Managing Team Members
Team and Settings
Reachkit supports unlimited team members on all plans. You can invite people to your workspace and control exactly what they can access.
How Workspaces Work
Every Reachkit account has a personal workspace created at registration. All your resources (campaigns, inboxes, conversations, settings) belong to your workspace. When you invite someone, they get access based on the permissions you assign.
Roles
Owner: Full access to everything in the workspace, including billing, team management, and all settings.
Member: Access is limited to the permissions granted when they were invited. Members cannot manage billing or other team members.
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings and navigate to the Team section
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select the permissions you want to grant
- Send the invitation
The invited person receives an email with a link to join your workspace. Invitation links expire after 7 days. If one expires, you can resend it from the Team page.
Permissions
When inviting a member, you choose which features they can access:
| Permission | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| Inboxes | View and manage connected email accounts, warmup settings |
| Campaigns | Create, edit, and manage campaigns, sequences, leads |
| Unibox | View and respond to conversations in the unified inbox |
| Settings | Access workspace preferences and configuration |
Each permission is independent, so you can grant any combination. For example, give someone access to Campaigns and Unibox but not Inboxes or Settings.
Accepting an Invitation
When someone receives an invitation:
- They click the link in the email
- If they already have a Reachkit account, they sign in and the workspace is added
- If they’re new to Reachkit, they create an account first
After accepting, they can switch between their personal workspace and any workspaces they’ve been invited to.
Removing Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Find the member you want to remove
- Click remove next to their name
This revokes their access immediately. Their personal Reachkit account is not affected.
Managing Invitations
From the Team page, you can see pending invitations, resend expired ones, or cancel invitations that haven’t been accepted.
