GMass pricing
GMass pricing starts at $29.95 a month per Google account. US prices from gmass.co/pricing, October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $29.95 | $249 ($20.75/mo) | Mail merge, unlimited contacts, verification, Spam Solver |
| Premium | $39.95 | $349 ($29.08/mo) | Follow-ups, API and Zapier, A/B tests |
| Professional | $59.95 | $599 ($49.92/mo) | MultiSend inbox rotation, priority support |
The pricing page rounds the yearly plans to $20, $29 and $49 a month. It also promises “unlimited emails”, with a footnote that breaking limits “depends on individual account configuration”. Each Google account keeps Google’s daily cap: about 500 for free Gmail and 2,000 for a Workspace user (1,500 through mail merge, per Google).
Team plans: 5 users for $175 a month ($1,750 a year), 10 for $295, 25 for $725, 50 for $1,350 and 100 for $2,200. GMass’s pricing FAQ calls these Professional-level; the pricing page labels them Premium but ticks every Professional feature.
Paid extras: SMTP sending past Gmail’s caps costs $5 per 10,000 messages on GMass’s pricing sheet, while a GMass post quotes 40 cents per 1,000. ColdSMTP, a sending server for experienced cold emailers, is $99 a month on top, by application. .org and .edu domains get 15% off.
Prices rose on January 1, 2026 from $25, $35 and $55, so older reviews still quote $25 a month.
What a typical setup costs: a founder sending about 4,000 emails a month from 10 Workspace inboxes on 5 domains needs Professional for follow-ups plus rotation, and one seat covers all 10. With Google’s $8.40 per inbox and domains at $10 to $15 a year each, that’s about $148 to $150 a month, or $124 to $126 with GMass and Google ($7 per inbox) both billed yearly. One inbox on Premium costs $48.35 a month. Lead data isn’t included.
What GMass does
GMass adds a button to the Gmail compose window. You point a draft at a Google Sheet or your contacts, and GMass sends one personalized copy per person from your own account, so mail sent through Gmail sits in your Sent folder. GMass, Inc. has built it since 2015 in Dayton, Ohio, and says users have sent over 9 billion emails with it. Its site also pitches it to recruiters, churches and teachers.
For cold email, the parts that matter are:
- Follow-ups (Premium and up), with unlimited stages, that stop when the recipient or, optionally, anyone at their company replies.
- MultiSend (Professional), which spreads one campaign over extra Google accounts. Only the main account pays.
- Google Sheets sync, which sends to new rows as they appear and writes results back.
- Spam Solver, which tests a draft against 20 Gmail and Workspace accounts, some behind corporate spam filters.
- AI help: a ChatGPT campaign writer, AI spintax, reply sentiment labels and campaign analysis.
Replies arrive in whichever Gmail inbox sent the email; the Reply Project shows a MultiSend campaign’s replies in one list. There’s no B2B lead database.
GMass strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Stays in Gmail. Campaigns start as Gmail drafts, with no separate app to learn (gmass.co).
- Cheap rotation. One $59.95 Professional seat rotates across extra Google accounts with no per-inbox fee, and GMass sets no account cap (MultiSend guide).
- Checks included. Spam Solver, verification and SSL tracking domains come with every plan (pricing).
- Track record. Running since 2015, with 400,000 users in the Chrome Web Store.
Drawbacks
- Google accounts only. There’s no Outlook version.
- No warmup. GMass closed its warmup service in January 2023 at Google’s insistence (announcement).
- You build the sending side. Buying domains and inboxes, DNS records and warming each account are on you (high-volume guide).
- Tracking on by default. Opens and clicks are tracked unless you switch them off, though GMass’s own guide suggests turning click tracking off for cold email (settings guide).
- A seat per sender. Any teammate sending to more than 50 people a day needs a paid account.
What GMass users say
The Chrome Web Store lists 4.7 from about 9,200 ratings (GMass’s own pages claim 200,000+ and 300,000+ users, below the store’s 400,000). Search results show about 4.7 on G2 from roughly 1,320 reviews and 4.8 on Capterra from about 1,420, as of October 2026. The usual praise is how naturally it fits into Gmail.
Trustpilot is smaller and tougher: 3.0 from 39 reviews, on a profile GMass hasn’t claimed. Themes there are charges after cancelling, slow support replies and surprise SMTP fees. One Reddit user called it cheap but “pretty limited on volume and customization.”
Who GMass is for
GMass suits people who live in Gmail and Google Sheets: a founder writing to investors or partners, a recruiter, or a small team mixing newsletters with some cold outreach. If you send modest volume from a few Google accounts with a healthy sending history, one Premium or Professional plan covers it.
Look elsewhere if you send from Outlook, want setup and warmup done for you, need lead data, or plan to run dozens of new inboxes. A new inbox needs about four weeks of warmup before a fair test; with GMass that’s manual, so I’d plan for it before buying twenty accounts.
Alternatives to GMass
- Instantly: a cold email platform from $47 a month that connects Google, Microsoft 365 or IMAP/SMTP inboxes and includes warmup. See the Instantly profile.
- Mailshake: priced per seat, from $29 a month for one email address and 1,500 sends, with warmup included. See Reachkit vs Mailshake.
- Hunter: email finding plus sequences, with a free plan and Starter at $49 a month. See Reachkit vs Hunter.
- Woodpecker: priced by prospects contacted, from $35 a month for 500. See Reachkit vs Woodpecker.
- Reachkit (our product): a separate app, not a Gmail button: connect Google, Microsoft or IMAP inboxes free with AI warmup, or have Reachkit register domains ($15/yr) and create inboxes ($5/mo) that start warming automatically. Plans from $39/mo include Lead Finder credits.
GMass: common questions
Is GMass legit?
Yes. GMass is a real product from GMass, Inc., in business since 2015, and the Chrome Web Store lists 400,000 users and a 4.7 rating from about 9,200 ratings as of October 2026. Trustpilot is lower, at 3.0 from 39 reviews, mostly about billing and support. It sends through your own Google account, so Google's limits still apply.
How much does GMass cost?
In the US, GMass costs $29.95 a month for Standard, $39.95 for Premium and $59.95 for Professional per Google account, or $249, $349 and $599 a year. Team bundles start at $175 a month for five users. Workspace inboxes, domains and SMTP sending cost extra. Prices rose on January 1, 2026 and were checked in October 2026.
Is there a free version of GMass?
No. GMass ended its free plan at the end of 2023. It now offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card, where the features work but sending is limited to 50 emails a day, and Spam Solver tests count toward that limit.
How do I cancel GMass?
Cancel in the GMass dashboard under Settings, then Account, then Cancel. Uninstalling the Chrome extension doesn't cancel, and GMass's terms say emailing support isn't an accepted way to cancel. Card subscribers keep their plan until the paid period ends, and GMass's pricing FAQ calls refunds uncommon.
GMass vs Instantly: which should I pick?
GMass lives inside Gmail and costs $29.95 to $59.95 a month per Google account, with no warmup. Instantly is a separate web app from $47 a month that connects Google, Microsoft 365 or IMAP/SMTP inboxes and includes warmup. GMass fits a few Google accounts; Instantly fits higher volume across many inboxes. Checked October 2026.
Sending from more than a few Gmail accounts?
Connect your Gmail, Outlook or IMAP inboxes, or order new ones, and warmup starts on its own. Start a 30-day free trial, no card needed.
