This guide explains how to add images and attachments to your emails in Reachkit.
Inline Images
You can embed images directly in your email body in both the Sequence Editor and Unibox.
How to Add Inline Images
- In the email editor, click the image icon in the toolbar
- Enter the URL of your image (the image must be hosted online)
- Add alt text to describe the image
- The image will appear inline in your email
Note: Reachkit does not host images. You’ll need to provide a link to an image hosted elsewhere (your website, image hosting service, etc.).
Deliverability Consideration
Inline images can impact deliverability, especially in first-touch cold emails. Many spam filters flag image-heavy emails from unknown senders. Consider using images sparingly or only in follow-up emails after you’ve established contact.
Attachments
Attachments are currently available in Unibox only when replying to conversations. You cannot add attachments to emails in the Sequence Editor.
How to Attach Files in Unibox
- Open a conversation in Unibox
- Compose your reply
- Click the paperclip icon below the reply editor
- Select the file(s) you want to attach
- Send your reply
This is useful for sending documents, case studies, or other files to leads who have already replied to your campaign.
