Email Signatures
Campaigns
This guide explains how to add email signatures to your Reachkit campaigns.
Adding a Signature
Signatures live in the sequence editor, as part of the email itself, not on the inbox.
- Open your campaign and go to the Sequence editor
- Select the email step you want to edit
- Type your signature at the bottom of the email body, below your message
- Format it with links, bold text, or an image using the editor toolbar
- Repeat for each step so your follow-ups carry the same signature
Whatever you add sends exactly as written, on every email for that step.
What Goes in a Signature
A signature is your own details, so type them in directly:
Thanks,
Your Name
Your Company
Lead variables like {{First name}} and {{Company}} pull in the recipient’s data, not yours, so they belong in the body of your email, not the signature.
Sending From Multiple Inboxes
Reachkit rotates campaign sending across all the inboxes attached to a campaign. If you write a fixed name, every email signs off the same way no matter which inbox sent it.
To have each email sign off as whichever inbox sent it, use the inbox variables instead of typing a name:
Thanks,
{{Inbox full name}}
{{Inbox email}}
These pull the sending inbox’s own details, so a campaign running across several sender personas signs each email correctly. See Variables and Spintax for the full list.
Tips
- Keep it short. A name, title, company, and one link usually reads better than a dense block.
- Avoid image-only signatures. They can hurt deliverability and break when images are blocked.
- Double-check any links before launching, since the signature goes out on every send.
