Sales Navigator pricing
Sales Navigator pricing starts at $119.99 a month per license for Core, and two of its three plans have a public price. The figures below are from LinkedIn’s compare plans page in US dollars, as of October 15, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $119.99 | $1,079.88 ($89.99 a month) | Individual sellers |
| Advanced | $159.99 | $1,799.88 ($149.99 a month) | Sales teams |
| Advanced Plus | Quoted by sales | Quoted by sales | Teams syncing a CRM |
LinkedIn puts the yearly saving at 25% on Core but only 6% on Advanced. Prices may exclude VAT or GST; the final figure shows at checkout. Advanced is self-serve for up to five licenses on desktop. LinkedIn doesn’t publish an Advanced Plus price; third-party guides, ZoomInfo’s among them, estimate roughly $1,300 to $1,600 or more a seat a year.
What every plan includes: 50 InMail credits a month that roll over to a bank of 150 and must be used within 90 days. You can’t buy more, but an InMail answered within 90 days returns its credit. Each search shows at most 2,500 leads, and you can save up to 10,000.
What the higher plans add: CRM sync is Advanced Plus only. LinkedIn’s own pages disagree on TeamLink (warm intros through colleagues): one lists it on Advanced and Advanced Plus, another on Advanced Plus or Advanced bought through a rep.
What a typical setup costs: one rep on Core pays $1,079.88 a year upfront or $1,439.88 on monthly billing. Three reps on Advanced pay $5,399.64 a year. Sales Navigator includes no email addresses, so an email campaign adds a data tool and a sender on top.
What Sales Navigator does
Sales Navigator searches more than 1 billion LinkedIn members, by LinkedIn’s count, with over 50 filters, such as function, seniority and years at the company. Saved searches send weekly alerts on new matches.
You follow saved leads and accounts for alerts on job changes and new content, then reach out by InMail or connection request. Messages sit in a separate Sales Navigator inbox. TeamLink and the Relationship Map show who on your team already knows someone at a target account.
LinkedIn says its AI features, Account IQ (company summaries), Lead IQ (a lead’s background and recent activity) and Message Assist (drafting, in public beta), now come with all three plans, though the same page still marks Account IQ and Lead IQ as Advanced and Advanced Plus only. Sales Assistant, which suggests leads and a path into each account, is in beta with a limited number of customers.
There is no export to a spreadsheet, the API is limited to partners and closed to new ones, and LinkedIn lists no MCP server (a standard way for AI assistants to use other apps). Advanced Plus syncs with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Sales Navigator strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Members keep the data current. Profiles are self-updated, and G2’s review summary singles out the filters and real-time alerts such as job changes (G2).
- Search depth. 50+ filters, saved searches and account lists go well beyond free LinkedIn or Premium (Premium vs Sales Navigator).
- Warm paths. TeamLink and the Relationship Map help with account-based selling and warm outreach, where Capterra reviewers say it works best.
- InMail credits come back. Every answered InMail refunds its credit (help center).
- Easy to try. Core and Advanced have public prices, monthly billing and a free trial.
Drawbacks
- No contact details or export. You get profiles, not email addresses or phone numbers, so outreach outside LinkedIn needs other tools.
- Exporters break LinkedIn’s rules. The User Agreement (section 8.2) bans scraping profiles and using bots to download contacts, which covers the common “export your Sales Navigator search” tools.
- Cancelling erases your work. Saved leads, saved accounts and Sales Navigator messages are removed, and unused InMails are lost (help center).
What Sales Navigator users say
Sales Navigator holds 4.4 out of 5 on G2 from about 2,200 reviews and 4.6 on Capterra from 179, both read from search results in October 2026. Trustpilot has no Sales Navigator listing; its LinkedIn page covers the whole site, from jobs to account lockouts.
Reviewers praise lead generation, ease of use and accurate job data. Cost is the most repeated complaint, and value for money is Capterra’s lowest sub-score at 3.9. G2’s review summary says the subscription “can be high, especially for smaller teams.” Other recurring themes: no native export, outdated profiles in some searches, and InMail and connection limits that feel tight.
Who Sales Navigator is for
Sales Navigator fits sellers who work accounts on LinkedIn itself: reps tracking a named account list, teams who want warm intros through colleagues, and anyone who acts on job changes.
Look elsewhere if what you need is a list of email addresses for a campaign. Sales Navigator finds the right people but gives you no way to email them, and exporting its searches breaks LinkedIn’s terms. If cold email is the plan, I’d price the full stack first: the data, the verification and the sending each come from another tool.
Alternatives to Sales Navigator
- LinkedIn Premium Business: LinkedIn’s cheaper plan from $69.99 a month, with limited search filters and 15 InMails a month.
- Apollo: a contact database with emails, phone numbers and sequencing, a free plan, and paid seats from $49 a month billed yearly. See the Apollo profile.
- Lusha: a browser extension that shows contact details on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pages, 40 free credits a month and Starter at $49.90. See the Lusha profile.
- ZoomInfo: contact and company data for larger sales teams, with paid plans on quoted yearly contracts. See the ZoomInfo profile.
- Reachkit (our product): cold email only, with no LinkedIn features. If email is the plan, Lead Finder searches 500M+ profiles by title, seniority and department and adds verified leads to a campaign at 1 credit each, from $39 a month.
Sales Navigator: common questions
How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?
As of October 15, 2026, Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year per license, and Advanced costs $159.99 a month or $1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus is quoted by LinkedIn's sales team.
Is Sales Navigator worth it?
It is worth it if you prospect and sell on LinkedIn: the search filters, saved lists and job-change alerts are what reviewers value most. It is a weaker buy if you need email addresses, because it includes none and has no export. Cost is the most common complaint in G2 reviews.
Can I get LinkedIn Sales Navigator for free?
There is no free plan. LinkedIn offers a free trial of Core and Advanced; its help center says the length can vary by region or promotion. The trial needs a credit card and turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. You can't get it if you're on a paid LinkedIn plan or had a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days.
Do I need both LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator?
No. LinkedIn says a Sales Navigator subscription includes Premium Business features. Sales Navigator adds 50+ filters, saved lists, alerts and 50 InMails a month.
Can you export leads from Sales Navigator?
Not natively. Sales Navigator has no export to a spreadsheet, and LinkedIn's User Agreement bans scraping profiles or using bots to download contacts. Advanced Plus syncs leads into supported CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Which is better, Apollo or Sales Navigator?
They do different jobs. Sales Navigator searches LinkedIn's own member profiles and keeps outreach on LinkedIn, with no emails or phone numbers. Apollo sells contact data with emails and phones plus email sequencing, with a free plan.
