Slack Integration

API, Webhooks and Integrations

Reachkit’s Slack integration allows you to receive real-time notifications about important events in your cold email campaigns directly in your Slack workspace.

Setting Up the Slack Integration

  1. In your Reachkit dashboard, navigate to Settings
  2. Select the Integrations tab
  3. Click Add Slack Channel
  4. You’ll be redirected to Slack to authorize the connection
  5. Select the Slack workspace and channel you want to connect
  6. Grant the requested permissions
  7. You’ll be redirected back to Reachkit where your connected channel will appear

Managing Notification Events

By default, each new Slack channel will be configured to notify you when an inbox disconnects (inbox.disconnected). To modify which events trigger notifications:

  1. Find your connected Slack channel in the list
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Check or uncheck the events you want to receive notifications for
  4. Click Save Changes

Available Notification Events

Reachkit can send notifications for these events:

  • inbox.disconnected - When an email account disconnects
  • campaign.launched - When a campaign starts
  • campaign.paused - When a campaign is paused
  • campaign.resumed - When a paused campaign is resumed
  • campaign.email_sent - When an email is sent from a campaign
  • lead.replied - When a lead responds to your campaign
  • lead.bounced - When an email bounces
  • lead.unsubscribed - When a lead opts out
  • unibox.new_message - When a new message appears in UniBox

Adding Multiple Channels

You can connect multiple Slack channels to receive different notifications:

  1. Simply click Add Slack Channel again
  2. Go through the OAuth flow selecting a different channel
  3. Configure the events for each channel separately

Removing a Slack Channel

To remove a Slack channel integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the channel you want to remove
  3. Click the Delete button next to it
