About Reachkit
Reachkit (reachkit.ai) helps small B2B companies build and run their own cold email systems. We handle the full setup — domains, inboxes, warmup, campaigns, lead sourcing — and hand off a working system the client runs independently. We’re growing fast and need someone to manage the day-to-day outbound operations so the founder can focus on closing deals.
The Role
You’ll be the engine behind our outbound pipeline. Your job is to make sure every interested lead gets a fast, professional response and lands on the founder’s calendar as a qualified prospect. You’ll manage replies across cold email and LinkedIn, handle scheduling, send pre-call materials, and keep the pipeline organized.
This is not a cold calling role. You won’t be getting on the phone. You’ll be working behind the scenes to turn interest into booked, qualified calls.
What You’ll Do
Reply Management (Primary)
- Monitor cold email inboxes throughout the day
- Respond to interested/positive replies quickly using provided templates and playbook
- Identify and flag hot leads vs. soft interest vs. not-a-fit
- Route hard stops and unsubscribes appropriately (no reply needed)
Qualification & Booking
- Run every interested lead through a qualification checklist before booking
- Qualification criteria: B2B company, 5-50 employees, founder/CEO/head of sales, not already running cold email at scale
- Book qualified prospects onto the founder’s calendar with specific time proposals (no calendar links)
- Send pre-call assets (proof PDF + system overview) to every booked prospect before their call
LinkedIn Operations
- Send connection requests to interested leads and prospects from the founder’s LinkedIn account
- Run basic LinkedIn DM outreach sequences when primary tasks are handled
- Monitor LinkedIn messages and flag/respond to interested replies
Pipeline & Follow-up
- Add interested leads who don’t book to a warm email nurture list
- Track all prospect interactions and keep the CRM/pipeline updated
- Follow up with no-shows and reschedule
What You Won’t Do
- Write cold email copy or campaign strategy
- Make campaign-level decisions
- Get on sales calls
- Handle billing or contracts
Who You Are
- Strong written English. You’ll be writing short, direct emails that sound human, not templated.
- Experience with cold email tools, CRMs, or outbound operations is a big plus
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Available full-time with overlap during US business hours (at least 4-5 hours)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Compensation
$600/month base + performance bonuses. Realistic monthly comp: $900-1,200+
- $25 per qualified call that is completed (prospect shows up and meets qualification criteria)
- $50 bonus per deal that closes from a call you booked
- Paid weekly or bi-weekly (your preference)
