Workspace Settings and Preferences

Team and Settings

Reachkit has several workspace-level settings that control how your campaigns, warmup, and notifications behave. These apply to your entire workspace and affect all team members.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings from the sidebar, then select Preferences.

Campaign Settings

Pause Campaign on High Bounce Rate Automatically pauses a campaign if its bounce rate gets too high. This protects your sender reputation by stopping campaigns that may be sending to bad email addresses.

Warmup Settings

Warmup Health Protection Automatically pauses any campaigns running through an inbox if its warmup health score drops below a threshold. Warmup itself keeps running so the inbox can recover. The default threshold is 70 out of 100. Lower it if you want campaigns to keep running through some health degradation, or raise it to be more cautious.

Reply Storage

Store Non-Campaign Replies When enabled (the default), Reachkit stores all incoming emails to your connected inboxes in the “Others” tab of Unibox. Disable this if you only want campaign-related emails stored.

Notification Settings

Control when you receive Slack and email notifications:

Setting Default What It Does
New reply On Notifies when a lead replies to a campaign email
Inbox disconnected On Notifies when a connected inbox loses its connection
Campaign bounces Off Notifies when campaign emails bounce
Warmup health Threshold: 80 Notifies when a warmup health score drops below the threshold

The warmup health notification threshold (80) is intentionally higher than the auto-pause threshold (70), so you get warned before campaigns actually get paused.

Unibox Alert Level

Controls which incoming messages trigger notifications:

  • Primary only: Messages from leads and manual conversations
  • Human replies only: All messages except auto-replies (default)
  • All messages: Every incoming message including auto-replies

This setting does not affect webhooks or Zapier, which always receive all events.
