Workspace Settings and Preferences

Team and Settings

Reachkit’s Preferences page controls how your campaigns, warmup, and notifications behave. Most of these settings are workspace-level and affect everyone, but your notification preferences are personal to you.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings from the sidebar, then select Preferences.

Campaign Protection

Automatic safety measures that protect your sender reputation. Both apply to the whole workspace.

High Bounce Protection Pauses a campaign and notifies you when its bounce rate climbs too high, which usually means it’s sending to bad addresses. On by default, with a threshold of 5%. When enabled, you can adjust the threshold.

Warmup Health Protection Pauses any campaigns running through an inbox, and notifies you, when that inbox’s warmup health score drops below the threshold. Warmup itself keeps running so the inbox can recover. Off by default, with a threshold of 70 out of 100. When enabled, you can adjust the threshold.

Unibox

Other Replies When enabled (the default), Reachkit stores all incoming emails to your connected inboxes in the “Others” tab of Unibox. Disable this if you only want campaign-related emails stored on Reachkit’s servers.

Your Notifications

These preferences are personal to you, not shared with the workspace. Every member sets their own, regardless of their other permissions.

Setting Default What It Does
In-app Always on New replies chime while you’re in the app
Email All campaign replies Which replies email you, ranked by importance (see thresholds below)
Unread reminders On A daily email when positive replies are sitting unread
Inbox disconnects On Emails you when one of your inboxes disconnects

The email threshold options are:

  • Off - No reply emails
  • Positive replies only - Interested leads and meeting requests from your campaigns. Lowest noise.
  • All campaign replies - Every reply from someone you emailed in a campaign, positive or not
  • All replies - Every human reply, including forwards and messages outside your campaigns. Auto-replies are always excluded.

Team Notifications

Shared by everyone in the workspace.

Slack Sets which replies post to your team’s connected Slack channel, using the same threshold options as email (Positive replies only, All campaign replies, All replies). Connect a channel first under Settings → Integrations.
