Getting Started
Reachkit offers a few ways to get help. Support is available on all plans.
Support Chat
The fastest way to get help is the support chat, available from any page in Reachkit.
Starting a Conversation
Click the chat button in the bottom corner of the screen to open the support panel, then click Ask a Question to start a new conversation.
Helper Bot
When you start a conversation, you’ll first talk to Helper Bot, an AI assistant that can answer questions about features, look up help articles, and check on the status of your inboxes and campaigns.
Human Support
If the bot can’t resolve your issue, you can request to be connected to a human support agent. The bot will offer this when it thinks you need it, or you can just ask.
Once an agent is available, they’ll join the conversation and pick up where the bot left off.
Conversation History
Previous conversations are saved and visible when you open the chat. You can revisit them to reference past solutions or continue a discussion.
Feedback
After a conversation is resolved, you can rate your experience and leave feedback.
