Crossbeam pricing and review
Crossbeam is a partner-data platform: it matches your CRM accounts against your partners' accounts and shows only the overlaps, from a free plan up to custom contracts.
Crossbeam at a glance
Reachkit makes a cold email tool, not a partner-data platform, so it doesn’t do Crossbeam’s job. Every price here was checked on October 16, 2026 against Crossbeam’s own pricing page and help center; third-party figures name their source.

Crossbeam pricing
Crossbeam pricing has two published tiers, Free at $0 and Connector at $4,800 a year, while Supernode and Enterprise are quote-only and sold through sales. Figures are from crossbeam.com/pricing, as of October 16, 2026.
| Plan | Price | Full access seats | Included each year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Up to 3 | 50 credits, no record exports |
| Connector | $4,800/yr | 1, then $1,800/yr each | 500 credits, 5,000 record exports |
| Supernode | Custom | 3 | 2,500 credits, 25,000 record exports |
| Enterprise | Custom | “Custom” on the card, 3 in the table | 5,000 credits, from 100,000 exports |
Connector billing. The contract is annual even if you pay monthly, which adds a 10% surcharge: about $440 a month, or $5,280 a year, by my math. Plans renew automatically, cancelling takes 30 days’ notice, and there are no prorated refunds (Connector FAQ). Renewals are charged at then-current rates.
Only on the custom plans: sales seats for reps at $40 a user a month, the API and revenue attribution.
Crossbeam Credits, added September 1, 2026, meter AI access such as the MCP server, though pulling your own account info is free. They reset at renewal with no rollover. Packs cost $0.10 a credit and are offered to Supernode and Enterprise customers; Crossbeam names no top-up for Free or Connector.
Record exports count each record once per term, CRM syncs and API calls included. At 100%, syncs stop until renewal or an upgrade (exports help).
What a typical setup costs: a three-person partner team on Connector pays $4,800 plus two extra seats, or $8,400 a year. For custom plans, Vendr puts the median contract at about $25,000 a year (February 2026), while SpendHound reports an average of $16,221 a year for companies of 50 to 1,000 employees (October 2026).
What Crossbeam does
Crossbeam lets two companies compare account lists without handing over their full CRM. You connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Snowflake, or upload a Google Sheet or CSV, and sort accounts into Populations: customers, open opportunities, prospects. For each partner you choose which Populations and fields to share, and Crossbeam shows only where both sides overlap.
- Account Mapping shows the overlaps; Deal Navigator adds partner context to open deals.
- Net New Accounts surfaces partner customers that aren’t in your CRM yet.
- Copilot widgets bring that data into Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and Chrome, with Slack alerts.
- Offline Partners let you upload a list for a partner who isn’t on Crossbeam.
Crossbeam also runs an official MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to use other apps, with read-only tools. It is not a CRM, has no contact database and sends no email.
Crossbeam and Reveal merged in an all-stock deal announced in June 2024. The company kept the Crossbeam name, and the Reveal platform shut down on June 1, 2025, after its paying customers moved over.
Crossbeam strengths and drawbacks
Strengths
- Prices you can see. Free and Connector carry list prices and Connector can be bought by card, so you can start without a sales call.
- The network. Crossbeam counts 30,000+ companies on it (homepage), without saying how many pay.
- Each side keeps control. Only overlaps are revealed; investor a16z called it a “secure data escrow”.
- A free plan worth testing. Three seats and single-partner mapping up to 50 records at a time.
- Open to AI assistants. Native connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Gong, Outreach and Superhuman (MCP help).
Drawbacks
- Seats add up. Connector includes one seat; sales seats and the API need a quoted plan.
- It’s only as good as your partners. They have to be on Crossbeam, share data and keep their CRM clean.
- Hard caps. Credit packs are listed only for Supernode and Enterprise, and syncs stop at the export limit.
- Mixed signals on MCP for Free. The Free plan card and Crossbeam’s September 2026 announcement include MCP on every plan, while the pricing FAQ still says it needs “a paid platform fee”.
What Crossbeam users say
Crossbeam holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from about 415 reviews as of October 2026. G2’s summary says users praise its ease of use and CRM integration.
Critical reviews focus on partner follow-through, stale partner data and cost. A G2 reviewer calls it “very good at surfacing opportunity, but the follow-through still depends heavily on partner responsiveness and execution.” Another, in a G2 review shown on AWS Marketplace, writes that “when a partner’s account list goes stale, our overlap reports lose accuracy until they resync.” A 2022 Capterra reviewer wrote that “prices start ramping up very quickly”.
Capterra has only four reviews (4.0, from 2022 and early 2023), and there’s no Trustpilot profile.
Who Crossbeam is for
Crossbeam fits B2B companies with a real partner program whose partners are on Crossbeam or willing to join, and someone who owns those relationships. Start on Free and check whether the overlaps lead to conversations before paying for Connector.
Look elsewhere if you have no partners yet, need emails for net-new accounts, or don’t want an annual contract. I hold that a fresher signal beats a bigger list, and a shared customer is a strong signal. But only a partner who makes the intro turns it into a meeting.
Alternatives to Crossbeam
- Kiflo and Partnerships.ai: partner tools that compete with Crossbeam and publish their own comparison pages against it.
- 6sense: account intent and scoring to pick companies without partners; quote-only, with a Vendr median of about $62,000 a year. See the 6sense profile.
- Demandbase: account intent and ads, priced through a sales form. See the Demandbase profile.
- Clay: account lists from many data providers, with signals from the $185-a-month Launch plan. See the Clay profile.
- Reachkit (our product): no partner mapping. For accounts you’ll approach without an intro, its Lead Finder finds people at specific companies with verified emails at 1 credit each, or you import a CSV and map a column like partner name to a merge tag, then send from inboxes Reachkit can set up and warm. Growth is $39 a month per workspace.
Crossbeam: common questions
How much does Crossbeam cost?
Crossbeam has a free plan for up to three users. Connector costs $4,800 a year with one seat, plus $1,800 a year per extra seat, so three people pay $8,400. Supernode and Enterprise are quote-only; Vendr puts the median contract at about $25,000 a year (February 2026). Prices checked October 2026.
How much is Crossbeam per month?
Crossbeam doesn't sell a monthly plan. Connector is an annual contract that can be paid monthly with a 10% surcharge, about $440 a month or $5,280 a year. Checked October 2026 on Crossbeam's pricing page.
Is Crossbeam good?
For partner teams whose partners are on its network, yes: Crossbeam holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from about 415 reviews as of October 2026. Its value depends on partners sharing clean data and acting on overlaps, which is where many critical reviews focus.
Is Crossbeam a CRM?
No. Crossbeam sits on top of your CRM. It syncs accounts from Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a spreadsheet, compares them with partners' shared accounts, and pushes the overlaps back into your CRM and Slack. It has no contact database and sends no email.
Does Crossbeam have a free plan?
Yes. Crossbeam's Free plan costs $0 with no credit card and no end date. It includes up to three full access seats, single-partner mapping up to 50 records at a time and 50 Crossbeam Credits a year, but no record exports. G2 and some older Crossbeam pages still call it Explorer.
Who does Crossbeam compete with?
Reveal, which ran a competing partner network, merged with Crossbeam in 2024, and its platform shut down on June 1, 2025. Partner tools such as Kiflo and Partnerships.ai compete with it and publish their own comparison pages. Press coverage dates Crossbeam's founding to 2018.
