This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with Reachkit, from connecting your first email account to launching your initial campaign.
Step 1: Connect Your First Email Account
- After logging in, you’ll land on the Inboxes page
- Click the Add Inbox button
- Follow the prompts to connect your email account
- Once connected, you’ll be returned to the Inboxes dashboard
- Click on your newly added inbox to configure settings if needed (the defaults work well for most users)
Step 2: Enable Email Warmup
Email warmup is crucial for deliverability success with cold outreach:
- From your inbox settings page, locate the warmup toggle
- Enable warmup for your inbox
- Your inbox will now begin the warming process automatically
Important: We recommend warming your email account for at least 3 weeks before sending cold emails to achieve optimal deliverability rates.
Step 3: Create Your First Campaign
While your inbox is warming, you can prepare your first campaign:
- Click Campaigns in the sidebar
- Click Add Campaign
- Enter a name for your campaign
- You’ll be directed to the campaign analytics page (which will be empty until the campaign runs)
Step 4: Add Your Leads
- Navigate to the Leads tab in your campaign

You can either:
- Upload a CSV file with your lead list
- Manually add leads one by one
- Ensure your lead data includes all the information you want to personalize in your messages
Step 5: Create Your Email Sequence
- Go to the Sequences tab

Create your email messages using:
- Lead variables for personalization (e.g., {{first_name}})
- A/B variants to test different approaches
- Set up follow-up emails with appropriate delays between messages
Step 6: Configure Your Campaign Schedule
- Navigate to the Schedule tab
- Set your sending times (default is weekdays 9AM-5PM Central Time)
- Adjust if needed to match your target audience’s time zone
Step 7: Set Campaign Options
- Go to the Options tab
- Select which inbox(es) to use for this campaign
- Configure any additional settings as needed
Step 8: Launch Your Campaign
Once your inbox has been properly warmed (minimum 3 weeks recommended):
- Return to the campaign overview
- Click the Launch Campaign button
- Your campaign will begin sending according to your defined schedule
Step 9: Monitor and Respond
- As replies come in, they’ll appear in UniBox
- Click on UniBox in the sidebar to view and respond to all conversations
- Each reply will be sent with the appropriate inbox automatically
Step 10: Track Performance
- Visit the Analytics tab in your campaign
- Monitor key metrics like reply rates and A/B test performance
- Make adjustments to your sequences based on performance data
