This guide explains how to set up and use email signatures in your Reachkit campaigns.

Setting Up Your Inbox Signature

Each inbox in Reachkit has its own signature field.

  1. Go to Inboxes and select the inbox you want to configure
  2. Open the Settings tab
  3. Find the Signature field
  4. Enter your signature
  5. Save your changes

Using Signatures in Campaigns

You have two options for including signatures in your campaign emails:

Option 1: Use the Signature Variable

In your sequence editor, add the variable:

{{Inbox signature}}

This pulls in the signature from whichever inbox sends that particular email. This is useful when you have multiple inboxes with different sender personas, each with their own signature.

Important: If you use this variable, make sure all your sending inboxes have signatures configured, or some emails will go out without one.

Option 2: Write Your Signature Directly

Simply type your signature at the bottom of your email in the sequence editor.

This is often easier when all your inboxes represent the same persona or when you want the exact same signature on every email regardless of which inbox sends it.

Which Option to Choose

Use the variable when:

  • Different inboxes have different sender names or details
  • You want each inbox’s emails to feel like they come from that specific person

Write it directly when:

  • All inboxes use the same persona
  • You want consistent signatures across all sends
  • You want simpler setup without configuring each inbox
