemens, DHL and Khan Academy as customers. It rates 4.7 on G2 from about 655 reviews as of October 2026, where the most common complaints are missing features and recording glitches.

What are some alternatives to Supademo?

Tools often compared with Supademo are other interactive demo builders: Arcade, Storylane, Navattic, Reprise and Guideflow. If the real job is getting a demo in front of new prospects by email, that takes a cold email platform such as Reachkit, which is our product.

Can you send cold emails with Supademo?

No. Supademo builds and tracks demos but doesn't send email, provide inboxes or supply lead lists. Reps paste a demo link into a message sent from another tool, and on Scale and up a trackable link shows who viewed it. Emailing new prospects at volume needs a cold email platform such as Reachkit, which is our product.

Sending your demo to cold prospects?

Reachkit drafts the campaign, finds verified leads, and sets up and warms inboxes on separate domains, so first-touch email stays off your main domain. Start a 30-day free trial, no card needed.
